Sir you need a DC motor regulator to reduce the rpm of the motor regulator. You need an industrial regulator to reguce the speed of the moto to produce a lower power
U need an alternator that has dc with high amps to charge the battery while running and a relay to prevent over charg first, second u'll need a voltage regulator for the for the alternator bcuz once u put on load now the voltage will drop immediately

Just try and get a 12v 20-30amp charger and add to it once you plug in the charger the voltage will reduce and same time charging your battery..
