It is really surprising and frustrating, that the highway authority of India and other concerned authorities do NOTHING, to stop these (road hogs, lorries) from keeping to the high speed lane, thereby forcing faster moving vehicles from being able to travel on these highways safely, and go through these dangerous swerving actions and endangering the lives of so many innocent passengers. Buses and other fast moving vehicles, who have dash cams, should pass on the video footage to the authorities as evidence, where the authorities can fine the erring vehicles appropriately and also generate a sizeable chunk of revenue. In Qatar, the fine for such actions by slow vehicles blocking the high speed track, was introduced, over 11 years ago, at QR. 3000/- Stiff fines will ensure adherence to the rule.
