Damn. I'm just 19 years old and I LOVE Pink Floyd. I really wanted to be in one of their concerts or just lived in the 1970's to listen their music, I just love them, period.
Mr. Gilmour is out of everyone's league. Stop discussions about who is really the Floyd. by now, their music belongs to all of us. Forever. thanks to Syd, Roger,David,Rick and Nick. this concert is outstanding. The band was in great shape. absolutely recommendable.
I love liking a band universal as Pink Floyd (in a cosmic sense and a fan base sense). Pink Floyd is just the burning human example of true musicians in every sense of the word. They pushed the envelopes of song length ,structure and musicianship and truly made beautiful music at every step of their career. From Astronomy Domine to High Hopes, Pink Floyd forever.
This is taken from a DVD called David Gilmour: Remember That Night so it makes sense to call it that, BUT too many people "hail" David and Roger without mentioning Rick and Nick, no "one" is Pink Floyd "they" are Pink Floyd. Exception Syd Barrett as he was the inspiration for a lot of their work! As many of you know!

@iiDahl Lol I cry everytime I am drunk and alone listening to floyd. The one thing in life I have not get sick off or ended up making me disapointed. Cheers.

Lot of confusion here about how David might have felt about Mr Richard Wright , The two were and are Symbiotic , Everything they did together was the result of both and could have never happened in any other way ,,,, Richard was shy almost to a fault , im sure he wanted David to have his solo Album , It is known that since Richards passing the is much live music David will never play again because it is impossible with out Richard at the keys
@gilmourguitar123 Gilmour's number one fan, eh? You and I would get along just fine. I pay $40/year for a Pink Floyd custom license plate and flew from Texas to Chicago in 2006 to see him. The whole trip cost me more than a grand but I have no regrets. It was TOTALLY worth it.
was a david gilmour tour, the title is appropriate, if you buy the dvd will say "David Gilmour: Remember That Night", will not say Richard Wright do not get me wrong, I love the work of Rick, but I think the title is fine
I like guys rendition on time but what the hell is here doing at the intro of breathe, checking to see if all his strings and frets are still there? I wish he respected dark side OTM. But still. Time is badass and full of the energy it needs, and his walks on reprise sound good too :) I hate to be such a critic but I think waters would (mostly) agree.
***** He goes back 28 years with the band, after him and David met at Live Aid, playing in Bryan Ferry's band. Jon was hired as a session musician for 'A Momentary Lapse of Reason' in 1986, and he co-wrote Pink Floyd's comeback "hit", 'Learning To Fly'. Been a part of every Live performance from Pink Floyd since. Also played with David solo back in 1986 and 1992, when appearing at Charity concerts, and on his solo tour in 2006. Played with Roger Waters since 1999.
Hans Nam In PULSE he did, here Rick is in better form. You can see in Breathe Rick is playing rythm keyboard and Carin is playing some Hammond fills and slide guitar. Then in Time Carin plays fills and Wright plays rythm/lead Wurlitzer
David and Richard soul mates.
Time is a timeless piece of music. A universal song of mankind which will be just as good in a thousand years!!
I love that steel lap guitar, beautiful work, and, shows the versatility of david gilmour.
"the time is gone, the song is over
thougt i'd something more to say" 08:45 very sad moment when you here this from Rick. RIP great man.

This is unbelievable melody.....Beyond any words
You just never know when it is going to be the last time. Savour every moment. What a gift David and Richard are to us.
Ver isso tomando uma dose de wiskey, numa puta TV, sexta-feira de noite, depois de cinco dias de trampo pesado é a melhor sensação da semana.

Chilling around.Brownsville texas.78521
Yeah, but this is off the Remember the Night DVD, which was released under the name of David Gilmour.
Because it's David Gilmour's concert. Richard Wright is only playing keybords with him at his concert!
Can you see Rog in this video? I'm asking because I can't.
It was his solo tour man.
Roger quit the band years ago!!! He tours with The Wall show.
David Gilmour=pink floyd
