Yes! I work from home 2-3 days a week - though I am finding myself needing to go into the office or partner events more often this year. Some of my colleagues gym during their lunch breaks - Microsoft is quite flexible and you choose when to take your lunch break depending on your workday. If you schedule it in, people are generally respectful not to book over it unless it’s business critical.
