I actually think I might've been the Huntress in the 1:53 clip. I remember a similar situation on the same map, against a Bill, when everyone had been hooked twice. I figured I'd have some target practice and ended up comically failing multiple times. I can't remember the names of the survivors then, but I do know I was going for a "hook survivors after the EGC starts" archive challenge, so I didn't want to kill any of them before then.
