Oh btw Beefy Boi make sure you eat a little extra, just because you "not hungry anymore" doesn't mean you're "full" (you can usually eat 1-3 extra food to stay above the "hungry" status few things I've observed playing this, the birds you see that fly when your sailing actual fly to the centerpoint of 1 island then make an immediate 180 turn and fly direct to the linking island until they reach that centerpoint and then return (some times you will see multiple birds flying towards (away from your island) using these birds you can actually work out which islands are closer than others (however it takes a while for the birds to make a complete flight) also for your ship you gain more speed from the wind with multiple sails. as for storage bamboo/alchemist/Egyptian/oriental chests are 15 slots ea. also the wooden cabinet (the twindoor 1) is also 15 slot (i have multiple cabinets on my ship for transporting goods)
Haven't gotten through the whole vid yet so maybe you already found some, but generally saltpeter is found in dryer, sandy areas like deserts in most sandbox games, so you'd probably wanna look in that sorta environment, not 100% sure though

you were lucky to find Ylands quickly i watched another youtuber (Blitz) and he was playing for 1hr and 30mins and didnt find an Yland using the large ship
Beef, there's a pretty decent game called My Time At Portia on the itch site like the others you've played, you might enjoy it. kind of a short story/quest line so far but it looks nice.
i really hope this isnt cubeworld 2.0 like amazing game in alpha but doesnt get any attention from the devs and just stays a real buggy game for quite a while, this just seems way to good to be true this game looks amazing

I expected a staircase to the tunnel or the house to have the terrain all leveled and finished, but the ship is way cooler!! :D

Ylands should be pronounced same as islands... Developers have that in FAQ of the game. Just a fact - I am not trying to correct you :)
