    Preparing potato gnocchi from Italian cuisine
    the components:
    5 medium sized potatoes
    1/2 cup of flour
    Salt to taste
    2 egg yolks
    A pinch of black pepper
    A pinch of nutmeg
    Pesto sauce or your favorite sauce
    Steps:
    1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Then filter it and let it cool a little.
    2. Peel the potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Then mash the potatoes until smooth.
    3. Add flour, salt and egg yolks to the mashed potatoes. Gently massage until a smooth, consistent dough forms.
    4. Divide the dough into small balls and shape them into long tubes with a diameter of about 2 cm.
    5. Cut the tubes into small pieces about 3 cm long.
    6. Heat salted boiling water in a large pot. Then drop the small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
    7. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water until they float to the surface. Then filter it and set it aside.
    8. Heat the pesto or your favorite sauce in a frying pan over medium heat.
    9. Add the marinated gnocchi to the pan and gently stir until coated with the sauce.
    10. Serve delicious potato gnocchi and garnish with grated Parmesan or other toppings as desired.
