When S4 came out and I saw the requirements for getting the stealth vest, I thought to myself “well, that something I will never get”
I found this video this morning, and I got that vest ON MY FIRST TRY. I even killed the rhino and successfully exfilled with some peroxide - all without night vision goggles

there was no bomb drone in that buy station. Is it randomly in there?
Another tip, at 13:45 when you come out of the shopkeepers you can go straight through the window in front and save from going through extra rooms. It is the same room as the 15:22 mark and you can see window from there 😊

Thanks for the great guide! I just can't get this done. The first key is not there? (seven times in found it only once) Even if I run streight in the complex. Or I die trying to find a bombdrone or the rebreather (when you need them, they are NOWERE:) I hope I can get this done... For a solo the stealth vest is clutch.
Sorry to hear the struggles man, I will do a few solo runs on stream again at some point as I need to kill them a few more times for upgrades to base

I used the black screen escape last week when there was a six man sitting on the last exfil, then on final exfil with 2 heavy choppers. Great tip, thanks.
I'm a bit miffed about this as when there's a server connection loss, you lose everything including your exfil streak. I was in ashika for 30 seconds yesterday and the server had crashed twice. Once 30 seconds in and once 15 min in. Obviously this is a different situation but it pisses me off, especially on a 5 exfil streak and a fully loaded operator.

quick question i killed armored commander and unlocked barter for tempered vest but its at no buy stations. where can i craft this vest
Its only on specific maps, so if you can't see the barter on one Map, try another

Is there only one key per round cause I couldn’t find a key in the first section
It will for sure be there, 1 key in first area, the other in the locked area. I have had a few games where I thought it was bugged, went back and found it in a wierd place or on a bed

Where do I get bomb drone
From buy stations, random though like I say in the video
It says on my Upgrades menu that it is unlocked, but when I check in the barter section in the shop it's not there. Am I missing something or is my game just bugged?

The middle room has a green door key (alternative exit key) that takes you right to the rhino boss. without fighting the bots on the other rooms going right. I hope this helps :) P.S. I hope it made sense lol

Great tip, it is surprising how many guides to the complex bosses don't use that key because it always spawns in that spot and saves a few rooms of bots
Thanks for this guide. Worked a treat. Took two attempts as I got PvE’d the first time around. My advice would be to take two air bottles just in case you struggle to find the 2nd key. I never visited the shop either, just went in with all the ammo and plates I could carry.

Go to barter section on a buy station in Al M and you can see what you need to craft it
This is still bugged. You cannot craft it from a buy station.
Great vid and tips, my guy. I was lucky enough to squad up with a random who was a savant in Koschei navigation. Was able to get the Rhino and Sniper.
Now just gotta get the Wheelson in B21 since “killing it” on Ashika doesn’t count. Also, all maps are incredibly sweaty right now so as a casual I just get wiped within 5 minutes of starting a round. I know PvP is part of DMZ, but it’s just be nice if the other folks were less….douchey.
I feel your pain... DMZ player encounters should be a tense and rare encounter... After all, it's not BR. People are just loading DMZ and doing nothing but going after other squads.

I can confirm that the Wheelson on Ashika counts now. Did it this morning, didn't even have to kill it, just hack it after enough damage.

For everyone trying to kill the Wheelson. You can cheese the mission and kill the one on ashika island in the castle area and it will count.

Someone told me once that it didn't count so I didn't think about it again, then I realized I'd unlocked the comms vest barter ages ago from the Ashika one. Whoops
The first key will always be on the right side (first or second room) and the second key will be in 1 of 12 different locations, all can be gotten without a rebreather but so much easier with one lol. Awesome vid tho my friend, be safe :)
I wish DMZ was a drop-in not a spawn hopefully that will be the last thing to make it get it out of beta
@SiNisterFPS Where's the best place to find a bomb drone? I checked several buy stations and they only seem to have UAVs and Precision Air Strikes. Also, where's the best place to find a rebreather or scuba mask? I haven't unlocked the rebreather yet.
For bomb drone, check buy stations, safes and supply drops, scuba masks are found a lot in gas stations (bigger ones) the one just before going to the bunker actually has them a lot
the emergency koschei extract and then dashboarding is brilliant.
What’s dashboarding?
@@davidb9323 quitting the app. It's called dashboarding because the Xbox homescreen was called "Dashboard" and players would go to it and close the app from there.
Doing that in this case let's you "extract" with all your items safely if don't have another option....as long as you dashboard on the koschei loading screen.
My underwater skills are terrible- thankfully this walk through is excellent
Thank you John for all the solo tips in the Saturday nights stream vid I watched this morning then managed to kill the sniper 1st time after I had a perfect item foraging round followed by another 1st time successful wheelson execution. Not bad for an old man! 😂

@@SiNisterFPS Also, taking a sentry works great in the sniper area. The bots concentrate on it and leave you alone so you're free to leg it 😊
You and your comment section helped a ton. Only hiccup was when I entered the boss room rhino and tons of AI that were in factory pings and I flew around desperately for the sniper with my bomb drone but ended up killing rhino instead. Then murked the sniper the old fashioned way.
One critic, I did want to exfil with the weapons case. And I wish you had shown the quickest route. It was my first time in that area basically and I was running low on time getting swarmed by AI and panicked. Made it out with like 30 seconds left. Lol

If you spwan in game and don't have yours guns that you selected if you shoot a bot sto it throw the rest of your guns pick them back up and you should have your guns you picked but I'm not sure if it'll work all the time

@@SiNisterFPS ahh that explains it I guess. I joined a squad of 5 so were 6 in total and I was just following them not really understanding what was going on. They killed the sniper and the recipe didn't unlock for me.

Even if you only have one use on the rebreather once you enter, into the complex, it refills it for you and your armor

thanks a lot, i was able to do it, on the third try (got killed by players on the second try) hardest part is finding the key under water, i recommend having at least 2 rebreathers
id recommend using the kv with out an ammo type frees up that slot and IMO the reg ammo has more range
In factory admin, one of the windows is open so you can skip the first two rooms completely. The window is roughly opposite where the shop is in the middle of the room.

@@carlosgraulau2800 Yeah the alternate exit key is useful sometimes, but when you are solo unlocking that door gives other operators a free entry to come after you.
Unlock stealth vest means you will be able to trade at shops stations or you’ll start a match equiped with it?
Means you can make them at the buy station which means easy regains again, next video coming shows you how easily you can get the things to make one and the comms vest :-)

Now with Scuba Gas Mask its more easier. Without it wouldn't be able done it at first attempt, because I got lost under water while finding the keys.

Bullshit, this is NOT easy. First you have to gather both the rebreather and bomb drone at the same time. This took me days. Then when I did go in and flew my drone at the sniper, high close to the roof just like in this video, the rino shot it out of the air. And needless to say here I am still with no stealth vest. This is Bullshit.
Took you days to find 1 hardrive and 1 imported tea and making 12K to buy a bomb drone? With the introduction of the wallet, should be easy to be saving money and just bring in 24K, drive to some buy stations and get 2 bombdrones and then you can take the rino out first before the sniper. Done this about 5 to 6 times now. Many people have said its been working well for them.
I freaking hate this mission, as a solo I barley can enter with all the gear , and I've tried like 6 times , and 2 times i died because of the rebreather bug ...
I almost got Tim’s operator but the next day when I was gonna get it that and nicks were gone and I was confused so I went and found out why but I was upset I can’t Tim’s guns now
Ive been avoiding Koshei like the plague, 6 weeks in after not gaming for a decade I am in no way ready for that shit.
Shotgun has been "Mission critical" more in this mode )DMZ_) than most anything outside of Zombies..

No one shows what mission to have equipped. Smh. It's not a passive mission, I've killed the sniper twice and still cannot craft my own vest.
Then you have not unlocked the passive yet, it tells you what faction level you have to be to unlock it

Would have worked awesome if the game did not take my shotgun when I traveled in
First attempt I was too slow and ran into players. Second attempt Rhino shot my bomb drone, and I couldn't seem to kill him. I guess I didn't put enough shotgun shells in the rhino.
The friggin Koschi 'exit' secure backpack method is fantastic. Doesn't count as an extract, just pulls out your entire backpack full of stuff for you 🤘🏻
I preffer scuba gasmask, you can dive way longer with it and you can use the slot for an ammo box or whatever. You can easy find it in all gas stations, for example directly next to the bridge entrance you took.

This video was 8 months ago when the meta of what is decent to use is very very much a different story lol. Also I use a variety of guns which may not be particularly meta but its DMZ which is a casual game, so don't need meta guns to do well tbh
Scuba mask makes life so much easier than rebreather, and it lasts for so long,

Yeah this guide was before the scub mask was in play but yes that is now the best thing to bring with you which you can find easily in gas stations

Why didn’t you grab the alternante exit key to skip all the bots on the way to the rhino??? Could’ve saved at least 3-4 min!
Because if you skip it and enter in from the other side, the bots all spawn in there for me and it’s harder to use the bomb drone

And I just soloed the Rhino/Sniper combo three times in a row. No bomb drone, just roughed it out.

The stealth veat comes in handy especially when you have a 6 person team trying to hunt you down

Thanks for the video. I got it on the second attempt as I was slow going through the first time and by the time I got there a team of 3 was already there. But I did a regain and got everything I needed and went through much quicker. I then followed your Wheeldon tip from the stream. I was right next to the B stairwell which was perfect. I managed to stay in and kill Velikan to unlock the skeleton key barter. I definitely could not have done this solo without your video.

I have tried this so many times, and I cannot for the life of me get the bomb drone onto the sniper.. it keeps getting shot.
Try bringing in 2 bomb drone, kills rino first and then Sniper if having troubles
This worked I killed both bosses and managed to get out by the skin of my teeth thanks to this guide!

Someone was happy when they went in there and the sniper was already dead. Weapon case still there and a sweet load out, stealth vest and durable gas mask left behind by a fallen hero.

I tried this and bots kept shooting down my bomb drone. I had 2 bomb drones and both were shot by bots. I didnt go in the rhino area. Did other players maybe got there first?
Posible, did you go exactly my way ? Maybe when it too much? Rino will also shoot it down if you are close to him, try keep the done near the floor, out of his sight and then just go toward the sniper
@@SiNisterFPS i launched the drone from the double doors like you and flew it high right away going for the sniper. There were multiple bot pings from launch unlike in your video where its just the rhino and sniper ping

That is the best guide! Thank you so much for explaining this in so much detail, so an idiot like me can follow it. Most of the other guides are like - you just go here and here and do that and skip a lot of stuff and I had no idea how or where to get that stuff, so I was wasting so much time and by the time I get to that area they were already killed by other people.

Is it really necessary to find all the keys? Can I use skeleton key?
Its only 2 keys and they easy to get considering you have to go through that way? I don't think you can use skeleton keys but maybe able to too if you have 2 of them but seems a waste
The blue key back on the table behind the bag would have unlocked the turquoise door and you would have been there without all the extra bots.

I think stealth is better for solo players but nice to have a comms vest user when playing with a trio or duo as it can let you know when people are nearby
I actually wasnt gonna bother unlocking stealth vest, but now iam forced to!!
As a solo I rely on stealth vests, just to let me get around, mostly undetected!
Only got one character left with a stealth vest now!!

I wouldn't say forced too but its a very good vest and easier to regain by making one than looking for a 3 plate

You have to unlock the barter yes, you can just go and make it straight away

Elevators marked as extracts just like on other maps, have to head towards them.
