This is the honestly the funniest reaction I've seen to this medley.😂 I think I actually like the reaction without the video. I've seen the original video so many times I can picture it in my head and it makes it a lot easier for me to focus on your reaction, instead of getting distracted by ptx. And I 100% agree with you about Scott.

Your boy band comment... One of the judges for The Sing Off (the origin of PTX) was Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men. He is widely acknowledged as the first Pentaholic. You must check out the PTX performances from The Sing Off, both to see how incredible they were from the first performance as a group, and to appreciate how much they have grown.

82 baby here. My first concert was New Kids on the Block with Boyz II Men opening. I don't remember much except we left early cuz it was too loud. I temporarily lost my hearing and fell asleep in the backseat on the way home during a thunderstorm 😂

My first concert was Janet Jackson. I was 9. It was amazing. Also I think Scott and JC Chasez can go toe to toe, I wanna hear them sing together so badly lol.

Then, and only then, will you be able to see/hear how ridiculously CLOSE to perfect PTX are without instruments!!

There are debates as to when or if they used auto tune for effect, but if they did it was only in one, maybe two songs, and only for short segments. I don't know how they missed informing you about this song, it's only about a year old. I haven't looked at your Pentatonix playlist yet to see what else you are missing.

@@r.d.stratford106 both. The original Mitch slap is from dog days, but Aha! Singapore star Vista is the ultimate Mitch slap. Gotta love jet lag and Red Bull x2. Plus, Avi did damage to the speakers. I think that's around the time PTX started bringing their own speakers, thanks to Avi. Tim Foust from Home Free has also blown speakers, but I haven't heard if HF brings their own speakers or not.

I don't know if you are familiar with Mitch & Scott's side gig - Superfruit? They put out an album "Future Friends 1 & 2" in 2017 and it is amazing. Check out almost anything from it. Scott also did a song with Rozzi called "Lose Us" SO good.

Heh. Your comment about Scott and the boy bands is entirely valid. My sister introduced me to PTX. The first video of theirs I ever saw was “Hallelujah”. I didn’t know anyone’s name, so when I was talking to her later, they all got nicknames.

Loved your reaction Saucey Dad!! Always such fun. The vocal talent of PTX is astounding, not just the singing but the ear candy, the beat-boxing, the airy sounds. A Capella at it's very best and a great tribute to the 90's music. Kevin on that beat-boxing is genius, Scott and his pop vocals, Matt with the deep warmth, Kirstie and those sharp notes, and Mitch with those high notes, golden vocals and the ear candy - the Mitch slaps just keep coming for you!

First-I have 4 daughters born 1982 1983 1988 & 1989, so you could be my kid. I always wanted a son. 😂 I’m not sure if I told you before but….They are ALIENS from the planet HARMONY. Is there any other logical explanation.
