I never thought Armored core community is so talanted and this was made in 2003, I'm very surprised.
Man the Karaswa Rifle, the crow extension and the starter blade, that's a mix-up of parts.
Makes sense actually for EN consumption and weight...
It's just the box art/promotional AC for Silent Line.
When I watched this video after breaking the silent line, it was different from when I watched it without knowing it, and the last line was the most memorable.

This had to have come out in 2003 or 04 considering that's when the game this is based on came out. 01 is impossible, that is likely when the site was created.
