Wait a minute, so Cincy Metro's buses don't have right side mirrors?... They use a CCTV monitor camera to rely on what objects and obstructions are on their right side. That is wild! Don't think I could trust that system all to well. Gotta have physical evidence rather than computer screen images.
If you think our buses are archaic despite being in a rich country, the answer is in your question itself. The US is a place where very few upper and even middle income people use public transportation (except in cities like New York and Chicago), so public transit infrastructure is not always as "developed" as you would expect or compared to other countries
Beautiful bus in a beautiful city. Liked your videos. Keep in touch always. Welcome. Greetings.
The right side mirrors are small because out in neighborhoods many poles at bus stops are very close to the street.

Cincinnati have awesome buses.
Is that a Gillig 40lf we're riding on @2:22-238?
I can't still understand, why so progressive and rich country as USA has so archaic buses?
Generally, I'm writing about entire USA, comparing these buses with European buses.
I didn't expected that there are such big problems with money.

how are these buses archaic? Is it only by their style? (PS: its not because it doesnt look like european buses that it means they are shit)
I don’t mind the old style. I think it’s ok. We don’t need a change.
