This is more for any women who might be watching this channel. I leaned when I was in the Navy, when everyone thinks they are about to die, the so-called tough guys fold first. I saw this first hand. Why? Because they’ve never been challenged in life. They’ve had it easy. The quiet regular guys are the ones who step up and do what needs to be done. Just because women are attracted to the guy who looks masculine doesn’t mean he actually is and just because he looks like just a regular guy doesn’t mean he isn’t. Women are superficial, but then so are men.
I was going to add that women want to date Batman and marry Superman, not necessarily in that order, and I have been both. I could tell stories.
We often get this thing of masculinity incorrect. Jesus was very masculine yet he rebuked his mother and aunty because they both developed and fleshly crush on him because of his leadership and the masculine authority he carried. Yeah it sounds sickening the woman chosen by God as your natural mother had a crush on you that he himself had to rebuke. Masculinity means to be humble and being the greatest below status. Jesus is alpha and omega and the first born of all creation. That's a true example of alpha personality after Adam failed he became our hope.

I beleive there's a difference between a winning mindset and a lazy man's mindset. Alphas and betas don't exist in human behavior. Bullies and pushovers or people pleasers do exist. And most women aren't attracted to people pleasers. The term alpha male is taken out of context. If you do your research alpha male wolves, lions, tigers, or any other animal are quite arrogant leaders even silver back gorilla's. İ really appreciate your approach, Casey. İ can relate to this in many ways. My experience has been that people tend to respond well to authenticity. And I think that gets compromised in the process of trying to be alpha, beta, or whatever else.

I’m also a nice guy who does pretty well with women but i can’t fine a way to maintain girls with a nice frame without getting pushed for a relationship. If you’re not looking for a relationship then you are just using girls for sex, that’s why they don’t want you and leave. No girl is about to get used by a f-boy, which is what you are, you are just covert about it. Once they find out you are a a f-boy, they leave because you are just wasting their time. Girls want security, and you don’t offer them that. You are a big time waster! Go find a f-girl/ hookup only girl like yourself, and leave decent girls that want a relationship alone.
After my heartbreak in my early 20’s, I went down the rabbit hole too! Started being a bad boy, didn’t give a shit about a lot of the women in my life and it kinda pushed them all away.

Since most men aren't action heroes, their idea of good may be "boring, conventional and repressed" and therefore-non-or-anti-sexual, because we're all taught that "sex is dirty." Why would women want men who are trying so hard to prove they're not sex offenders or human traffickers that they can't come on to them?

Try this experiment: Go around to all the women you know and ask them the following question: Name a couple (2 or 3) qualities/attributes/behaviors/characteristics that make for a good husband. Get a notebook and write them down in one column. You can write it down in their presence or wait until you're out of sight. Doesn't matter. Do this with at least a dozen women. You will get a lot of overlap, i.e., multiple women will say some of the same things.
A week later, you can go to the same women OR don't wait and find a dozen DIFFERENT women, only this time ask what qualities/attributes/behaviors/characteristics that make a man SEXY. Write these down in another column. Again, you will find some overlap, but probably not as much as the husband question.
What YOU WILL NOT FIND, is that there is NO, ZERO, OVERLAP BETWEEN THE TWO COLUMNS. You will not find any woman ANY WOMAN that finds a "good husband" to be "sexy".
