Help me with this Skydio sync problem

I cannot get my controller to my phone although it seems the controller Paris with the drone the phone application keeps giving me a message in "connect phone to control or disable your phone's Wi-Fi connect your controller to launch"

Hey Ryan, you must use the included USB-C to lightning cable that came with your drone, 3rd party cables won't work. Hope this helps!

Hi guys yes, so true! Totally my fault. I was using an Apple iPhone standard charging cable. As soon as I used the included Skydio cable it immediately worked perfectly. Connie at customer service was quick and professional when offering help.

Im using the longer cable that was supplied for powering battery charges. Isn't that the same type of connection?

Same here..I can't set any of the cine movement cuz it doesn't have the controller in top menu

Did you find any solution? I have connection problem. My controller not connect to drone. By the way I use to original cable

OK I'VE CALLED TECH SUPPORT..... I DONT WANT TO USE CONTROLLER JUST MY IPHONE AND BEACON WITHOUT CONTROLLER AND IT WONT LET ME!!!!!!.......HELLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!

İ have same problem but my controller light is white and i send email to skydio bu anybody feedback to me so terrible @skydio
