PP City, the '' Pearl '' of SEA, with Magnificent Palaces and French Colonial Architecture Buildings, is a big contrast to the '' Chaos '' that happened daily !! Streets are ''Dirty '' with'' Unorganized '' food Markets and Food Vendors operating everywhere in the streets, leaving '' trash '' all over the place. This City has a lot to offer to locals and visitors, but it is poorly managed due to lack of '' VISION '' in terms of Cleanliness, Beautification and Development programs in its Authorities. A country that is ranked as one of the most '' Corrupt '' in the World !! Where does the Money go from other Asian countries for the development of infrastructures and other projects such as '' JICA ' and so on ??
