- We finally have the new DTill Fabworks Bumper Installed! I had purchased it on Black Friday. We also install the OPENROAD Panther Series 2s Winch on the stubby bumper. We will be wiring the bumper for the Next video since I chose not to cut my Grill I have to extend the wires and install the control box in my Engine Bay. We will also be doing other stuff to the bumper and painting it soon.

I like it thank you for showing it I'm new to the grand world and I can't wait to get mine better equipped for offroading
I have found the RTV silicone works great in place of loctite. For stuff like that it's rubbery properties acts as an insulator against vibration and harmonics which in the end is usually what loosens. And then it's not hard to take off when you want to take them off as well I've actually had driveline bolts vibrate out the I put on with never had one come out with RTV silicone

Looks like the fit of your DTill bumper and radiator support is similar to the pair I bought. The bolt holes didn't light up well and had to open them up. Additionally the rad support pushed the fan shroud into the fan. I ended up welding on 1/4" plates to space to the rad support down. Between the poor fitment and to weak instructions, I was disappointed overall.
For the winch you can clock the end by one bolt and turn the clutch engagement lever toward the front. Then you don't have to trim the grill. Just search "How to clock a winch from Openroad 4x4"
Also there is room under the driver's headlight to mount the solenoid box.
Yea hasn’t gotten back to me yet with instructions but I imagine he’s a small business and is always busy like me😂 I’m going to figure something out to get both bolts in on the sides. I haven’t tried to put the rad support yet.

I do need to trim the grill to make that piece work

@@NajarOffroad I just unbolted the 4 bolts in the end on my winch .but I would ask the company that built your winch and see if it can be done

If you’re talking about the housing that holds the headlights and grille, I just don’t want my headlights rattling which I’m guessing would happen if you cut that piece
