I think the Envy fits the bill as a "stable approach disc" but just not an "overstable approach disc." I bag one and a Proxy and they provide 2 neighboring slots in stability. I just trust the Envy more when I try to drive off the tee with it, and for typical approaches.
Threw the pixel for a 9 hole round today and I was able to get some of the most accurate dead straight shots with it. Putting with the Pixel also felt very natural.
@@IceBergTV I have the soft and mediums (uploaded a few videos during the week) The Soft is actually really awesome because it is that soft/gummy-ness to the disc, yet the overmold is still pretty firm to keep rigidity of the disc, so it's not super soft or floppy, like other "soft-type" discs could be, would definitely recommend checking out the soft, even if you're not a soft putter type of person.
A beat in first run Proton Envy is ABSOLUTE TITS boys and girls. Are you lucky enough to bag one? This is comiing from a 14 year MVP/AXIOM thrower. Got mine in early 2015. Bagged it since. Multiple Aces. I've Thrown 'em all. Still got my purple core/orange rimmed one with a faded stamp. $MONEY$
Not a very informative video about the envy since 99% of the thows were thrown on a low steep hyzer angle, no wonder they didn't "hold the turn"😂
Didnt throw my best today boys 🤣
@@IceBergTV The video quality makes up for it😂🤝

This definitely could be true, i just think for approach discs the less glide the better

Its moneyyy on the greens!!!
Pixel versus Roach versus Nomad versus Warden premium showdown. Just curious.
Might have to grab multiple Pixels based off your impressions here. The Eagle Envy was always going to go straight on the wall anyway😅
🤣🤣🤣
Envy's just an envy, not sure what people expect. pretty straight with a little fade. won't bite too much as long as you release flat.
excited to try out the soft and medium electron pixels!
I wanna try a medium

Why is it every disc golfer thinks the definition of stable is actually overstable?
So much hyzer on just about every envy shot :D I bet if you threw it flat until it broke in you'd like it a lot more.
I tried to throw it flat!!! I just cant do it with that disc lmao
@@IceBergTV Try harder! Youve angered the Envy bros! 😂

That sounds moneyyy!!!
How does the pixel compare to the discraft challenger, when it comes to hand feel? Profile looks very similar.
Very similar. Pixel in hand is really good and i usually don't like putters
is that a HATLESS Broderic?!
Can confirm not bald
What a great video one throw with the fan grip and you love it next throw you hate it good stuff
Ill dial it in next video my bad lol
Do you feel like your form has regressed a little since you made the video on timing?
