This is so very beautiful. I love the aesthetics with the functionality. I live in a 20 ft camper. I am working on it everyday. I’m 72, but wished I’d done this in my 30’s. Enjoy life!
I bought an RV this month as well because I was getting so tired of rent was keep going up so high. 2bd 2br & attached garage stared out as $1245 per month in Charlotte, NC in 2021. After living here 2nd year with the "inflation" they wanted $230 increase in rent in 2nd year of renewing. This is our last year here and we paid our last rent $1740 and that is not including utilities. I remember in 2012, 2bd 1br we were paying $678. So, starting next month I'll be living in my RV for $300 per month and thankfully I am minimalist so it doesn't bother much with smaller space.
I love it. Clutter free and neat interior. I live in a rebuilt, renovated 1960 caravan in rural Zimbabwe, Africa. It is definately not the life for everyone but I am living my dream.
That's why you stay at a state or national parks, they generally have bathroom/shower facilities and more often than not Laundry too, and they are generally cheaper. I live a 16 foot camper for 5 years when I was a traveling Tech for Indian Motorcycles.
I lived in a 16 foot Camper for 5 years when I was a traveling Tech for Indian Motorcycles and absolutely loved every minute of it mainly because I got to go all over the country and I was never in one place more than 3 months at a time, but the money was really good too. The key to traveling and living in a camper is staying at State or national parks because they have Bathroom and Shower facilities and more often than not laundry. One tip I would give someone wanting to do this is put the kitchen in the front near the tow hitch, the weight up front helps it stay more stable when your parked plus it lowers the center of gravity when it's connected to your truck which helps keep it connected.
Love that they used to jackery for their electrical system. The table idea with the piano hinge was a winner. And the mud room with the bench I did and the coat hooks I really love that and plan to use that when I make my camper. Also enjoyed the sink idea . Very smart and creative couple.
Your creativity is just stunningly beautiful. It's great to see this old camper come to life again. Also, I commend you for your camera operation. The viewer was able to really look at details because the camera was resting or moving slowly.
Thanks for the tour I like the retro vibe! Good use of space for the mud room too. I hear ya on less fixed bills and more freedom 😊 For me, I would not want electronics anywhere near my sleeping area for sure. Wonder if solar would be an option?
I would of incorporated a bathroom where the make shift mud room is. Otherwise it’s a clean & beautiful tiny vintage on wheels-Nice cosmetic work. I love the simplicity.
I have 2 vintage trailers and both have porta potties! I'm keeping both as original as possible! The only things I change is the water tank and the heater. I use the original sink because I don't do many dishes! And I stay away from lots of white stuff! But I also use mine to travel and camp in! Just my thoughts!
This is absolutely darling. I love the design elements, the color choices, & I would not want a flushing toilet either, however, I will be using my Luggable Loo. I would also want a sink that would permit dishwashing. But, super cute! Well done. 👍
Question for you… how is that sink functional for doing dishes? Like rinsing out those pans you have that are hanging? And how do you shower? Did I miss that part?
What do you use for window coverings when you're camping? Your camper is lovely. I really like it. I'll echo some other's comments in saying that some kind of toilet seems necessary to me, just because you don't want to leave the camper in an emergency situation late at night...but aside from that, what a perfect little camper you have. I'm sure you're proud.
Oh I really love this. It is so beautiful. I'm working this year to save up and buy me a small camper so that me and my pups can go camping at some of the beautiful parks in Georgia.
I don't believe anyone lives there--they decorated it to sell it to a minimalist who forgot about needing food, spices, salt, flour, oil, vinegar, a package of soup, a box of cereal or crackers, 2 unused frying pans hung there as decor? They live on eggs, then polish the copper to brand new in the evening? Soap--and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner--even a hair brush and comb, lotion, medical things such as Bactine or hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, bandaids, prescriptions, Advil or Tylenol, antacid--something! Tampons, shoes and socks, very cold weather clothing, camping next to the restroom? Still gonna need a rain jacket and shoes. All sorts of things we humans are miserable without. Sheets and blankets! He had a bs story about having in-laws spend the night--but they had no dishes to serve them even take-out! No anything--one deodorant for 2 adults. They pointed to 1 drawer or box apiece and claimed it held their clothing. but we saw zero shoes, hats, a scarf, nothing. Some people are minimalists, but they still don't stand in rain and snow in thongs. No umbrella. Most people in trailers own a parka--it gets very cold even if you live in the desert. Some beaches are warm but there are few campgrounds, and they get very cold in storms. You want hot tea, hot soup, shoes and socks, a sweater. Must store the sweater in August. Need rubber thongs in public showers, and towels to take with you--and bags or totes for soap, lotion, clothing. They did not even have detergent. And no TP! Nope, not buying this one. They stripped this trailer but did not replace the cabinets every person requires at least a few of...a sewing kit, scissors. A nail file, a safety pin.
Pretty anesthetics ~ Always love louvered windows and wish they did that on modern vehicles still... I couldn't live with that sink tho...too small for washing dishes n water would get everywhere.
I love this camper great job but no toilet no deal. I think a compost bucket if nothing else. What do you do in the middle if the night and early in the morning. I can’t even imagine
What a great home you have created! I knew it would be great because I graduated from High School in 1966!!!! Thank you for sharing ~ sending you love, light, peace, joy and abundance always. I love you.
I'm not much old 60's decor. You have very nice eye for color/design, and the patience of a saint to redo things like the sink...Like many would like some bathroom arrangement. Do you have window covers?
Definitely a mini glamp model. Very small, impractical sink for doing any kind of dishes. No toilet, or means of privacy to use even a porta john. Even the pepper/salt grinders just for show. Size wise, impractical for a true camp. Nice to look at though.
Wow,tiny really was packed with goodness. Everything you need. I'd rather have all the space than a restroom. Out door showers are great! Bathroom, as long as I'm alone and have a shovel. I'm going!!!!! Good Luck on the next build, can't wait to see what you 2 do next. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄
Very clean build ...I grew up in the 60's some of the parents of my friends had pretty much the same type trailer home ...but you've really gone above and beyond ...nice work Clean and simple 👍👍
I'm really glad to get to see this video. I recently got one of these trailers I will be renovating next summer. Did you completely close off the outside storage door on the back when you put the drawers under the bed? I am mixed on that. I love your mud room much better than the closets that were there. I couldn't believe this trailer originally slept 8 people!
I would probably use that sitting area for my bed and make some of that area where the bed is a bathroom with a shower, those two things would be a necessity for me it's got to be inconvenient when it's late and you have to go to the bathroom who are you want to go out spontaneously and can't take a shower or a wash up! 🤔
Its beautifull.but the sink is too small to work for me.with washing big items.and the no toilet is a definate no no.i go atleast 2x per note.where would I go?i am not going outside at night.imagine you eat something that makes you have to run toilet often.😳😳😳
That sink is BEAUTIFUL!! and very decorative!! The WHOLE reno is beautiful! But that sink seems totally impracticle. How can you wash pots and pans it that tiny thing? Or baking pans etc.? Unless, you use a plastic tub to do your actual dishes??
That dining room was not necessary. That should have been made into a wet bath. 3 things are most important in a caravan: bed, kitchen and bathroom. The rest can be enjoyed in the open air.
I call BS. These people are not living in this thing. This is not a tiny home; it’s fancy homelessness. (Or free advertising for serial camper flippers.)
Why is it that people do not give priority to a bathroom, in the caravan, what happens if you want to go to the bathroom at midnight? I don't like this caravan
I don't thinks it's a permanent tiny home to live in its a nice tiny home on their land and if bathroom is a issues they just go to the Main house on their land and use the restroom. If I had land I wound convert a small camper van into my girls shed.!!!my personal get away!!!
I absolutely love everything about this but I would want a Bathroom
Agreed. I need a toilet Atleast. I go to the bathroom. All day night long. The shower can be at the gym
This is very nice and cozy. Love the neatness how it is situated inside. Great job All around
If you stay in State/National parks you don't need a bathroom/shower because they have Bathroom and shower facilities.
Same❤
So cute! I would make a coset by putting several shelves and a clothes pole in the "mudroom" space for clothes. Better use of space for me.
Lovely build. Not being a kid anymore I love that I have a full bathroom in my RV I live in and travel in fulltime.
This is so very beautiful. I love the aesthetics with the functionality. I live in a 20 ft camper. I am working on it everyday. I’m 72, but wished I’d done this in my 30’s. Enjoy life!
Best wishes to you! So admirable you are doing this at your age.👍

I would need a bathroom as I'm older and need to use the bathroom in the night
That's why you stay at a state or national parks, they generally have bathroom/shower facilities and more often than not Laundry too, and they are generally cheaper. I live a 16 foot camper for 5 years when I was a traveling Tech for Indian Motorcycles.
Simply divine. I could hardly believe you could hold all you need in such a small space. I'm also wowed by the decor!
Love the caravan that sink is cute. I definitely would have to have a toilet though

Love all the seats and the flow of it! The sink is cute, not typical for most that cook! No where to wash dishes inside.
Your creativity is just stunningly beautiful. It's great to see this old camper come to life again. Also, I commend you for your camera operation. The viewer was able to really look at details because the camera was resting or moving slowly.
AWESOME HOME...... WOW with the salad bowl sink.......SMART idea for upper cabinets...
Thanks for the tour I like the retro vibe! Good use of space for the mud room too.
I hear ya on less fixed bills and more freedom 😊
For me, I would not want electronics anywhere near my sleeping area for sure. Wonder if solar would be an option?
I really like the interior and the 60s theme. A home is what you make it. It is a beautiful home.
I would of incorporated a bathroom where the make shift mud room is. Otherwise it’s a clean & beautiful tiny vintage on wheels-Nice cosmetic work. I love the simplicity.
How much did all of it cost you? Judy

I like the water door on the outside of the kitchen to get to the water jugs.
I Love this Camper! It's Beautiful! Bathroom yes once again, I would need one.

while the mud room area is cute af, I do feel it could be used for something more practical, and the sink is amazing.
Beautiful redo of this vintage trailer but for me a bathroom would be a priority! Great job on the nods the 1960's!
Oh I really love this. It is so beautiful. I'm working this year to save up and buy me a small camper so that me and my pups can go camping at some of the beautiful parks in Georgia.
I love it.🎉
I lov this TH. I love the contemporary look they have given it
Nice for camp ground camping with restroom facilities really close by, but not crazy about the kitchen sink, at all!
I don't believe anyone lives there--they decorated it to sell it to a minimalist who forgot about needing food, spices, salt, flour, oil, vinegar, a package of soup, a box of cereal or crackers, 2 unused frying pans hung there as decor? Pretty anesthetics ~
Always love louvered windows and wish they did that on modern vehicles still... I couldn't live with that sink tho...too small for washing dishes n water would get everywhere.
Yeah, you're not washing anything bigger than a spoon in that sink lol🤣
Wow! This was a surprise! 😊
I love this camper great job but no toilet no deal. I think a compost bucket if nothing else. What do you do in the middle if the night and early in the morning. I can’t even imagine
Nice job ... great design layout :)
Very cute but living full-time definitely would need a bathroom
What a great home you have created! I knew it would be great because I graduated from High School in 1966!!!! Thank you for sharing ~ sending you love, light, peace, joy and abundance always. I love you.
love the dinette table!

So beautiful!
Cute little trailer, love the wood especially. I guess it's too small for bathroom.
Love your U shaped dinette. I want mine built like that
Definitely a mini glamp model. Very small, impractical sink for doing any kind of dishes. No toilet, or means of privacy to use even a porta john. Even the pepper/salt grinders just for show. Size wise, impractical for a true camp. Nice to look at though.
This is my exact style and flow. Thank you for sharing.
Love the restoration!!
Clean and beautiful. Love the retro look, thanks for sharing
I love this tiny 🥰

I love your mentality goals and camper. Enjoy the moments
This is gorgeous!
Very Nice, but I'd put an outdoor kitchen so I could fit a toilet and shower inside!!!
Love it so roomy for a tiny camper well done guys :)
Nice build. I really like it.
Beautiful!
It's really very nice!💙💜
The sink is a deal breaker/no can do
Gorgeous!! Love the style. 🤩

Amei a casa de vcs. Vcs são minimalistas aí se torna até uma mansão.
Love from India ❤
fantastic!
The 60s through the 90s is my style.

Love the Bench/Bookshelf, it's beautiful and creates a separate space from the Bedroom :) Great renovation. Beautiful.
Could you please do a video on where you got the products to renovate with I love this and want my own diy
Nice
Where did you get the cabinets?? I’m about to start my camper remodel and love the size of yours!!
I like so cute
Very cool
How do you wash dishes in that tiny, weirdly-shaped sink?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Please ask again
I would probably use that sitting area for my bed and make some of that area where the bed is a bathroom with a shower, those two things would be a necessity for me it's got to be inconvenient when it's late and you have to go to the bathroom who are you want to go out spontaneously and can't take a shower or a wash up! 🤔

beautiful home 👍🏻
Where did they store those huge chairs?????
A bathroom?
That dining room was not necessary. That should have been made into a wet bath.
3 things are most important in a caravan: bed, kitchen and bathroom.
The rest can be enjoyed in the open air.
Where are the cushions from? I’m needing some in my 1975 go tag along
Looks cool but can only do without a bathroom when you’re young. No old lady bladder or aging prostate apparently.
I call BS. These people are not living in this thing. This is not a tiny home; it’s fancy homelessness. (Or free advertising for serial camper flippers.)
Why is it that people do not give priority to a bathroom, in the caravan, what happens if you want to go to the bathroom at midnight? I don't like this caravan
At midnight you just go outside, if need be.
They typically park at a Walmart parking lot.
Probably they have container and just mention it or show the public

Lol I feel the same way. I would definitely need a toilet. Otherwise I love their camper
