I think specially in colleges we need to focus and priority to practicals,projects and viva generally students takes all these in easy way as compared to exams so need to make them strict and more attractive for students and also need to add extra vocational and cocurricular subjects like basics of business management, administration, industrial sector, it sector, machinery workings, minnings, and medical and engineering knowledge etc.for all streams acc to choice

Increase in population can never be the solution but the way unemployment rate is increasing in india, its true we have only 10 years. Because if this current youth population not able to find employment on time then majority of this unemployed youth will get involved in crime and riots. The whole law and order of the country can collapse easily in that situation. We are already seeing this happening.

It's very difficult for a country like india to make its youth skillful. Although we are expecting from criminals to make our country crime free. Without reforms in Indian judiciary system, police system. We can't expect that our youth will stay here in this country where more innocent are in jails waiting for their trails. India need to first kick out these criminals from parliament. Being a citizen in experience like I'm a third class citizen in my own country where politicians, police and bureaucrats are gods and we are their servant. Although in real terms they are our servants. Youth's interest in government jobs due to insecurity in private jobs is spoiling indian youth's life. India's suicide rate is also not less in our country, women abduction and their missing touched the mark of over 13 lakh between 2019 and 2021. But who cares . Don't expect much from this failed system of country where you are being happy because in comparison to Pakistan or afganistan you are at a good position as per our criminal politicians. So, i would suggest you to be happy as we are indians and sing hum saath saath hain. Kyunki is se jyada hum log kush kar bhi nahi sakta.

India need to introduce new policies/ program for youth’s development and also need to took initiative for betterment of today’s youth specially 10th,11th& 12th class students
So that they can easily enroll in their further life with proper vision, And today's youth needs to be made aware of the important development that is happening in India, so that the youth of India can see the hope of moving the country forward and understand their personal responsibility to build their tomorrow in that way.

There is another problem. The birth rate in BIMARU states are high and these are the states with less education and productivity. The southern states are reaching the benchmark where they cannot reproduce themselves. Unless there is a huge emphasis on education in the North, India is facing a bleak future
