Not if you run the game without EAC. The modder did a good job, everything is already included in the file. You don't have to install anything, you just download it, open the folder and run launchmod_eldenring. Also you should not use a modded savefile online even if you got rid of all the mods, so remember to make a backup first.

This is insane. Do pve mods like this still run the risk of getting you banned from multiplayer? If not, I’m not getting this asap
