WOW! A lot of work goes into running this barbeque business! Who would have even thought how much time and hard work went into preparing the meat! As for the video presentation, it seems you are always looking for a way to take your videos to a higher level, and this one definitely had that quality. This food looked really good. We would definitely want to give this place a try based on what we saw on your plates!

I'm checking this place out once I get back down here on vacation in July. The food looked so amazing and I like how the restaurant is spread out if that makes sense. Loved the people behind you while Britney was talking they were taking peaks over there shoulders to see what you guys were doing lol. People find these videos so satisfying that you do, because it gives them options when they come to the Smokies. I just love BBQ and there's no better BBQ than in the south.
Lol I noticed that during editing.Trotter's was impressive. Just finished our leftovers today, enough for a meal. thanks as always Frank.

Trotters just opened when we were there but they were closed the day we wanted to go. (Still got some nice pics at Dolly’s statue and butterfly wall tho!) Hoping we can check it out on our next visit! The food looks AMAZING!!

Great Review again....Not many places are doing Whole Hog BBQ these days, it is usually baby backs and pork shoulders which is fine but the real art is in Whole Hog BBQ. You had me nervous when that plate of Nachos landed on the table, I thought...they are going around reviewing who has the best BBQ nachos in Sevier County lol. Thanks for the videos and we will be hitting up Trotters when we head down in two weeks, love traditional BBQ.

Eric years ago when I was kid there was a Trotters in PF. Do you know if there’s any affiliation? Do you remember it?
The Trotter's in PF (many many years ago) served family style. Don't know if there is any connection, but I remember the older Trotter's had great food.
