  • Give these exercises a go if you have elbow pain even if you’re not a golfer or a tennis player.
    Just keep in mind which one to do for when which part of the elbow is hurting.
    Also important to note that these are the result of overuse. So after doing these exercises you also need to ease off the load a bit to prevent them from coming back.
