I think it made a lot of difference that they closed rank around him when needed and also that the company did support him and it wasn't something that really threatened his career, but something he got to work on
@ tbh anxiety threatens everything. It threatens ur whole lifestyle. I can become closed off, more irritable, and that’s not even mentioning the physical changes that happens to ur body. But I agree w u that it seems like the company did also give him their support and helped him too which was rlly sweet and amazing of them to do💕
This is why he is my daughter's ult. She suffers with horrible anxiety and panic attacks. She struggles with her emotions and sometimes its hard to reach her when she's in a tough place. Sometimes all I can do is hug her tight and make sure she knows I'm never letting go. ❤

I struggled with really bad anxiety and depression when I was younger (I still do but definitely not as bad) and didn't really have anyone to go to so I never really got help until I was an adult- it's hard but it really helps to know we're not alone ❤ It's suffocating sometimes but it's worth working through! Han has struggled with (social) anxiety at least since debut, probably longer He even went on hiatus for a while back then, I believe and there's been statements about it from the company and I think Chan talked about it in his livestreams too so it's nothing new But especially during 5 star era it was really bad, he was extremely quiet on camera, generally kept in the background and even had something of an anxiety/panic attack on stage which made him almost completely unable to look up from the floor or dance properly and it looked like he had trouble breathing During the latest One Kid Room episode about Han they talked about how he just disappeared once for an entire day with no one knowing where he was or being able to reach him (which must have been really scary knowing Han's condition) but they also talked about how he's been getting better since and recently Han has stated multiple times how well he is doing and that he is currently the happiest and it shows 🥹 And stays have used that line "He's back" since one of the other kids said it about Han during I believe the Camping episode of Skz Code when he was joking around again and in a good mood while filming 😊
He has anxiety and after Maxident era his energy started to fade and he become less of what he used to be during older era’s. It was honestly heart breaking watching him slowly fade 😭 he seems to be recovering well tho!
