Hey, Phat. I’m wondering if you can still unlock new airports with passengers. I’m still on PRG, and the next airport is IAD, and if I tap unlock it doesn’t give me the prompt that says how many passengers that you need to unlock it, it just takes me to the store to buy with golden planes.
No, you unlock airports by leveling up airports to one of the last few levels. At PRG, you'll see a level reward on the free pass that says IAD, that is how you unlock it

Yes, when you unlock a plane you are able to buy it in all airports for Wollars
