This is a frequency that I lived in for many months after a kundalini experience. It is really a vibration that makes you feel love for every living thing around. I could see the blades of grass vibrating and I could see the good in everyone. There is nothing intellectual about this- it is LOVE.

Vibrations must go to whole your body, if you have soud system, then put your self on the midle of 4 spickers. And put music 528hz. Vibration go to all your body, mind, soul. THAT IS KEY!

But also important is to have good sound system which reproduces the frequency accurately. Bad sound system will distort it and You may end up with different frequency altogether. Also room acoustic will make the frequency bounce off the wall distorting it as well. Best would be recording studio, but that is not always available

If you do not have surround sound, you can set your intention to receive the vibration of this video through headphones. Do not limit the power of heart speak. Your ego mind will discourage you, your heart will guide you in the right direction every time.
you can also use good head phone or head set and lay down and let it go thru your whole body. Not every one has access to a good sound system

Recent studies show that positive emotion/thought such as love, joy, greatfulness and etc. effects human DNA by making the strands longer and more perceptive (meaning uncoding the hidden talents such as ESP, precognition, clairvoyance and others), when negative emotion such as fear, anger, despair and etc. makes DNA shrink, therefore limiting human perception a great deal. One has to establish an ongoing positive thought in order for these changes to occur.
i listened to this walking to work today as I have it downloaded on my ipod and I swear people treated me differently in work, in a positive way though. People who are usually assholes to me were unusually pleasant.

Author Kathleen Sullivan McDonald Actually, the Earth's vibrational hum was 7.8 hz and is now rising and fluctuating and has been recorded up to 14 hz. We, and everything else on the Earth affects the Earth's vibration, just as the Earth affects our vibration (This is because we are literally like cells upon this living entity we know as Earth). So if species on the Earth are changing, the Earth itself will change with them, and vice versa. As above, so below. So saying the Earth's vibration is at a constant C# is quite arguable. We definitely need to harmonize ourselves with the Earth though, because this will help bring us to the realization that nothing is separate and everything is just one conscious universe experiencing itself through itself. When you go outside and look around, you are literally the universe looking at itself through the inside-out, everything you see is a part of YOU, even though you're just a piece of it all.
BTW I'm not trying to insult anyone's intelligence, I just like spreading information. It's ok to be wrong sometimes because every time you're wrong, you learn something new. :)

This is one sound that really works for me after listening to the harmony in there I feel so much in tune and I can Actually hear better than before I listened to it.
Good to see that somebody here on youtube has some sense. The real secret is not to change the world, but to change yourself. In the process you achieve both. Wish more of the people on youtube and the net knew that.
I can say that sound can touch myself, without headphones, but with them, the real propose, is much better!

This was my initial experience of Source Vibration's work (I thought it was more like 7 years ago?). So profound.
I have to choke back tears when I remember in the not so distant past when words & sounds of Love and Forgiveness sounded like "hippie crap" to me. By the amazing Grace of our Creator every human alive, even so called "leaders" who truly believe they have the authority to manipulate the outcome of their own existance better that our Holy Creator, can make that leap of faith and become awakened "in the glimmer of an eye"! It is that "hord of pigs" who need the Unconditional Love of strangers now.

Wow this really works. I took a pretty nasty fall on my skateboard yesterday and injured my neck to the point where i could only turn it soo much to the left before i felt pain. After listening to this the pain went away and now i feel great

The heart one does me good too, but the first one is the best. The one for the thyroid makes me ill and I almost throw up and wanted to ask Mountainmystic why that would happen. @mountainmystic9 I can say from my experience, that when I listened to the solfeggio frequencies for two weeks non-stop, I had very little will power and was uncontrollably emotional. Though I did let my body go with what you would describe as energies, finding myself in some very interesting places, with very spiritual people, saw some very thick auras, as well as many vortex spaces opening up around me which others witnessed.
This is really a good blend of the harmonic 528. Superbly done. I feel great listening. Pure bliss. Great visuals too. Thank You.

we're all the same essentially, I find remembering the humanity in everyone..understanding we all have a need to love, be loved..can do wonders with how you approach your own life and creates a sense of understanding in those moments where you're filled with doubt. that underlying need we all share, to be loved, just gets covered up with the garbage the ego wants to cloak itself with.

I zap my water with these frequencies as well. I place several bottles in a circle with a healing crystal in the middle, and then rubber band them all together with two little speakers. Then I hit PLAY and do this a whole bunch of times in a row. Love it! Thank you

you just need to listen to a hz frequency (eyes closed), follow and steady your breath.. and just lose grasp of time (this takes practice) and let the hz frequency take control of your brain.

Sometimes is just better to appreciate this sound, rather than work out the theory behind it but you can understand why people can be curious and its good to question this and I think that's exactly what this frequency is for, to help you collect your thoughts.

For those who find it difficult to believe we are all one, there is a very short story written for children called The Parable of the Little Soul by Neale Donald Walsche that easily explains how we can forgive those who have hurt us in the past....that shows us how our souls have agendas that we seek to fulfill in the physical and other souls help us do that...so that we may experience all facets of ourselves, which is our true desire.
I love these solfeggio sounds, most of them....the ones that are beautiful. I think all that is under the umbrella 'new age' is not good, but a lot of it is good. God judges us on MOTIVES, not results. We might judge by 'results' but the Divine I don't think does. God cares about the motivations of our actions. God is merciful because he made us imperfect. If a religion expects perfection it is off base.
The miracle seems to be that of life-what a wonderful journey through the human body through microscopic and artistic vision. Rainbow DNA...beautiful thought. Excellent presentation.
