It takes intelligence, and courage to welcome the process of wisdom when facing personal challenges -you seem to be an example of it. Thank you for sharing your struggle with back pain. The generosity, and intention embedded in your teaching style is noted with appreciation ❤
Thank you, I’ve been wondering if stretching my vertebrae will help my pinching lower back pain. Going on 4th month now & haven’t wanted to give up gentle yoga or hill hiking / dog walks, etc. I know my body will heal itself. Good advice @ multi -pronged approach 😊
Hello Lucas, thanks for this video. Please make more 10-15 minute videos for the Yoga Trapeze! I would love to have more videos like this to follow daily.
Thanks so much for the instruction. I mainly picked up a yoga trapeze for the traction poses and love the idea of Traction Jackson. I’m struggling to find the sweet spot with the seat. Too high and I feel pinching (at the skin and muscle level, not spine). When I find the comfortable spot I fall/roll out. Specifically where do you think the seat should contact in the lower back for this pose?
Sir i m also yoga teacher and suffering with the same back pain....i showed it to doctor and physio they are saying no big issues but still couldn't solve it plz guide me
You need to look in your area for a good chiropractor. Back pain is often a pinched nerve and only a chiropractor can move the bones to stop the pinching. Unfortunately, once there is an injury to the spine, the spine wants to slip back into the injured position. But once you find a good chiropractor you will not mind going in for an occasional adjustment. Chiropractic gives you a great quality of life and let's you avoid pain meds.

Hello Ben - you'll get it just bicycle your legs and use your thumbs to press the seat down your back, basically so the sling covers your bum only.
I’ve had my trapeze now for a year and don’t know any moves!! 😆
Give it a try!!
Yoga Trapeze is sooo amazing! Watch the instructional videos that came with it to learn some basics :)
