I really enjoy watching how much JOY you and Frugal Daddy share together while you're diving! Seeing couples who love and respect each other is truly uplifting! Who had the original idea to start Dumpster Diving? Brilliant!!!!
So happy you guys saved all that food . To see all that in the dumpster makes me cry .
Amy you & frugal daddy hv lifted my heart to see that you saved all that food saved from the land fill, thank God for people like you, plus you save on your grocery bill Well done from the UK
Cherry Clarke oh Cherry . Don't you wish we could do the same over here ? In England I have never seen a good dumpster open to the public , it's always locked in a yard.☹️
It makes me ashamed of the U.K. that our dumpsters are locked up, full of food.
SUGARPOP73 yes l wish we had D/D over here but it's sad knowing that there is still so much waste going on & we can't get to it here in the UK.
@@JehanineMelmoth l totally agree with you cathy, it is heartbreaking
Hi, Mrs Raines here, I've been a subscriber for almost a year now. I never get tired of watching you two get free goodies. Our Aldi donates to local pantries. We usually only get produce. But every once in a while a goodie prize. Have a great day!
Neck bones: boil.for seasoning dried beans, fresh beans/potatoes , rice , etc. Good eats.
We live in such a wasteful Society
Yes we do. I watch some of those dumpster divers on youtube and some of the stuff they get out looks better than stuff i pay good money for. Don't understand it.
@@janissilvers6824 I still cant believe what I pulled from dumpsters. Makes no sense but why they throw good stuff out. A date is just a date but not the true date. Amy and Duanne get some amazing scores!!!!!! So happy for them. Be frugal!!
so true
They've just stolen hundreds of dollars worth of food.
@@gadriehewart128 If it is in the trash they aren't stealing anything.
What a blessing for you and your family God is so good.
Hi frugal mommy, in my country (Philippines) what we do with pork neck bones is we make them into a sour soup based dish with veggies you can look it up it’s called sinigang or just boiled with some potato, cabbage and bokchoy called nilaga. We eat them with white rice and I think you will enjoy it. Love watching your videos!
M&M's are one of my favorite candies. Once I get started, the bag is done for!! Great haul.
I bought my 7 year old grandson a tube of the mini M&M's when I gave them to him he handed them right back because he doesn't like them! Somebody must have dropped him really hard when he was a baby!
Great finds, the stores should donate the food, there is a lot of people going without food, what a shame. Glad you all saved it. TFS!! God bless~
What an amazing HUGE food haul. I'm so incredibly happy for you guys. Thank you for saving all that food from the landfill
Boiling neckbones is what most us southern do!Add some potatoes and sauerkraut to your pot and you've got yourself a full meal! Some people even put them in the oven with BBQ sauce as well.
You Guy's Fregging Rock !! There are Sooo many Food Pantries & Soup Kitchens that could USE Every Bit of that FOOD !! It makes me Fregging SICK to see & know what these stores throw out !! I'm Glad to see that you guy's are doing what your doing at least many people & Family's can be Blessed 😊 . I Love You & Your Hubby You Fregging Rock !! You Crack Me Up on every video I've watched .
L💕ve & Hugz to you both
The spin mop (with the bird seed) are awesome. I love mine. The nasty mop head pops off for washing and are replaceable. You never touch the water. I have horrific spine injury in many discs. The spin mop does all the work. I just walk and push. I bought one for my daughter who took it to her dad's to help clean the house. Her step mom fell in love and bought herself one. The garlic bologna on thin sliced Italian bread with a slice of cheese is so good. Love y'alls videos. Thanks for sharing.
The neck bones are delicious in a big pot of beans or greens like collards or turnips . Awesome haul !!!
My mom fried them and then simmered them in spaghetti sauce. They were delicious!!
My mom would cook pork neckbones with potatoes that she cut into large chunks. So yummy.
Those neck bones are delish in a pot of pintos or great northern beans. Add onion and seasoning and make a pan of cornbread. Great haul. So much easier diving as a team!
Such a great haul, the waste in America is outrageous, so many people could benefit from all the things stores throw away.
I shop at Save A Lot & love the store brands. I watch every video & I still can’t believe what these stores toss out. Wish we could dumpster dive in Florida!!!
There's nothing like a little dumpster booty to cheer up a rainy day in the UK 🇬🇧 love you both xx
Dismal isn't it! Lol xx
So you agree with theft.
@@gadriehewart128 STFU 🤷
@@gadriehewart128 do you agree with yourself having no common sense?
Do U get a lot of trick or treaters? U can give the super Mario balls for tricks. Kids would prefer them since they get so much candy. At least u have a ton of stuff the twins may not like to give to other kids and tricks too.
That a lot of good eggs!
WHAT A BLESSINGS SO HAPPY DADDY SAFE IT FROM THE LANDFILLS.MANY BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL LOVE YOU ALL BEAUTIFUL FAMILY ❣️❣️❣️🙏
Brown that pork in butter in a frying pan, season it...then place in a crock pot...on high for hours until tender...you can have pork sammies, or bbq pork, or how I like it is to add kraut a sliced onion and diced apples and little chicken broth put in crock pot on high until pork is tender...or you can throw it in the oven & roast it for an hour 30. Serve with buttered mashed potatoes. Note: The onion & apple (or apple sauce) added cuts the sourness acidic of the kraut. Get cookin' all that great stuff you hauled! Good Eats!!
@@trevorwills9248 Ha ha ha ! ;)
Love your channel
Geez...I have been looking at that mop and bucket. It costs about 50 euro here and they threw it out just like that. All it needs is a good wash. Grrr.
What a great haul! Congrats
I have that mop and bucket. You can get a replacement head for the mop for just $10.
Omg !!!!! I’m so jealous!!!!! You guys get the best scores !!!! You got grocery for months !!!! So so awesome 👏 I gotta find a grocery store around here that’s not locked!!!!!! Have a great day !! You guys are the best
Amy boil neckbones til they are tender transfer to baking sheet put bbq sauce on them bake about 15 mins and serve frugal daddy will love them we eat them often or u could also make a pot of beans in crockpot add neckbones cook on high for about 6 hours
Good afternoon Amy, Frugal Daddy and girls! WOW! Absolutely amazing haul and there is that garlic bologna we were talking about! I love it on crackers with mustard. You really did hit the motherload! There is nothing like knowing you can save that food from being wasted and provide for your family! Great job and video as always! Have a FANTABULOUS AFTERNOON! Much love and GOD BLESS Y'ALL!💞😘😘💞
You can freeze the lunch meat. Frugal Mommy you kill me! I’d love to hang out with you for a day. You are always so happy!!
The different date labels have different meanings! "Best by" indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality. "Sell by" is used by manufacturers to ensure proper turnover throughout the journey of the food product. This helps the food retain a long shelf life even after purchase. "Use by" marks the last date recommended for the use of the product. So, yeah... know your labels.
I’m happy to see I’m not the only one who gets happy to find free food … great finding
When I thought about dumpster diving myself, I was like, ew, but when I saw all those M &M's (my favorite candy) I began to change my mind.
Everything for supper and Mario balls and cupcakes for desserts wow.👍👍♥️
What a great find, I think you have received a big blessing ! Awesome ! ❤️🍂❤️🍁❤️🍁
I watch your videos for a long time😄. And I am amazed at the large amount of food you find in the trash. Those people who throw food away, do not see poverty, hunger. It makes me sad. But thanks to you for taking advantage of the food🤗. Here in my home (Mexico-Veracruz), we only buy food that we are going to eat, if we have some left, we donate them.
before I forget - when you notice you're recording "backwards" - just go to "settings" and change it from "mirror image" to normal.
Ellen, thank you for stating that I was going to do the same thing ☺️👍.... Enjoy your day 😁
Hi @Ellen Wilson
Go Frugal Mommy & Daddy!! So happy to see all that food saved.
WOW. This is one of the most amazing hauls ever. Wonderful beautiful food!! Cheers you guys!!🥂🦋🌻💜
In the good ole days, horseradish lasted a long time. I make it fresh from my horseradish plants every couple of years. Supposedly it spoils after 3 months of refrigeration. LOL I opened a bottle from my last 2017 batch recently and we're still here! I think when so much vinegar and salt is added to the horseradish (that's the secret recipe) it really prolongs the storage. Refrigeration is required of course. I've also seen a recipe that you freeze. Same recipe as the refrigerator stored, just ziplock and freeze. I haven't tried the freezer recipe because I have fridge space and it's never gone bad. Options are good. I add it to homemade potato salad. Keep diving, love the videos.
This dive was such perfect timing! Everything was still cold! Yay!!
And you beat the garbage truck!!
your d only dumpster diver makes me laugh its not boring watching you guys..
Great haul love watching you guys
their loss your gain frugal mommy thank you for saving the food it really means alot to me stay safe

BARBARA BRANTLEY especially when it's stolen!
Neckbones boiled with s&p and then sauerkraut added...omg. Of course you have to have mashed potatoes with it because it's a law in the south. Your great hauls make me happy for you.
What a great haul! It looks like you got some Halloween M&M's to give out. Just amazing. Glad you got your Brussel Sprouts and Pineapple.
Wow lots of waste can't believe all this is wasted.Just can't get myself to eat out of a dumpster. But love watching what you find!!!
We was looking in a dumpster last week and saw a save alot manager throw out box went to there next found 17 tbone steak dated two days later
Did you grab them out? I certainly hope you did. 😉
Wow
Whaaaaaaatttttt i hope you grabbed it
Good for you! Even tho it's just me now, hubby died and kids are gone, I still catch myself trying to fill up 3 deep freezers and cases of cans. I just can't help myself. We no longer have a safe a lot just Wal-Mart . Blessing to you folks, your family and those you help. Wish I could be.there to help. Boil the neck bones add cabbage, potatoes and carrots. I've also had them baked in the oven with bbq sauce. They used to be 20 cents a pound. Times have changed. Stay frugal my friends!!!
Idk why instead of throwing away that food why doesn't the store give it to their employees
They would be liable if you got sick. That's why they don't. Once they throw it out. They are no longer liable.
@@secondchanceabstract then they shouldn't kick divers out
Why not mark it down and sell it ?
@The Truth Do you think food pays the bills? Do you pay bills with food?
@@Michelle-pn9xt Wait until the NWO comes then you will be paying for everything with food. Better stock up.
This definitely was better than the Imperial marg, hot dogs, fake cheese dive! Way to go.
Your twins are going to be so happy with those m& ms.😋
Pork neckbones can be baked or boiled in seasoned water with onions, garlic and carrots and can be cooked like a beef roast. And can be used as a seasoning with greens.
“There’s nothing like M&M’s to make for a happy dumpster dive! My new favorite line of yours!
Thresa Ruggles m&m lots sick people just wasting :( new frnd:)
Hi I would just like to say I think you guys are awesome I watch you everyday never miss a video you always put a smile on my face when you both do your dumpster dancing thank you for being you 😊😁💗x
Unbelievable can't believe how much waste there is in the world throwing away mms really love the video love you guys have a good weekend
My Grandma used to boil neck bones with sauerkraut and served over mashed potatoes. Great haul
Wow! Like they dumped the whole store in that dumpster. Pick and grab. I wouldn't mind to find a dumpster like that at all. 😉 But there is no dumpster diving here and my shop has bread, salads and other things that are close to date for just 25 cents. I buy al my bread for 25 cents for weeks now. I'm not picky so I get what's there and sofar it's good. Just staying Frugal. 😉😁💕
Attention Frugal Daddy! That bar s garlic bologna is awesome fried. Bar s is awesome. Made in Oklahoma. I'm so jealous about the bacon! Lucky ducks!
I see a lot of bacon and tomato sandwiches or club sandwiches for lunch in Frugal Daddy's near future. It's easier to cook a whole lb in the oven at the same time or just microwave a few pieces than to pan fry.
I've noticed that when I cook bacon in the oven it tastes different from pan frying.
Boil neckbones and potatoes with cornbread is a great meal. I love them.
The dates. Me and my dad are advocates of that balony. 5 years ago they bottle horseradish for example .... and that stuff is soooooo clever that it knows it has to go bad on the 8th? Yeah right.
Use common sense.... smell, look, taste. We have taste buds don't we? USE them!
Lots of BLT.s eggs and bacon. Bean's and bacon. Good catch on the bacon and eggs. My favorite thing anything of the day or night.
Wow!!!! What an amazing job you both did saving all that food❤️❤️❤️❤️so much love and respect for y'all!!!
I am a senior with some disability and would not be able to "dive" but think it is good if you donate to food bank or a food pantry.
I often donate retail priced food to food pantry and they get some of their food from a food bank. I would love to be able to do what you do but I would not want to do this alone. I cry when I pray about the homeless and the hungry. You are doing a good thing.
Loved this one! Such a great grab!! Nowhere local here in Portsmouth Uk
that has access to dumpsters! Of believe me this old gal would be diving!! 👍👍👍
Oh and you can make tomato sandwiches love them love them love them I'm from the south so I love my tomato sandwiches with mayonnaise
just tomato and mayo???
Tomato sandwich
@@southernladybug2464 I think it would be good with turkey bacon and lettuce, but that is just my opinion.
Yes i agree but I also love my tomato sandwiches LOL
Tomato sandwiches are the bomb!
Awesome. I cant believe what they threw away. All incredible. Can you imagine how much you woyld have paid for that food or how much cold, good food was being sent to the dump? UNBELIEVABLE. So glad you got it. .... Pork is good for soup or stew. Love you kids. Great dive
You never heard of garlic bologna, you’re in for a treat
This is the reason why when I buy groceries (as dumpster diving is illegal in Australia) I try and buy all my groceries on clearance/damaged packaging or ugly produce in hope of saving food from the dumpster !
Great haul !
Fantastic haul! I'm with you on avoiding seafood. Once you have had food poisoning from shellfish, believe me, you don't risk it again! 🤣 xxx
Neck bones go well with potatoes. Popular southern dinner. As I am part of the southerners of this beautiful state of Virginia, I make neckbones and potatoes often, at least once a month. Try it, your family just might like it, I know you do not eat meat. The longer you simmer it, the better it gets.
I really have to try doing this one of these days.
Wow you guys hit the motherlode. Holy crap. Frugal Daddy is in bacon heaven. WTG you guys!
I love garlic bologna sandwiches and tomato soup.
Another great haul!! Thanks frugal Mommy & Daddy! You 2 are very good at what you do! I wish I had the courage to do it! Happy eating! Lol
OMG! That was awesome I was cheering you on the whole way. That garlic bologna is good stuff but I can't eat it anymore the cholesterols way too high :-( I know y'all will enjoy this Great haul💕
I see fried bologna in the future, good in sandwiches or with mashed potatoes & corn or roasted pork with apples & onions (but neckbones, idk?), ahh, childhood memories & family faves! That haul is spectacular, congratulations 👍👍👍😍😍😍💕💕💕
Oh I'm so excited for you all, such a great haul. Wondering though, couldn't the car go a bit more close to that dumpster so you would be in and out quicker???? Just a thought. I had to giggle with the shaking booty…. you did well Amy LOL.... Saw your video about making tomato jam, never thought of that so when I've my tomato harvest next year I'll remember to find me a good recipe and make some. Thank you so much for sharing it all and giving inspiration xo!
Great Haul awesome food ! well stocked for awhile , have a great day Amy & Frugal family ..
Yummy garlic bologna fried sandwiches with fried egg and cheese
😋 😋
There's a complimentary side of coronary cardiovascular disease with that recipe. :X So much fats... and grease... but so yummy... I`ll have mine with the eggs sunny side up.
What a haul ! Garlic bologna is the only bologna I buy. Love it.
The Jarritos is a very famous mexican soda. Piña means pineapple.
I did not know that but that makes sense!
This is a good brand !
I like their soda it really good the orange is my fav.
Thanks
Yes..it's yummy 👍
Very good dumpster and funny it was supposed be locked 👍🤗💯💞
The neckbones can be boiled til almost done then cook rice with them. Makes a good meal add cornbread.
Season them and chop up an onion to boil them with.
Has anyone ever put cornbread dumplings in their greens. My mother use to make them and i love them but cannot make them. When i drop them in they would just spread apart but hers stayed in little balls and was delicious. It might be a southern thing. I am from Alabama.
Janis Silvers
They are also delicious adding elbow or bow tie noodles into the pot after the neck bones are done...
Be sure to debone!
Also good throwed in sauerkraut!!
Pork neck bones- brown in oven and cook in spaghetti sauce for 1-2 hrs or till desired sauce thickness. Pork ribs the same. Yum I grew up on this and is the only way to make sauce! Or gravy as the east coast Italians call it.
😣 Yea...Check the expiration dates on those.
You could not pay me to touch the meat or refrigerated/frozen foods.
Food poisoning is not fun!!!
My chickens love tomatoes and lettuce! But that is it for me!
WOW good for you folks 😉 woo hoo
Garlic bologna is magic. I envy your bologna.
Jennifer Hall that's what frued said
That's funny!
I love Brussels sprouts...I clean them, split them, drizzle them with olive oil(which I only buy when it’s BOGO...dumpster diving is almost impossible in my part of Florida) salt and pepper them, maybe a little good garlic powder and I roast them in the oven or the toaster oven...even the kids love them.
BTW...iheartrecipes.com has an excellent recipe for southern style neck bones and potatoes for the crock pot, I make it occasionally but use my electric pressure cooker instead.
The juice bottle is pineapple juice. Piña means pineapple in Spanish.
Your haul today was amazing plus giggles at commentary.
... aparentley, since he's still with us haha 😂
You both much be doing the dumper dance omg!,,,
THE STORE SHOULD GIVE IT TO A Shelter
Pork neckbones make an awesome rich broth. Then add ramen noodles (or soba noodles) into a bowl, add broth and a variety of thinly sliced veggies for a cheap homemade pho.
OMG look at all of that BACON now see I would take that bacon home and put it in the freezer and pull it out when I need WOW
Hello I'm yousef from Jordan Amman really it's nice what u do and it's unbelievable that all food throw away like this there's many people needs that food hope u give it for people who needs thanks again
