I think it's the first time you revealed your singing skills - really nice voice, Inna! Is there a chance we'll get more of that? Thanks for the lesson and see you next time. :)
Hi Inna! Thank you for this lesson, it was a fun one as usual. ☺💖 Fun fact, in Finland we have exactly the same way to call for cats to come as in Ukrainian ☺😁🐈
👏 ого чудово ! Ну зараз ,, let us all sing together now ! 🎶 Ой лузі червона калина...🎶🌻🌻🌻 Could you teach this wonderfull song ( beloved by all children) in a future lesson? 🌻🌻🌻
I love that calling cats is so universal! In the US, we do use “kitty” but it’s kind of like “kittykittykittykitty”… but we also use “pss pss pss” or a kissing or clicking sound. I think cats choose what sounds they will condescend to answer to 😂
You seem decidedly more cheerful since the video you made in the park some weeks ago. I'm glad for that. I hope your people in Kherson are okay too. Best wishes.
One of my favorite teachers! I watch all your videos! And I am very interested in learning the language in Ukraine! I am a Bengali! I have many friends in Ukraine! That's why I'm so interested in learning the language in Ukraine! I have a question for you! You give your alphabets in English! Then it will be very useful for us to understand! Thank you!
That's interesting how you use kus kus for calling for cats in Ukrainian. In Canada my mom and I call our cats by saying pss pss pss or by clicking our tongues.
I was also favorably impressed by your short performance of Ой у лузі червона калина. It gave me an idea for a future video topic. You could analyze this song verse by verse. You could do a whole video for each song. Україна переможе. 🇺🇦 I also like Біля Тополі by Enej. Thank you Inna!
Useful video as were the rest Inna... Glory to Ukraine I pray your love ones are safe and sound that had been called to the front and those that trapped in Kherson, 4 cities are liberated so it’s closer to freedom to all of Kherson... Hope you had contacted them
Hi Inna, thanks for your videos, they are fun. Could you teach us Cervona Kalina like you did the anthem? I've already learnt the first part and would like to learn the rest. It's a beautiful and powerful song.
Alright, now tell us what your countries heroes did... She's just talking about her home and you're so blinded by hateful politics surrounding it you get offended at the very mention.
@@lllemons Heroes of my country? During World War II they fought on all fronts. One of them voluntarily went to Auschwitz, where he was sent to hell, but he escaped and reported what happened there. After the war, they fought against Russia, which had established itself in my country. And even earlier, near Vienna, they defeated the Turkish army commanded by vizier Kara Mustafa. An army that threatened Europe. Our heroes defeated the powerful Bolshevik army, stopping its march towards Europe. The heroes of my country captured Moscow... etc... etc. My country has history. And them? Their heroes fought with Polish women and children. The victims of Ukrainian heroes still lie in mass graves and do not allow the burial of my compatriots. Do you even know what happened in Volhynia? Auschwitz was a kindergarten for what the Ukrainians inflicted on the Poles. Ukraine is a country of people without honor, a country without history, cowards. They shouldn't exist.

It would be cool to see a video about differences in regional accents and maybe vocabulary in Ukraine
Thank you so much for your lessons. I am making an Anki set with them :)
Ого, ох, о боже, фу та ням-ням у Сербії теж є так. Але мій улюблений є кис-кис 😁
This was definitely a benefiting lesson for a polyglot like me. Dyakuyu vam, shanovnyy İnna.
А моя улюблена фраза: "Слава Боже, що це п'ятниця!" 😅😅😅😅
Thanks, Inna! I’m doing my best to get the basics down before I come in a couple weeks.
I’ll be feeding soldiers, so I need to know how to curse. 😂

The sound that we use for calling cats in Kerala is same as Ukrainian.

I actually used that song to help me learn the cases 👍
Yes, it would be brilliant if you could give us lessons with songs.
It would be great to learn more animal names:)
4:45 Here's an interesting 'false friend'. 'Niczego sobie' means 'not bad' (as in expressing restrained approval/acceptance) in Polish.
Useful video as were the rest Inna...

0:32 - Unfortunately, it sounds too similar to another phrase that would upset an American woman.😆

Ovva, these moskals are dead!
Tell us in English what your heroes did with Polish women and children, what the people to whom you put up the monuments did.

Funny lesson again Thank you Inna & the flag stayed all in place 😊
This short lesson is vital to understanding the rhythm of spoken Ukrainian.
Thank you!
