Vor 25.000 Stadionbesuchern aus aller Welt und den Ehrengästen IOC-Präsident Jacques Rogge und Ministerpräsident Recep Tayyip Erdogan führen mehr als 1.000 Schauspieler, Tänzer, Musiker und Freiwillige in einer farbenfrohen Inszenierung durch die Geschichte des Mittelmeerraumes und der Region Mersin.
Imposante Videoprojektionen auf dem Spielfeld und auf dem zentral positionierten Halbmond kreieren vielfältige Räume, die das Publikum in jeder Szene überraschen und verzaubern.
Elements Entertainment und Hans-Christoph Mücke begleiten das Projekt von der ersten Idee über die erfolgreiche Ausschreibungsphase beim türkischen Ministerium für Jugend & Sport bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in Mersin.
In front of 25,000 stadium visitors from all over the world and the guests of honour, IOC President Jacques Rogge and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, 1,000 actors, dancers, musicians and volunteers take the spectators through a colourful presentation of the history of the Mediterranean and the Mersin region. Impressive video projections on the field and the centrally positioned crescent create diverse spaces that surprise and enchant the audience in every scene.
Elements Entertainment and Hans-Christoph Mücke accompany the project from the initial idea over the successful tender phase with the Turkish Ministry of Youth & Sports to successful realisation in Mersin.
