A great informative video. The only thing is I would prefer the armrest higher up level with the windowsill. I have taken door panels off my various vehicles many times over the years and yes that jesus clip is a prick and I learnt the trick many years ago. I don't have any of your fancy tools for removing the door panel and accessories I just use a flat blade screwdriver. My 80 series has, buy the looks of it had the panels off many times and is showing wear at the bottom and lower clip areas and I am tossing up whether to buy a new set or make some from thin 5 ply that I have here or get some masonite and cover it myself. I have been messing about with an armrest idea that I made in 2019 and during covid lockdowns, I did some minor modifying of it. I made it from some clear perspex sheet cut to the size I wanted and then bent over the door panel using a heat gun to heat and bend it over starting from the V groove in the rubber window trim and folded down along the metal plate stopping just above the vinyl panel. It has foam cushioning from an old seat cushion and some old cut up denim jean legs for the covering hot glued underneath to hold it all together and magnets holding the perspex in place which all together works great and it can be slid forwards or backwards depending on the required arm position or taken off if/when needed. Mine comes up level with the windowsill which is great for when the window is open it makes for a larger area to put my arm on. I looked at the onestone armrests but they are way too expensive for what they are and I do not want a drink holder up there and would never use it.
When I did it the onestone armrests were unavailable. I have since seen a copied version of the onestones on eBay for much cheaper. I might switch to these

@@TimsBitsnPieces in the eBay search bar look up “Landcruiser armrests” or “70 series armrests” that will do it. Really cheap
