All beautiful cards Rachel, hard to pick a favourite.. thanks for the tutorial.. :)
Glad you like them Henny! Thanks.
Watching replay. Thank you
Always enjoy your talents for helping us make beautiful cards
Glad you are on line! I 💕 love all the information you bring to us. Rita from San Diego.😀
Thanks Rita!
What a beautiful technique
I use a small bull clip at the end of the sponge with a label for the colour. It helps me hold the piece of sponge better. Great video Rachel.
I remove the silver clips once in place.
Great idea!! Thanks for sharing. BTW, you are one of my winners! I drew your name today. Can you get in touch with me via email so I can get your contact information and send you your prize? My email is stampyourartout@comcast.net
Love those night cards from paper pumpkin

I couldn't make the live, so watched the replay. What beautiful cards and what a great technique! I can't wait to try this. Your colors are also so bright and bold...lovely combinations. TYFS your talent. I always enjoy your videos.
Thank you Deborah!
Thanks Rachel for your creativity! Love it!!
Very Very nice. I am watching the re-play. Had to try and sleep when you were live. Hope to see you next time. Thank you ! Sue
If you hold the paper with a clothespin when embossing, you don’t have to worry about burning your fingers.
Also, if you press the painters tape against your skin, like on the back of your hand, it picks up oils from your skin. It still holds down well, but doesn’t tear the card stock when removing. This also works with masking tape. I learned this when I was making iris folding cards.
Hehehe...true. I never use anything to hold what I'm embossing unless it's too small. Then I use a wooden skewer and emboss it on my foil cover chipboard.
I think I need to get some of that "purple tape" that everyone is raving about.. And yes...putting painters tape against your jeans helps too. Thanks for sharing for others to read. :)
When working with watercolor paper what I do is hit it with the heat gun a little bit section by section and pull it away at an angle. It works perfectly every time! Just wanted to pass on this tip for everybody and also for you Rachel. BTW I love how you make cards... you have helped inspire me in my own card making. So thank you for all the lovely creations!
Aww...thanks!
These are just beautiful. Thanks, Rachel.
I like everything you do. Started watching your Paper Pumpkin videos and now watch all of your videos.
Aww...thanks patricia!
Hi from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Love your video. Will be doing this later. Thank you for the video.
Hi Rachel, Sherri here from Connecticut. Looking forward to learning a new technique.
Love the look of the blended colors
Great techniques...thanks Rachel! I really liked your idea of using the PP add on cards as strips snd making cards that kinda look like your technique...but much easier...haha!
Econ’s week in a row I’ve had to catch your replay! I can’t wait to learn this technique!
Second week not Econ’s lol?
Beautiful cards! I can’t wait to try!
Congratulations to the lucky winners!
@@karenmilner2702 Thanks!! 😊
Hello from AZ watching the replay
Looks like raindrops.😊
Hi Rachel - watching your replay on Wednesday evening.
Simply beautiful cards!!!
Very nice cards, Rachel! Love both techniques and your fun personality is delightful!
Hugs to you Joy! 🦋
I have been wanting to try this a few months. Today is the day!
Yay! Hope your card turned out fabulous
Rachel, these cards are beautiful. I think I will use these techniques for my next card swap with the girls!
Always love our tips and techniques. Love the blending technique today!
thank you Sally!
So pretty. I tried this with pretty peacock, shaded spruce and soft sea foam. Thanks so much for the inspiration. 💜
ooo! Great combination. Thanks Holly!
Rachel, these are so beautifully stamped!!!!
thanks Bonnie!
Those are so so pretty! I really love that stamp set. My favorites are the blue one that you did in the video and the one with the purple. I'm sort of slightly, okay a lot, obsessed with purple. LOL dipping a paintbrush in water and then just tap it with your finger definitely works better and also once you get the droplets on there if you'll lay the paper towel down flat on the cardstock it'll help lift the ink. Also with the painters tape or even the like the purple tape but slower tack if you'll stick it on your arm first or on your clothes first that will lessen the stickiness of it. It'll still be sticky enough for your the masking but not so sticky that it tears your paper so much. He cracked me up when you got ink on your finger. I'm completely the opposite my motto is if you don't have ink on your fingers and glitter on your nose you did not have nearly enough fun Stampin LOL
Thanks Debadoo. Yes...My water painter didn't have enough water on it. And of course it worked EVERY TIME I did it before the live,...just not during. Normally I use a tooth brush, but I SOoo wanted to show how awesome those water painters are. LOL
And I hear that purple tape is best. I am in my bubble of SU products and forget to research what else is out there. I have to invest.
@@stampyourartoutwithrachel I actually really respect that you use mostly SU products. I'm a naughty demo I Branch out way too much LOL. I totally get it working every time but live.
Thanks for the great technique ideas, beautiful cards
Love the colors as well
Too many beautiful cards to have a favorite!!
Thanks Barb!
Really pretty! Fen technique... Thank you for sharing Rachel. Diana O Lakewood CO
Beautiful cards & great techniques!
Love the night sky one!!!
Thank you Debbie!
These cards are beautiful... I am way behind in my video viewing... sorry I waited so long to get to this one! Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful and vibrant cards. Thank you for sharing them. 🙂
thanks Gina!
Love these types of techniques Rachel! I love making My own backgrounds and doing emboss resist techniques and water drops too. I have found that after you do the splash of water, you blot it with a tissue and you'll see the water spots better. I'm just 8 months into card making and I love doing techniques vs using DSP.
I don't know what it is about DSP but it gets to busy for Me. I have a ton of DSP I bought and it isn't getting used. I do love to add gold or silver layers and some of the same to add interest to My Card's. And, always have to add Bling!!
Thanks so much for sharing this technique and how you sectioned off the sides of the Card. I always use the Shimmer white cardstock when doing ink blending, it really does help with the blending. Hope to catch you next week for the live! Love Both Card's!!
Thanks BevAnn. I appreciate you sharing. (I had success with the tapping of the Water Painter right after the live stopped. LOL) 😊
What a clever idea to lift with water!! I look forward to seeing more of your ideas!!! Thank you so much from a new crafter!
Great work. Beautiful cards. Shared
That looks like so much fun! The colors are radiant! I will try this soon with the flower stamps I have. It won’t be as gorgeous as yours but it looks like so much fun!
Hope you are doing well my friend!

Aww...Big hugs to you Linda! ❤️ Thanks for your kind comments.
The Closed Captioning is working. I don't 'need' it, but I know some people have been asking. Good work!
After the live...yes. But during the live is when we are not seeing it.
Very pretty cards. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗
Hello thank you for sharing... I thought I was catching you live...WRONG lol. So happy to be able to still catch it whenever I can.

I truly love your channel! I love watching your techniques and love the way you teach. 😍
Thank you so much Kathya.
Nice cards today, as usual.
Beautiful beautiful cards!
In one of your previous videos you recommend Lava soap for removing ink from our crafty hands. It works wonderfully! Now my boss can’t joke on Mondays that he knows what I did over the weekend because of the ink on my fingers that I just couldn’t get off.
We had lava soap in our house when I was growing up...that stuff works well! I agree.
Beautiful cards Rachel
thank you for sharing
Thanks cousin! 😘❤️
They are so pretty
Love this technique - particularly love the first card using the poppy parade cardstock and ink - stunning, but also the greens were beautiful as well. Am now going to have to try to save for the stamp set because your cards were so beautiful. This is going to be a must try technique for me. Thanks so much for sharing. I'm enjoying watching you. Off to watch some tv now but will certainly come back now that I've subscribed. Next one on my list is rustic retreat meets brushed metallic - sounds very interesting. Bev from Sydney Australia.
Thanks Bev!! And thanks for subscribing to my channel. Glad you are enjoying what I share! 😃

Aww...thanks Patricia!
Rachel, they are beautiful cards! I love the techniques!
Beautiful cards can't wait to try this
I love the night one.
Thank you , had to leave and was almost late for dr. Appointment. Watching replay now.
Hi Rachel! Using a drop of glycerin on a paper plate, etc. will help to add seamless blending. Less is better on the glycerin.
thanks for the tip!
Really clever tenuous. Your cards turned out beautiful!
Thanks for sharing!
Went fishing early, early this morning so I missed you AGAIN live. Anyway, I made it to the replay. Can't wait. PatriciaD
Hi Rachel. I am a relatively new and totally addicted stamper. This is my 1st comment. I have been watching your videos with great enjoyment for about a year, and I love your cards. Thank you so much for sharing your artistry and imagination with us. As I live on Vancouver Island B C Canada I know I don’t qualify for any of you4 draws but thought I would just tell you how much I enjoy watching you. And a useless piece of information for you, - -I attended U M D way back in the 60s, and loved my time there. Such a beautiful State. Stay safe. Barbara
Thanks so VERY much Barbara! Your comments warmed my heart. Small world.
BTW, you could totally win. Your prize options would just be different. So I hope you comment again in the future.
I love this technique. Ive been practicing my blending and now I know what to do with all my samples!
Those cards are amazing, thank you
Totally forgot about this technique! Thanks for the reminder 😋. I always can’t wait to make a card after watching your videos!
😘
The water color texture really added interest to the card.
Thanks!
