okay so there are 2 girls in this trailer which represents the 2 girl characters in the webtoon:
first is sooha= locked up, wearing that red cardigan
& selen= one with lip piercing, and the girl that "saved" them on the beach and was with them all throughout the trailer. shes also wearing a brownish top.
sooha is the reincarnation of selen in the webtoon, selen was the princess that turned the boys into vampires, the boys were her knights & protectors when she was still alive. now in present day, selen managed to be alive again while existing alongside sooha (her supposed reincarnation) & based on this trailer selen is posing as sooha to reclaim her knights which are the boys.
if u noticed in the end, it says "DARK MOON: Two Moons", which is think is pertaining to sooha & selen as the 2 moons.
this is just a brief summary as to who is who in the trailer so u guys would have an idea.. im not so sure abt some of this but this is basically how i understood their webtoon & trailer. feel free to correct me in the replies if i said anything wrong.

they try to put up En-O'clock every week but they also said that they're they can't react to all the groups every time if they also want to react to new ones. Obviously now with the comeback,they will react to more of Enhypen
sunghoon was an alliance to sooha, they both agreed to reawakened the boys. so most of his scenes has these sign of relief and kind of contentment and his last panel with starring at the fire, is like his realization that sooha (or selene - sooha's past/evil self) betrayed him
last part there are 6, since jay was laying on the floor. the last scene ☹️ it's like them being helpless they couldnt save sooha and sunoo from selene. heeseung losing his telepathy and couldnt reach sunoo, jay getting held back by the other members because it's useless without their powers, sunghoon with dealing with betrayal and jake being almost scared with fire because that was his power. and sunoo's power was to attract and control people's mind & action but here selene is controlling him. always in awe with their trailers and lores, cant wait for orange blooooood 🤧

There is a letter in the last part written in German and it says:
Dear Sunghoon,
“I hope you can forgive me for not having any memories of our time together. But please don’t doubt me. That would make me very sad...You must help me bring all our comrades at the Black Sea back to life at the next full moon. Only then we can be forever happy. Sunghoon...I hope you can trust me.
Your Sooha.”
but it wasn’t Sooha who wrote this. The letter was from Selen who disguised herself as Sooha. So Solon, who isn’t wet from the black sea and is just watching, carried them to the island in response to Selen’s request on the letter-whom he mistook for Sooha to bring them on the next full moon. And because Solon trusts Sooha so much, he did what she asked but was deceived. Selen knows how Solon trusted Sooha because he loves her so much but got betrayed at the end. Look at the guilt on his eyes too as he watched the Vamfield house burning but couldn’t do anything to save the boys.☹

And Jay the moment where he fell he was happy because he could finally feel pain but at the end of the trailer he could also finally know what is like to lose a loved person (sunoo)
Ahhh that's right. They really pulled off the acting SO WELL. The writing is really well done but it wouldn't come off half as powerful if the members weren't able to express the emotions like they did here. The feeling after this trailer really lingers with you...

The evil Sooha is actually Selen. She pretended to be Sooha. Sooha was the one trapped inside the burned house.

There's another season of the Dark Blood so may be we'll get answers once it's released.
the theory is that after sooha saved sunghoon, they decided to reawakend the rest of the boys by meeting at the black sea. in the last part of the webtoon, sooha met her past self (named selen) the one that bit sunoo and set the house on fire was selen. the boys couldn't saved sunoo and sooha because they were "reawakened" they lost their powers and become mortals. that's why they can walk in the sun now and jay experiences pain, jake can swim now (since back then he couldn't because fire was his power as a vampire). heeseung's telepathy is also suspected to not be working that's why he's sad in the end because he couldn't reach sunoo thru telepathy. and it was also assumed that selen betrayed sunghoon by pretending to be sooha and writing him a letter (it was in the credit part of the film)
when u counted the boys, jay was lying down on the grass so theres six of them there

My theory is that in reality Sunghoon is dead let me explain :
In the dark blood trailer at the end we can see that he’s bitten by « Sooha » but for me Sooha is Selene (someone who in their webtoon want to take the place of Sooha) so Selene acted like Sooha and trapped her in the car ( beginning of the dark blood trailer) and in the house.
In this trailer you can also see that he got not that many screen time and 3 scenes where he’s just looking somewhere without emotions, hes also never with the member.
At the end where the fire started he was apart of the members as if he knew that it was gonna happen but since he’s dead he can’t talk.
He got tricked and let her bite him thinking that it was Sooha but in reality it was Selene so he ended up dead
I read this theory that last trailer was about sooha finding a way to turn the boys into humans so when selen got to know she ordered them to kil l sooha but sunghoon who's not fully vampire is not really connected with the other 6 and selen u see it in webtoon too, so sunghoon convinced sooha to turn all the boys into human while he protects her that's explain why he was the last person to get bitten by sooha and this orange blood trailer is when they were born humans

21:26 HI!!!! all think that there are 2 missing boys outside the house but noo hehehehe.... when Jay was forcibly stopped to rescue Sunoo and Sooha he remained in the ground, so it's why he didn't appeared, because he is in front of the boys who are seated, and Sunghoon remained in the left, alone. 😌
I'm obsessed with this concept trailer and the Dark moon. The song, the melody, cinematography, the acting everything is so good🔥. I read the whole webtoon except the web novel and i have lots of theories in my mind. I can't wait for the season 2 of dark moon.
So here's the thing , sooha is reincarnation of Princess selen.so this another girl who looks like sooha maybe selen or a evil person. First season was all about Sooha and Heli (Heeseung) focus. So season 2 maybe story about Selen and solon (Sunghoon) .
The more we learning about this story the more we love how much there is to it. We've been saying it for a while but we really need to either pick up the webtoon or the novel.

Honestly there's a lot of theories and a lot of them makes sense, but mine is, After Dark Blood is Orange Blood which means their blood is no longer dark, they're back to normal human beings without powers, and they were happy but they were not aware or ready for bad events. Selene locked Sooha (Sooha is the reincarnation of Selene) in the house so she can pretend to be her and manipulate the boys, now she lured the boys in that house, When Sunoo got there first he realized that the girl they were hanging out with that whole time wasn't Sooha, because the real Sooha was still locked up, but it was too late because Selene already got them. When the other boys arrived it was too late, Selene already got Sunoo in the burning house, and was ready to kill him. The boys was upset that they couldn't save Sunoo because they're now powerless and all they could do is watch that happen. Jay (Jaan) was ready to jump in that fire to save Sunoo but the others was holding him back, Jake (Jino) was upset, because his power is Fire Manipulation, if he still had his power he could control the fire and save Sunoo. In that one part in Bite Me where Jay sings “this blood's pumping crazy” and Sunoo sings “cause I know you'll save me” is because he was expecting Jay (or the other guys) to save him, but they couldn't that's why I think that Dark Blood and Orange Blood is their past that caused Sunoo to be the villain in the other Albums

y’all are doing amazing in your analyzing skills and interpretations of the story. someone said you don’t really need to read the webtoon to understand what’s going on, just understand the basics of the characters and the concepts?
the theories are going crazyyyy on twt. i can’t keep up. they are making sense but it’s SO COMPLEX! FIRST, the two concept trailers are directed by the same man and he technically wrote his own storyline based on Dark Moon. It’s very nearly the same but the director has taken some creative freedom to add a little more to his storyline…The evil one we are assuming is selene (who bit and created the 7 vampires) - she has sooha (the recreation and embodiment of her but separate from her dimension) trapped in the house which is burning at the end. there is a letter addressed to sunghoon from sooha in the end (written in german), we are assuming selene tricked them (especially sunghoon), they thought she was sooha the whole time (it’s the lip ring)- we also don’t know why she’s killing everyone now?
also the boys washed up from the ocean as human beings again and so they are experiencing human things , like the sunlight, getting hurt, jumping into the water, eating real food, also not being able to use their powers in the end to help sooha and sunoo. (the scene where jay is fighting to help but he can’t 💔) jay is also laying on the ground so we can’t really see him, sunoo is missing
if you notice the evil lipring version “saved” them from the ocean in the beginning , in the middle she is disguised as the normal one, and then at the end the lipring comes back again. i could see it as she’s been deceiving them the whole 2 trailers and has put them into some kind of illusion, dream state?
ps most of us are scrambling trying the understand the lore right now since they are very lore heavy in the concept trailers😅 the acting is chefs kiss, the bg songs amazing, the storyline COMPLEX, the twist kinda scared me, the film quality is almost nostalgic-like, the scenery are amazing. ugh a whole short film again. i love it🥹
lastly i think there will be one more continuation of this concept film. definitely a cliffhanger , the story cannot end there. maybe the next album though… also, that song in the middle?? it’s crazy amazing, but we have to be cautious cause they like making gorgeous intros and outros 😭 proceed with caution. lol

I think that the end of the trailer was actually the beginning and the start was the end. I just noticed Sooha girl has no piercing attach to her lips during their happy moments. It only appeared at the beginning of the trailer and at the very end.
Also, an engene said the boys are devastated because they cannot save Sooha from burning house and not because of Sunoo. 💀 I cannot even believed it, because that info was from an article reposted by belift on twitter.
I also saw another theory that maybe the trailer was in reverse like the first scene is the ending and that the latter scene happens first which kinda makes sense considering that letter selene wrote for sunghoon and the trailer starts with the boys at the ocean (sunghoon alone not in the water) with selene recusing them (because she had the lip ring)

The orange blood came outta nowhere, we thought its going to be young blood, royal blood or wherever but then tthey surprises us with orange blood😆 but anyway, their acting improved and the song is so good!

jay being happy when he got hurt for the first time because he got a healing power before, jungwon riding a car since he doesn't have his super speed power anymore and jake being able to jump into water since his was manipulating the fire. among all the theories over twitter what really got me was that how must the boys feel watching the whole thing happen when they could've done something with their powers. Hee could read minds, he could easily know what that evil sooha was thinking, Ni-ki is powerful especially during night time, Jake can control the fire and Sunoo can manipulate things but instead he was the one that was manipulated by the evil sooha.
I recommend you ( I meant both of you) to watch and go through their song tamed-dashed japanese ver. I think you'll find some clues their that are connected in this trailer. ( i don't wanna spoil)😅
And i think Selen (the girl with the lip ring) is a another character in the web series and Sooha, the girl with the red jacket trapped in the house are different from one another.
Honestly with all of this new information we've been given I don't think it's a bad idea for us to just binge all of their MVs again just as a refresher. Thank you! We'll make sure to re-watch that MV!

Selen is the one biting Shion/Sunoo. Earlier, evil version of Sooha in a past life. She wants Shion first because his power is mind control. If she can take him and his power. she can control the rest. Scary! Sunoo was such a good actor here.

One of the theory said that sunoo is still alive because all 7 of them are connected each other. Even if there is only one alive they are all still alive. They sad cause they cant save sooha.
