Veterans Parkway is one of the 4 "parkways" in Georgia that are maintained by the city, rather than the DOT. These 4 parkways consist of the Truman, Veterans, Jimmy Deloach, and the Ronald Reagan Pkwy up near Atlanta. 3 of these parkways are maintained by the City Of Savannah, hence the horrible maintenance.
