I'm incorporating more dark leafy greens in my food which helps dark skin and taking more vitamin C.
If you are on a skin darkening journey I would suggest that you incorporate antioxidant rich foods and vitamin C in your diet. Antioxidants, like flavonoids and polyphenols, may increase melanin production. You can get these antioxidants from foods like dark leafy greens, dark berries, dark chocolate, and colorful vegetables. You can also take vitamin and mineral supplements.

I remember back when Sammy Sosa’s skin bleaching first became public and the reaction among the predominantly white sports fans and media I saw at the time was universally negative and shocked. Like literally nobody was saying that he looked good; everyone was straight up freaked out by it or they made fun of how weird he looked. So even in the context of a white supremacist culture, I honestly don’t think it really will have the benefit some people seem to think. While I was listening to this, I did a quick google to read about Meagan Good’s bleaching though and I came across a skin care forum talking about in in a forum section completely dedicated to skin lightening. It has many threads and people discussing it too so unfortunately I guess it is perhaps more common even now than one might assume.
Yt ppl fight over whether other yts get to call themselves yt, why would they look favorably on a blk person attempting to imitate their skin tone 🤦🏾♀️. Chrissie is right, the social benefits these skin bleachers believe they’re getting over darker skinned ppl is only seen within the black culture. Just like we see ppl with yt skin as yt, they also see all blk skin ppl as blk. Racism doesn’t go away because of a skin shade
Bleaching products are often in hairstores and asian like grocery stores. So yes it is very very common to this day unfortunately. However, like another commentor said, more and more bw have been using tanning products for richer glowy skin so..the tides are slowly changing ❤
The internalized racism and the self-hatred is incredible. I’m not Black, I’m aware of the prejudice that Black people face, but I’d never have thought that you actually do that to each other too. There’s nothing better about having white or mixed features. Whiteness isn’t synonymous with beauty.
Its crazy that in other countries, skin bleaching is highly encouraged. Like in India, higher social economic jobs are set aside for lighter skinned individuals. Also, they run their society in a caste system. The higher in society, they lighter in skin.😮😮😮

I’ve always loved my unique reddish milk chocolate hue! Never wanted to be lighter complexioned, in my entire life! The tougher part has been featurism …having a nose that’s broader and not petite and pointy. That’s been the bigger struggle. Of course there are people who are attracted, and say I’m beautiful but it’s the smaller percentage. I was shocked to see a fuller nosed girl posted on top of the makeup at Ulta the other day. Maybe we’re coming along in that area too.
The blaxican account is her. She mentioned the Bridgerton top before almost verbatim in another video. I remember her saying how people stare because of her cutesy style. If I could recollect the video I would put them up to each other. Lol
It's sad to think that self hatred can become so internalized this way. She not only wants to be racially ambiguous, but also put down the people who look like her. It's like it validates her or something. I read Toni Morrison's The Bluest Eye in college and this reminds me of the characters in there quite a bit.
Because she likes bm. And it’s funny because all of these exotic and fake bwe channels claim they dated every non bm alive and claim bm are better for bw. Bw like her are mad and afraid of facing reality, reality is bm don’t like bw. Fighting with other bw is not gonna change anything. 😂

I didn't know that skin bleaching was so prevalent among relatively younger Black women. There are health complications from using harsh chemicals and it's not worth your health. As someone who spends a lot of time outside I've come to really love my darker Brown summer skintone. I really hope more women learn to love themselves. 😮😮😱😱
The CHEMICALS, absolutely!!! I can see temporarily using it for discolored spots or marks. But to constantly use large amounts over large areas of skin for prolonged periods of time ain’t good for your health. I used to use Ambi Fade cream on my neck, knees and elbows until i got those areas to back to my normal complexion. It even says NOT use for more than a few weeks. I can only imagine what the bleach is actually doing to not only their skin but their health!!
After learning about exoticals united being okay with skin bleaching I just tuned out the bs she spewed and take what she says with a grain of salt. I was to be upper class not associated I want to be the wealthy woman with financial freedom
So speaking of skin bleaching. I need to know does kojic acid bleach your skin? I thought it was just to even/brighten it. Like vitamin c serum. I thought of getting some eventually but I'm NOT trying to bleach my skin.
The men on pop the balloon where obviously lighter than Denzel. They looked light skin to me as a dark skin woman. Someone who is light brown is light skin to me an they were definitely light brown .
I’m not dark skin and I have been bullied for my appearance and had my blackness belittled before my mother has had the same issue it’s just sad and hurtful. As far as the exotical content I’ve watched they just talk about their own experience with colorism. Skin bleaching and chemically altering hair is something I can not get behind. I understand why it’s internalized self hate and patriarchy which all women of color have experienced
So I went and listened to the exoticals channel and yours and from the outside looking in it would seem there is a colorism war going on between black women. I see that both spectrums want some feature of the other and it’s okay.

The Birdxoticals are mad because their channels have less than 30k subscribers but dark skinned women who make actual content such as Chrissie and PM have over 200k. Why isn't their alleged beauty attracting more views and subs? 🤔
Dont say that to loud fresh and fit might start collabin with these airheads 😂😂😂
Yes, why don’t they have 30 inch wigs in type four hair. They’re so many blueprints on TikTok and UA-cam of what that looks like
Bw need to demand more of it, if more bw started buying wigs with our texture, they'd have no choice but to give us what we want (if they want money)
I now wear an exclusively 'textured' wig but it would be lovely to get a real representation of OUR hair.
Try her given hair and curlsqueen
Omg I would totally buy that and I don't even wear wigs! ❤
Fingercomber has the “Honeycomber” unit but it does tangle after a couple of months. Not quite 30 inches but it has a better curl pattern than the weird ones on Aliexpress. And only needs a teeny tiny leave out of fluffy edges
No wonder she was accusing Paris of bleaching.. The bleacher was projecting and looking company😩
Yeah I tried to say that in the beginning

I would like to turn my skin even darker - if I could, as the models your are showing in this video (23:58 onwards) Black is beautiful!!!!!!!!!
This summer I’ve been in the SUN!!! 🍫
I'm dark skinned but I've always wanted to be more chocolate! The most beautiful women in my family are so dark and pretty.
Yes ma'am, I love dark skin on women. I want to be the shade of Coco Jones and SZA. Dark brown skin and black hair is truly an attractive combination on a woman. 🤎
@@monicaaparecidaoliveira8063 Anok Yai has the most beautiful skin I have ever seen. It's smooth, even, and glistens. It's about to get cold now so I have time to darken my skin but next summer I'm going to be looking like a smooth black pearl. I'm incorporating more dark leafy greens in my food which helps dark skin and taking more vitamin C.
@@JamilahNKamal Thank you for the reply. I will try that too.
“You don’t want to be walking around looking like Micheal Jackson” Chrissie you have me CACKLING 😂😂😂
@JamilahNKamal Vitiman c is a tyrosine inhobtor it helps lighten dark spots from acme could cause skin brightening which is removing a tan from sun-kissed skin vitiman c should only be used for hyperpigmentation never to dsrkdn becsuse it could do the opposite and bleach your skin ladies if you want to get darker use cocoa butter in the sun it gives you a nice tan oxidized vitiman c can help darken but it is still unsafe too risky
I always heard Vitamin C makes you light and bright. Hmm...
It makes you bright not light @@THISandTHISandTHAT
The idea of a skin darkening journey is just as pathologic as a skin lightening journey. Why not just have a your best skin journey. This is weird to me.
I don't think taking it internally would lighten your skin. It actually improves the look of the skin because it support collagen production.
I love tanning. Darker skin on women is more exotic in my opinion and I love how it looks when the sun glistens on it in the summer time. Duckie Thot, Sonia Barbie Tucker, Kelly Rowland, Anok Yai, Coco Jones, and Lupita are all very beautiful to me and would represent my standard of beauty. It's 2024 and there has been so much upliftment of dark skinned black women which has truly contributed to a lot if self love amongst our community of women.🙏🏽🌹 May 2025 be another great year!
Amen!
I hope Paris Milan is doing well and comes back online soon 🙏🏿
She lost a subscriber. I listened to some of the things she’d say but seems like she’s been a hypocrite this whole time pretending to tell dark-skin unambiguous women that they have nothing to be insecure about regarding their natural features and hair when she doesn’t like those things for herself.
But I ignored the real exotical channels bc most of them were unhinged and didn’t pretend to love all phenotypes like Exiticals United
Although I agreed with very few, slim and in between points she has made, I can't bring myself to fully watch more then 3 of her videos. The actual bigotry she spews without realizing she's doing it grates me. She will say something in one sentence then automatically contradict herself and make herself look like a complete hypocrite in the next sentence. Also the shamless pandering towards darkskin women at times all while simultaneously, obsessively bringing them down it's gross.
Bleaching looks so crazy. I feel so bad for women who think it will solve all their problems. I can’t imagine the negative messaging and hatred one has to receive to choose to be grey and crazy looking instead of beautiful and brown
Right! I watched some show about some rich people in Africa and you would have thought it should've been called 50 Shades of Grey!!

Bleaching always has this strange gray undertone. I wish people could love their skin and stop. It looks really strange.
Chrissie they’re still speaking on you? You really have them bothered.
