Why do all vegans lie not pretending you wasn't alone but that the virus didn't come from a lab or the fact vegans have smaller kid's weaker bones and the only experiment ever in Kenya shown what most can see vegans lose IQ not to mention the gut bacteria is different and it's been tested totally controls your brain your thoughts and emotions it's science it's not a debate.
You're nuts if you believe veganisum is the future like all cults you just believe you're the only way as for fishing if you believe that will ever end you're nuts it's one of the most popular sports as well as being in our nature as hunters also apes are omnivorous they kill moneys for food not just bugs.
We evolved to be nature's greatest land hunters we can outrun all other animals not faster but we were smarter we lost our fur and started sweating to cool down while our pray collapsed and died you don't evolve like that to eat nuts
Hi Klaus interesting speech... and i agree with you.
May i add one idea to your prediction?
I think also industrially driven, more and more processed foods will become vegan, skipping eggs, milkpowder or cream, liceblood, honey, etc. in their ingredient list.
So unlike now, when you buy your can of soup, biscuits or puddings, it will be vegan unless explicitly meat based (chicken soup). Even people who are adament meat eaters will easily cut their animal product intake in half without even realising it.
We are here for the win 💪🏻
Wow Klaus.30 mins and not one mistake, not one "um" or hesitation. This was a pleasure to listen to.Thank you my good man.
I was thinking that same thing!
It was a tonne of practice!
Thats what happens when one really enjoys and knows what one is talking about i guess! Really very well done thats right!
When food producers are mandated to display "Warning: this product contains animals and / or animal byproducts" on their labels, we'll know that the tide has really turned.
Awesome lecture Klaus!
Thank you!
Or: "Warning: this product contains seed oils, which are known carcinogens."
@@aliendroneservices6621 However, when the World Cancer Research Fund reviewed the latest scientific evidence on fats, oils and cancer risk, it concluded that there was no evidence that eating vegetable and seed oils in moderation increased the risk of cancer. In fact a small amount of these types of fats help our bodies absorb some vitamins.
@@silviofta "...it concluded..." Not based on science.
@@silvioftaof course that would be the conclusion. Then again, it wouldn’t be in their interest to cure cancer
Great to see the evolution of vegan speeches. Many topics covered in such a streamline way
Seriously, Bill Gates is supporting Veganism for the poor so is UA-cam. And they are particularly targeting young girls who are unlikely to track their health and are unlikely to understand that this is far more than animal welfare. It's a great way to check fertility.
@@annburge291 ok, my brain just went into numbing shock. so nothing is actually changing......? because the fact we're in a federal reserve backed corporate oligarchic extinction with pedophiles rapists financial/wealth parasites (Gates and Epstein and Weinstein Biden Clinton other billionaires) and all around criminals touting veganism just so they can still track, control and kill us and they'll have all the plant world to themselves????? it's time to organize and shut this shit down.
yes. eating the way God created us to eat. It is all in the bible.
@@annburge291 agreed it's mentaI lIIness
@Dom Railton Really very well done thats right!
Klaus you are a rock star!! You have vocalized so eloquently what so many of us vegans are unable to. You address this issue in a way I think even a hardcore carnivorous human would be hard pressed to be offended by. You are obviously a gifted orator.
You said all the things I would love to say except without all the frustration and sidetracks I would go on as I tried to say everything at once. I appreciate that the animals, the earth and the other vegans have you and people like you to represent us in such a logical, fact based and easy to understand and digestible way. Many thanks. :)
Thanks Olivia - means a lot 💚
This speech was so meditative to me as a vegan
Thank you!
I also think the math is on out side. Even if each vegan just make one other person go full vegan each year, it could still just be a few decades until the world is vegan
You can dream on never going to happen
@@jordonsky I actually presented some simple math. What do you disagree with apart from that? Do you not think animals matter? Did not every vegan think the same as you before they went vegan? What part of a "vegan world" is so scary? Is it that mass "production" of animals could be illegal?
I can relate to accidentally becoming vegan. I decided to try vegetarian for 1 month because I heard my taste buds would change and it was a challenge at the time lol. Then I noticed I had more energy and felt lighter after meals. Then I started looking into the issues and got curious as to why people would even consider going vegan. And now I've been vegan for 7 years!
👏👏👏
same story 6 years ago . feel very well
Same story here after seeing some PETA pictures and videos of inside animal torture factories some 20 years ago (I'm in my 60s)
Thats not a vegan thing that fixed you. You were a dummy who ate too much, and when you started tracking your diet you started eating more correct for your body type. You could be more efficient and just eat brocolli and chicken in the right proportions and you would be fine without having to check your amino acid intake
@@granta3044 That is a possibility but more likely it was plant-based foods (not eating meat, dairy & eggs) that matched his "human" body type that fixed him because that's the change that he made.
Interestingly, I went vegetarian deliberately, however, being vegan happened when I realised that I only ate fish and dairy when I wasn’t at home. I had been for years boycotting things knowingly containing animal products. So why on Earth was I holding on to it so long.
After not eating out for two weeks and realising how easy it was to eat fully vegan, I consciously made the decision to never go back. That was 16 years ago!

I love this channel! There is nothing that misleads you, he isn't making non-vegans feel bad, and it is SOOOO true!
Thank you so much!!
Lmao🤡
I am a vegan from Indonesia. When I watched "Dominion" it really broke my heart and I went vegan since then. Animals are sentient no doubt about it. stop animal cruelty

@@theantiveganchannel3596 Yes, most people are brainwashed by decades of marketing. I was too! Eating dissected dead bodies, eating bird menstrual cycles, eating moldy breastmilk, and still breastfeeding as adults from unrelated species. Its all pretty crazy when we see how these products are produced. It’s great to take in new information and then make educated decisions with that information to change our lifestyles. We are very glad to not be brainwashed by these large exploitative industries only looking to enrich themselves and their stockholders at the cost of their consumers’ health, animals, and the environment. Have a happy new year! 🙂
@@theantiveganchannel3596 You ate what your parents told you. Some people eat dogs, cats because it's a tradition. Use your brain to see what is unethical. Killing animals for taste is unethical.
I accidentally went vegan as well. I only wanted to give up animal products as a 'detox' type of week trial. I honestly didn't even know if I could do it for an entire week. Well, after 3 days; I had so much energy, felt amazing, watched documentaries, and then decided to stay vegan after just 3 days. Been almost 5 years now. Great speech!
Everybody always says "You'll never make me give up meat!!!"
Cool, you don't have to. Just eat meat that comes from the ground instead of from suffering.
Are you talking about pasture raised animals? If so I agree.
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 probably means plant based meat. Pasteur raised animals are exploited and suffer still, and are ultimately slaughtered for flesh and skin for profit and sensory pleasure. Also it’s objectively not sustainable
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 hope you at least eat animal flesh that doesn’t require slaughter in the future
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 Jesus christ!!!!!! Have you not listened to ANYTHING in this lecture.
@@panes840 Vegan lies. I use to grow tomatoes, we had to kill so many ground squirrels it was sad all those animals going to waste. And that's just tomatoes. Vegan can't lie to me I lived it.Eating Pasture raised or wild animals kills less animals than veganism and the dead animals don't go to waste. Addrees that. You don't care if animals that are kill for your vegan food goes to waste?
You are a really good speaker.
This reminds me of earthling Ed and cosmic skeptic.
Thank you
Klaus - I think you may have given me hope!! Needed that- your public speaking is high quality these days, this is one of the highlights of the past 4 years of following you guys. Well done and thank you - one to share :)
This is perhaps the best and most eloquent speech about veganism I’ve ever heard! Great work!
Wow, thank you !
Well done Klaus. Absolutely gorgeous presentation. Thank you
During the Covid lockdown, I became vegan by ordering only plant food for delivery, it was easy and the food so healthy and filling, I really enjoyed my transition (and I lost 3 stones)
Good job on increasing your carbon foot print. I applaud the weight loss though. You can lose weight eating meat too by the way
congrats (:
@@frankosou going vegan is the best way to reduce your carbon footprint.
Congratulations--I made the transition 30 years ago and my food world was blown wide open! Enjoy the journey! 😋
Well done Klaus. I've been following you through UA-cam for about a year. I became a vegetarian in 1976 and finally vegan in 2012. I like your prediction and optimism. We are indeed creatures of habit and we become very defensive about such personal choices. It pains me to think of the incredible cruelty, brutality and wastefulness of animal agriculture. You're absolutely right that the pain which we inflict upon animals allows us to treat each other so unconsciously. Change that and we have begun to change much about how we interact with the planet and each other. It's a part of the whole.
Seaspiracy is a brilliant and painful piece of work.
Thank you for your work and your powerful, passionate and intelligent advocacy. To your vibrant health and many years of compassionate work. Namaste!
This is so cool that you have been vegetarian for so long!!! Agree with your comments completely
Klaus, this is by far one of the best presentations on the future of the vegan lifestyle I have ever seen. Your message was positive and very factual as well as easy to understand and relate to. How you spoke and the way you conveyed your information was flawless and very impressive. I hope you plan on repeating this presentation and other presentations all over the world. YOU WILL continue to make a huge difference for the health of all who live on this planet. Thank you for all you have done and all you do Klaus!
But cultivated meat is not a vegan option, though.
Great speech Klaus! 👏👏👏
Very eloquently put, in a respectful manner to everyone’s freedom of choice.
I became vegan only 2 years ago, similarly to you for health reasons regarding digestion, after trying out may other alternative diets.
I’ve always been slim and supposedly healthy, but something was not right. I went through the scientific literature available, which has been pointing consistently in this direction for the last few decades.
This was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m a critical care nurse and my blood work achieved the best results ever.
That was my advantage against this pandemic 😷, I mean being on a plant-based diet.
I agree with all you’ve presented in this video. Thank you for your service towards a more consciously aware planet!
Isabel Faia
Thank you for helping everyone during the pandemic. Spread the vegan word. 👍❤️
Congratulations Klaus! A tour de force. Your finest work. To say I am impressed, is an extreme understatement. I believe you managed to touch on every issue inside that marvelous 1/2 hour. We will never achieve the three goals of world human health, the elimination of animal slaughter and suffering, and saving the planet from climatic catastrophe without displacing the current animal agriculture system with these alternative meat systems.
Mind blowing lecture- the future is 🌱 vegan!
I think you’re sort of right. I gave up eggs and dairy ten years ago because it was making me ill. Six years ago I stopped eating meat, following my son. It s only recently that I gave up eating fish and now when I can’t buy a pair of walking boots because they all had leather or suede in them.
“You’re a vegan?” The shop assistant said. “Well we have these boots that are vegan.”
I can’t believe how happy and empowered I felt. 😄
Hi Julie I hope my comment didn't sound as a form of privacy invasion your comment tells of a wonderful woman with a beautiful heart which led me to comment I don't normally write in the comment section but I think you deserve this complement. If you don’t mind can we be friends? Thanks God bless you….🌹🌹🌹🌹
Absolutely amazing speech. Passionate, concise, and non-combative. Great job, Klaus!
Thank you kindly!
VERY well done!!! I’m a 65 year old vegan - it blows me away that people I know including my wife and kids continue to eat animals. Now I understand it a little better.
I didn't realize Klaus was such a brilliant speaker.
Thanks. It was a huge amount of practice.
So enjoyed this talk, thank you! I am approaching one year on a plant based diet and find this information so useful!
Do you think the world will go vegan without realising it? Also for those of you who have asked, our end of year film VEGAN 2021 is coming soon yes!
I hope so!! 🤗🌱🐷
i do hope so - but im thinking more like - The world is going Plant based, rather than having an industri from killing animals? but veganism as a philosophy ? i dont think so , greed and capitalism is so inbedded in the culture all over the world, i find it hard to imagine a vegan world..
I think it will. I also think it will happen much faster than we expect. We shall soon be at a tipping point. Already, veganism and plant-based are concepts attractive to young people faced with the consequences of catastrophic climate breakdown. Once cultivated flesh and dairy foods and vegan leather goods hit the mainstream, animal agriculture will be all but over. I also think governments should divert meat and dairy subsidies into subsidising organic / veganic / etc. crop cultivation and the rewilding of areas not conducive to crop production, in order to diversify the number of crops we eat and use (for medicines, dyes, etc.) and to replenish the soils with plant and animal waste. The Need to Grow is free to watch at the moment and offers a fascinating insight into how to nourish the soil and grow healthy plants in all sorts of ways.
I'm still not convinced. I live in NZ and the whole country is based on killing and exploiting animals. Hunting, fishing, horse racing, multiple species breeding (including dogs), multiple species dairy, multiple species meat, duck and chicken eggs, killing "pest" species, leather is still celebrated and considered a status symbol, possum skins/fur, sheep skins and wool ... to name a few. And it is all normal and even expected that everyone is ok with it. Also, the people of the Pacific Islands live in a way that "relies" on animal exploitation and death. They even trap tiny birds to eat and trap wild animals to use in tourism, I mean, how do you change that kind of tribal thinking and lifestyles that have never changed? I hope you are right Claus, I really do ♥️🦋🌻

So eloquent and content rich ! Well done! I went 100% vegan 4 years ago after watching a single documentary but for more than 5 decades I ate meat and dairy without ever thinking of the their provenance or the impacts on the animals, planet and our health....how blind was I !!!????
I feel the same. It took me 5 decades as well to open my eyes, and as many have said before, I wish I had realized it sooner. I bought all the leather, even some furs without ever given a second thought to the suffering I was causing.
The dairy industry is a good example of how changes by consumers are forcing a change in the industry.
"Borden Dairy filed for bankruptcy Sunday, becoming the second major milk producer in as many months to seek Chapter 11 protection.
Chief executive Tony Sarsam said the company’s debt burden, coupled with industry head winds, left Borden with few options. “This was our final resort,” he told The Washington Post on Monday.
Dean Foods, the nation’s largest milk producer, filed for bankruptcy protection in November. From major corporations to small farmers, milk processors are seeing their margins pinched as wholesale milk costs climb and consumers gravitate to dairy-free options such as almond, soy and oat beverages."
Dairy farms are closing at an impressive pace.
...it can't happen soon enough for the animals...
you wanna take another hard look at the revenue of the dairy monopoly? it's not gonna be gone before our destroyed climate takes us out first and if there's no climate there's no agriculture or bees or life, if there's no life, welp do the math. you can't eat money..........
Even though many will resist, it is the only sustainable path forward.
Change can be painful, but progress requires change.
will not happen. Diet does not work for enough people.
"At what point do you acknowledge that every meal (you eat) presents you with an opportunity to move away from a cruel and unsustainable system?"
Genius. Just in time for my family xmas dinner table talks this year, thank you sir, have a like and subscribe.
This speech is insanely good, Earthling Ed level. I have no idea how you could argue with this.
I really don’t understand why people are so down on me for choosing the vegan life style. I just don’t get it.
it gets better. you gonna find your vegan tribe. and those people down on you? they'll shift eventually more than likely, as it really will be the hip thing for people who don't yet think it's the hip thing yet, for the reasons Klaus explains. :)
@Donna E thank you for saying that.
It's never about you, it's always about them, how they think it will impact their enjoyment of products of animal abuse, they might feel bad, less infallible, might even dare I say realize that they are wrong.
Try Googling meetup. If you have Meetup vegan groups near you, that is a great way to find other vegans near you to socialize with. Here in Las Vegas, I can choose from several. The one I joined meets at a local restaurant once or twice a month so we can share a vegan meal.
BTW next time you're in Las Vegan, try Pancho's Vegan Tacos. Fantastico!
Sometimes it's just an ignorance thing. I used to flat with a vegan and I had no idea why she was vegan or that me (as a meat eater) was doing anything wrong. I lived with her and a vegetarian and eventually they kicked me out, coz I ate meat. I didn't know what that was all about. The veggie explained to me once about chemicals in food but they never explained about animal suffering .. and I couldn't see it. I thought it was normal to kill and eat animals (and I had killed animals myself). Cognitive dissonance, but I had no idea. I wish they had explained it coz maybe I would have gone vegan sooner.
Well said Klaus. Thank you for all your work and efforts on behalf of the animals, the planet and all of us.
Eating meat will go the same way as smoking. I don't mean that it'll obviously decline. What I mean is that it will become the reserve of the poor and uneducated.
In most developed countries, smoking is seen as socially taboo now and sends a signal that you are of lower social class and education. Eating meat will soon send the same signal. In fact, it's already started happening. Eating processed meat, such as chicken nuggets sends this message. Soon bacon, beef, chicken and all the other "high quality" meat will be on the same social red list.
Sadly, this will only increase inequality in our societies. Wealthier, more educated people will be healthier and live longer and poor people will be left with all the dysfunctional behaviours of decades and centuries go by.
Human beings are learnt by trials. When it hit hard the most, they tend to change, before the disaster happened. I am lucky to be here, it's actually already changing because many people died and suffered from eating meats personally or emotionally. Sometimes I will eat Burger King plant based burger once in a while and smile that even Burger King is starting to introduce part of their menu to plant-based now, imagine in next 3 years. I am confident, next 10 years, people will appreciate me of what we are doing to our bodies and our mother earth.. 100 years ago, killing and colonizing other countries are still popular, now it's totally opposite, so I trust the human existence and ability to understand how to survive. Great video.
Great comment
It is simply unbelievable what would happen in this world if we would finally stop eating "suffering".
Amazing work Klaus! Fantastic presentation
Thank you!
became a vegan two years ago and thanks to a plant based diet I cured psoriatic polyarthritis without any medication, although at first it was difficult to switch to a different diet, I searched the internet for information on how and how to do it, now I am full of energy, I feel great. Many thanks and respect to this man who cares about the health of humanity and the future of the planet
I really enjoyed this speech and I think that once we achieve this collective veganism, there will be more peace and empathy in the world. I'm hopeful it will be here in my time!
Great speech. I want to add: Taxes on the animal agriculture!
In terms of "What we can do it to save the earth": TAXES on animal foods (chickens, meats, pigs, fishes, dairy, etc.) and it will solve everything! And the eventual change, like you said, will go vegan without even realizing it.
USA, Canada, Europe, Germany, Russia, Korea, Japan, China, etc (ie. developed nations) to TAX the animals food system/animal agriculture.
That WILL solve everything! I have been thinking about it a long time. It can solve the food problems, environmental problems, animal protection problems, economic problems, pandemic problems, etc. Taste vs Nutrition? You're right, Klaus, it's got a loooooong way to go. Yes, I know, politics is a problem, but there you go.
Taxes on the animal foods system (worldwide) now and I am ready to go! (I'm an entrepreneur and former VC and I had stroke and aphasia from animal foods (chickens, meats, pigs, fishes, dairy, etc) and I am now WFPB lifestyle^_^;;)
Great video👏. Just went vegan 6 months ago and haven't looked back. Beyond meat made it so easy to do so.
Amazing speech. This gives me hope for the future. Go vegan! Help us save the world!🌍 Thank you!♥️
Go vegan and destroy your health, the soil, and individual freedom
Save the world? The world is already good with non vegans
This video offers an argument for veganism as clear and comprehensive as it gets!
Excellent speech! And for activists . . . Now is the time to skip ahead about thirty years and come around to a collective understanding that the emphasis in "protein protein protein" was manipulated by the industry so they can clean up in the marketplace. Mimic-meats and pseudo-cheeses will eventually be seen as distasteful reminiscence of slaughter and cruelty -- I can't wait! -- and we can think more clearly about actual long-lasting health for all creatures and our environment.
please talk about the mental health issues of the meat and dairy industry workers !!!!!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK
Very well done! :) My mind is so attuned to not eating any animal products I can't even contemplate the idea of eating cultured meat.
Amazing presentation! Thank you 🙏
I think a big issue with the people that surround me are that they think they cannot get the correct nutrition if you only eat plants and gave up meat. I got the most backlash with the protein issue and that groceries would cost a lot. People don’t understand that it’s okay to live without meat given the correct foods and knowing where to shop. You can enjoy all the same recipes by switching to plant alternatives. I find that grocery budgets don’t change for me. I slowly switched out my pantry and I still am. It wasn’t over night for me and I am still working on it everyday.
I know that we are a social species, but people really need to be taught how to become leaders. Things do not have to be socially acceptable for you to do them. I am the only vegan in my immediate family and I do not feel uncomfortable. I am annoyed that they feed into animal suffering and environmental degradation. (I have had the odd experience of being the frugivore at a barbecue, but at least I am not in the hospital regularly like them.)
We need to work on removing the *ego* from choices. Most things are bigger than how we feel. There is a time and a place for feelings and they do not matter when it comes to the greater good.
This is why I feel like an alien at times. I am almost always ready to change the way I do things whenever I am presented with a better way (practical changes, not useless life hacks). Besides, most people are making terrible choices. You can feel good knowing that you are not. Like Klaus said in the video, having enough people with that mindset will tip the scale in favor of sensible practices. Ironically, tons of people not caring about what others think, may lead to mass improvement.
Great video!
+1
I absolutely love how you tied this in with overall cruelty. We cannot differentiate cruelty to one animal and love and cuddling another with nothing but arbitrary ideas to justify it can easily be translated into race and other socio-economic ideals. Thank you so much for this very articulate and well thought out discussion. You have my full respect.

This is the most encouraging talk I have heard in a long time. Provided a lot of answers too. People need to exchange this “eating animals” habit by another one that is not creating suffering. Vegan food is delicious, affordable and good for the planet and ALL its inhabitant sentient beings. Thank you so much Klaus !
Thank you for all your informative and interesting videos Klaus, that are reaching out to people of all ages across the Global! As someone who subscribes to minimal UA-cam channels, I'm glad yours is one of them.

Klaus is definitely out of the greenhouse. Proud of you brother!
Thanks Matt - appreciate you supporting me throughout the journey. There is so much yet to come ^__^
Wow Klaus! What an incredible, insightful and impactful speech! Brilliantly researched and articulated! 100% agree with your hypothesis and you verbalised much of what I've believed for a long time. To be honest, as a vegan of 6 years myself, the idea of lab cultured meat totally weirds me out, but I've often contemplated what it'll take for a widespread transition away from animal agriculture and consider that hyper-realistic meat alternatives are one of the most practicable and pragmatic ways forward. But I think where you've kinda flipped the script for vegan activism is asserting that behaviour change comes before perception change, i.e. a top-down approach led by policy and industry level interventions will lead to accepting new norms. Because frankly right now, I don't see the (international) mainstream perception of veganism changing quickly in the face of bottom-up vegan activism focused firstly on changing perceptions related to compassion for animals or the environment then behavioural norms. It's clear that many meat eaters consider themselves as compassionate towards animals and the environment yet still eat meat and don't see the irony. I honestly believe this speech should be shared far and wide. It'd be great if you could share the written version online because there are so many amazing lines/soundbites that could be used for social media posts. Great job PBN!
This is such a beautiful comment ❤️
Great points!!
Klaus... This made me respect you so much more. What an incredibly intelligent speech! The psychology, the evidence, the nuances. Just brilliant😀
Excellent speech! I became a vegan after a few years as a vegetarian escaping from my carnivorous upbringing. The first thing I did when I left home was to stop eating meat, but I ate even more dairy because it had the reputation as an alternative "protein". I was a singer and I always had a "phlegm boulder" in my throat I had to sing around, so I decided to stop ingesting any mucous-producing foods. So, I not only gave up all dairy products, but also honey, which I loved. I had a vegetarian student who threatened to do a "confrontation" against me if I didn't eat dairy to keep me from giving vegetarianism a bad name because I was going to inevitably suffer a protein-deficiency disease. I had to eat cheese for several months until she stopped taking lessons and I could go dairy-less as a lonely choice. After a few years, I started reading the word "vegan" and I asked friends what it meant. They laughed and said that what I was! The name "vegan" sneaked up on me. I was one BY PERSONAL CHOICE and it was gourmet. Veganism tastes so much better than the present food system that the transition to veganism is going to be more fun than anyone can imagine.
Amazing work
This speech is more of a gamechanger than Gamechangers.
Superb speech Klaus.
Wow, this was powerful! Thank, you very much Klaus. You were crystal clear and drove home countless great points.
Thanks Klaus, very nicely put and a well reasoned argument. Your mother in law pointed me to your channel today. I was impressed to speak to a Doctor who seemed so knowledgeable about veganism!
I have been vegan/vegetarian for over 40 years so holding that unpopular belief for so long I appreciate how much of our ability to think clearly is constrained by our social and parental conditioning. Maybe when this quest is finished you will turn your insight to that problem and to the nature of Self 🙏👍
Welcome aboard! That is brilliant to hear :)
Brilliant talk Klaus! New Zealand.
Thank you Klaus! You have an extraordinary gift in oration for a subject that could not be more important for our evolution back to becoming more in harmony with the planet and all living flora and fauna.
Your scale and breadth of understanding, passion and compassion those still in a state of cognitive dissonance is truly beautiful.
I look forward to seeing you address more live audiences in the future.
I’m super curious if you plan on publishing your Q&A here or on your platform?
Either way, win win….
Thank you for being such an incredible advocate for positive change. 🙏💕🌿
Plant based, all the way!
Inspirational Speech! Perhaps the best Vegan speech I have heard. It's practical, optimistic and full of hope.
Very well said 👍🏼
I’m 70 and stopped eating animals in my 30’s when restaurant dining options were a dry baked potato and salad with no dressing. I am so grateful to have lived to a time when not only am I no longer the “tree hugging hippy weirdo” but seeing restaurants, grocery store sections, cookbooks and SCIENCE reinforcing what I always felt was the moral and healthful life choice. I have seen so much progress in my decades of not eating animals (when I started, “Veganism” wasn’t a word yet). I hope my life of compassion will allow me to live to see your prediction come true.
bravo, great speech!
I m whole food plant eater for 6 years and healthy and believe I have added at least 20 more years to my life
We only have 1 life and we must protect it
A childhood neighbor died at 49 with 250 kg they could not find a coffin and mortuary room and they kept him in a cold box truck till burial
He could eat an entire goat 🐐 in 24 hours
I like the statement "They want to subconsciously justify the habit". It says it all. Most people do what they do, not because of rationale, but because of what they currently "BELIEVE", which, btw, will change over time. Hopefully, the Vegan Revolution will help change old beliefs. Like Jack Canfield said once "If one person says you are a horse, you think he is crazy, if two people say that, you think it is a conspiracy, if three people say that, then, you buy a saddle". 😂
I love your pure heart Klaus
This is music to my ears. I do all I can to promote a plant-based lifestyle. We need to involve the schools. Start with school meals and have children learn about a plant-based lifestyle.
Yes! Start teaching the kids, they are our future, let’s put an end to the suffering once n for all regardless of our age. The sooner the better. Educate everyone, esp parents and children. Leave the oceans alone. Nitrates cause cancer it’s been confirmed stop giving your kids hotdogs and antibiotic filled burgers .
This is the best speech I have heard in a long time
I believe the more exposer like what you are doing and others, will help realize...I am so happy I got on board, i had no knowledge on why/where anything came from. Now i am aware, i am supporting the Plant Base. to save my health, our Animals/fish in the brutal scenario they have to face daily, the government getting involved with the high dollars that has destroyed our nation, brought on cancer, etc. having Monsanto in the pockets of our farmers. God Bless all of US.
I once saw a bar put a sign
IF KIDS ARE LEFT UNATTENDED
WE WILL TELL THEM WHERE FOOD COMES FROM
A really excellent presentation. Thank you very much, Klaus :-)

One of the best talks I've heard.
What an amazing speech 👊🏼
Klaus, this was just so beautiful and informative for all to just know and Hear!!
Amazing work Klaus and team ! You guys have no idea how many lives you are changing. Let's do this !
Great speech and flawless delivery!
That's a really interesting perspective as well. It's so true that you can make the arguments until you are blue in the face but until it's considered "normal" to opt for plant-based alternatives, people will stick with what they are used to. But once that point comes, and it is getting close, the switch will happen quite rapidly I think.
The parallel with cars is a good one. That market has its own dynamics but there is no doubt that EVs will take over now. It's just a question of whether it happens in 10 years or 20. We are on the steep part of the S-curve. And I think we are approaching that with plant-based alternatives to meat.
Every person who's not vegan yet, should take a trip to a slaughter house, or to farms where animals are being horribly abused before their tragic end, to open their eyes to the truth.
I pray to see this change in my lifetime.
Please keep the incredible work that you do
Go to a cashew farm and look at peoples fingers rotting. I care more about people than animals, you need to get out of this cult before it consumes what’s left of your brain matter.
Four words for you all: Combo Beef and Sausage. Mozzarella, sweet and hot peppers, not too wet. Wrapped in foil and baked until the mozzarella is all melty. No, the “entire world” is not going to eat vegan.
Amazing speech Klaus, wow 👏👏👏
Good lecture , thank you .
one of the best speeches about veganism ever! Thankyou Klaus!!
Great job Klaus, keep up the good work!
I had to press the like button just by listening to the introduction.
And while watching the next 5 minutes I’m having goose bumps.
Simply amazing 👏
Klaus still underrated
100% accurate. Animal agriculture is already starting to slip and its only a matter of time now :).
Absolutely flipping brilliant talk. Thank You for your insight, Klaus Mitchell!
So what will exactly replace a high protein, higher fat and very very low carbohydrate diet necessary to prevent weight gain and diabetes in me? Along with vegetation comes higher carbs, higher sugar and low protein which will also bring on more pain in this body. You do what you want. I will do what I NEED.

You should do a TED talk, your brilliant bro !!!🤩🤩🤩
Thank you for your good work I appreciate the effort you put into this
Spot on! As with many things, people do things not because of any profound reason, but simply because everyone else is also doing it. Once the industry starts to shift and the products that compete with animal products mature and are produced at scale, there will be a tipping point were being vegan will become more socially acceptable than not being one.
And when the majority of people are vegan, even those who think they need to hunt or farm animals to survive, will be much less likely to feel ok about that, and will look a lot harder for any other possible solution.
I hope so. I live in a country where even businesses are based on hunting and farming is how this country survives.
