Trwają prace na budowie pierwszych budynków kompleksu Towarowa 22. Apartamenty M7 to prestiżowy projekt mieszkaniowy realizowany w ramach kompleksu Towarowa 22 w centrum Warszawy. Budynek zaprojektowała pracownia JEMS Architekci, która zastosowała nowoczesne rozwiązania architektoniczne. Wnętrza mieszkań oraz przestrzenie wspólne wyposażono w meble znanych włoskich marek, takich jak Molteni & C czy Poltrona Frau. Apartamentowiec ma kaskadową strukturę o wysokości od 4 do 8 pięter i oferuje 140 apartamentów o metrażach od 38 do 148 m². Część mieszkań na najwyższych kondygnacjach będzie wyposażona w zielone tarasy na dachu.
Apartamenty w standardzie premium wyróżniają się przestronnymi wnętrzami, panoramicznymi oknami oraz ogrodami zimowymi. Zastosowane materiały, takie jak ryflowany piaskowiec, drewniane panele i szklane balustrady, podkreślają elegancję projektu. W budynku zaplanowano także przestrzeń wspólną, m.in. fitness z sauną, klub mieszkańca, salę kinową, symulatory gier (golf i Lamborghini), a nawet prywatną kolekcję sztuki z pracami Helmuta Newtona. Located at Miedziana Street, in the vicinity of the new downtown park, the facility was designed with premium customers in mind. The building was designed by JEMS Architekci, which used modern architectural solutions. The interiors of the apartments and common spaces are equipped with furniture from well-known Italian brands such as Molteni & C and Poltrona Frau. The apartment building has a cascading structure with a height of 4 to 8 floors and offers 140 apartments with areas ranging from 38 to 148 m². Some of the apartments on the top floors will be equipped with green terraces on the roof.
The premium standard apartments are distinguished by spacious interiors, panoramic windows and winter gardens. The materials used, such as grooved sandstone, wooden panels and glass balustrades, emphasize the elegance of the project. The building also includes a common area, including a fitness center with a sauna, a residents' club, a cinema room, game simulators (golf and Lamborghini), and even a private art collection with works by Helmut Newton. The investment also offers amenities such as proximity readers for opening doors and elevators and intelligent apartment management systems. Towarowa 22, which includes M7 Apartments, will also include office buildings, service and catering premises, as well as a new city park with a restored Dom Słowa Polskiego pavilion. The investment is located near the "Rondo Daszyńskiego" metro station, which additionally increases its attractiveness.
