Best game of the season so far?
TCU vs Colorado or Baylor vs UCF probably
no. but close i’d say top 10 after the season’s said and done. Kansas St vs Missouri. and it had defense
No
I’d say yes
Best offensive game for sure. Giving me vibes from the Bama Tennessee game last year
This was the most off-the-wall, bonkers game of the week. We need more of these kinds of games.
You definitely didn't see Baylor vs UCF..UCF blew a 4 touchdown lead in the 4th quarter
Probably an SEC fan who didn't care to watch the Big 12 game with UCF and Baylor. This game was better from start to finish but the last 5 minutes of Baylor was crazy
UCF v Baylor was even wilder!!
This was two pathetic defenses...Only question was "which one was worse"?...Lsu gave us the answer we were looking for
bro this whole year has produced good football, from Ohio and Noterdame to this and everything in between. even the ASU Ucla game was wild
What a game! This is why I love college football. All the emotions, the adrenaline, and crazy plays that go on towards the end of the game is always exciting. Great game by both teams!
I agree
Amen, I think I love cfb just because how much it reflects of life
how does it reflect life@@jeffq9553
@@jeffq9553How does watching /\/1993rs running around with a leather ball reflect real life? I guess it is similar to how they run from the police when they steal something.
Ole miss out coached LSU and he needs a raise
As a Ole Miss fan, this is the kind of game you watch for, Jayden Daniels and 🎯 was throwing straight dimes all game. When dart jumped over dude I knew it was coming home
This is why I like the SEC. A lot of big games. A lot of thrillers
Gotta love cheering for /\/1993rs that hate you!
Those vaunted SEC defenses are amazing to allow so many yards. 😂
Wasn’t any defense this game

I watch the PAC12. This was a 7 out of 10 on the bonkers scale for that conference. Exciting for sure, but nothing to write home about.
The Ole Miss crowd absolutely showed out this game and helped cause those false starts on final drive
LSU went from having National Championship aspirations all offseason to have their season over before October 1st.
I love it!
it’s year two… we were 6-7 the year before with 37 scholarship players. we did amazing last year considering the circumstances. that doesn’t make us national title contenders though even with the transfer portal. you can’t just completely change the standard because we proved haters wrong. i’ve been saying we’re a 10-2/9-3 type team since the summer.
That’s what they call a “typical football season” in Baton Rouge
ED is Trash @KeithDavis-up5cm
I'm not trying to take shots at Lsu, but did they really have championship hopes?
I was there! One of the most unforgettable nights of my life as a lifelong ole miss fan. I’m getting emotional typing this. On the 20 year anniversary of the first game I went to with my dad. We sat in the same spot too. College football is the absolute best!!
Wow, you win the biggest douche on the internet award. Hands down.
One of the best Ole Miss game I've ever been to. The crowd was electric! HOTTY TODDY!!!
@pschighlights - credit to you for assembling these short videos of exciting endings. I don’t think I could even fathom the effort involved, and the good judgment used in what to include and what to exclude is praiseworthy. Kudos to you.
Seeing that horrible TD call for LSU by the refs and then Ole Miss to come back and win? Even as a neutral fan I feel real happy for Ole Miss fans and players, refs screwing games over sucks!
Same here. Neutral but it looks like LSU was overrated this year
Exactly how I feel. I've never seen so many people agree that a call was wrong and still see it go through
@@TheConfuzzledCat well there's the td after the whistle killed the play a couple of years ago in the nfl playoffs. Not even possible by rule..
@@Robert-fs6geI'm more of a basketball guy and mostly watch my own teams (across all sports), so I guess I missed that one. That sounds incredibly stupid though
@@Robert-fs6geLSU is overrated almost every year. They just benefit from SEC bias.
I don't follow either of these teams, but I was rooting for Ole Miss as I wanted to see the underdogs win. The final play had me shouting, loved watching fans take the field. What a game.
THX 4 pulling for Mississippi's FLAGSHIP, my beloved alma mater.
This has been a really good college football season this has game of the year potential.
Wow the talent on Ole Miss’ offense really shined in this
No it just showed how incompetent Matt house is

And the talent on Ole Miss’ offense really shined in this

MAN! The NFL has nothing to compare with the excitement and fun of collegiate games like this one!
Facts
Crowd noise caused those false starts. Props to the Ole Miss fans
Was in the student section, those last three plays were the loudest I've heard it get in there
@@jonahkocisko3198 Bro, you guys influenced the game. Congrats
In the 4th row, loudest ever heard it
I didn't have a dog in the fight but I found myself pulling for Ole Miss as the game went on. Very entertaining game
😂 kid lsu was down by 14 to zero and came back then did it 3 more time and barely lost... if u rooting for old miss you must be from around there.
That's why I love UA-cam so I can see only the best parts of Saturday football
Ole Miss and getting screwed over at least once every year in a big SEC game by the refs. Name a more iconic duo
Avalanche and getting screwed by the refs in the playoffs?
I think this game speaks more to the Ole Miss defense. No one had been able to stop each other all game. But when they needed it most down 9. Ole Miss defense came through with 2 clutch stops in a row allowing the offense to score 15 straight and set up and 39 second drive by LSU
What. A. Game!!!!!!!!! Best game of the year by far in my opinion and we’ve had a lot of good games already
You should look into south dakota state vs montana state earlier this year. #1 vs #3 in the FCS. Amazing game.
Incredible game. The whole thing was just like these last seven minutes. I can't wait to see the SEC Roll Call and SEC Shorts episodes next week.
Dang if ole miss would’ve had #9 against Alabama, the game could’ve been different
He had a knee op after our 2nd game. Absolute difference maker.
I like how the team records are updated almost immediately after the incomplete pass
Ole miss was playing like they momma lives were at stake. Ferocious plays.
After that bogus TD everyone became an Ole Miss fan.
Refs tried to give LSPoo the win and they still lost 💀💀💀
If you think about it, what gives College football that electric feeling is the fact that EVERY guy on that field is playing for a future job, and NO ONE'S guaranteed to get it! There's just SO much at stake each and EVERY game!!
Not all of them, some just wanna play football not necessarily pro
Ole Miss down by 9 with half a quarter to go, they hadn't stopped LSU all day, then they score two TDs and stop LSU to win. 104 pts in the game. Last play and the ball was in the air with the game on the line. That's about as close as a game can get.
Man I love these spectacular SEC defenses, really making it so difficult to get anything going!
That looked like a Big 12 game
the fact daniels put that final throw on the money where only his guy could get up to get it hit his hands was insane.
Don’t care how close this game was, I’ll still love watching this game
i love it when the fans rush the field.good game ole miss!
This is why the SEC is the best we love Football ❤
Thank you for this video. I will carry the smile the rest of the day. Go Rebs.
God I was SO HAPPY I was at that game!!!!! HOTTY TODDY!!!!
That was scary but ole miss got the dub Hoddy Toddy!🎉
Ain't nothing like SEC action. Better than any NFL game
Lane Kiffin teams never quit.
GREAT GAME BY BOTH TEAMS! LSU's playoff hopes die again for the 2nd year in a row...
Great game by both offenses….d coordinators have a headache the day after
That’s true of almost every team
If they were to win out they would make it, but that ain't gonna happen.
LSU had a TD given to them to take the lead and still got beat. Pay attention the didn't lose, they got beat.
My favorite part of this was seeing those players from each team getting their injured teammates off the field. Brotherhood.
At 4:00 when Bentley got fired tf up I knew 1000% the momentum switched to the Rebs
I wasn’t even a fan of those teams and I was watching this on sling going OMG THEYRE AT THE 23
Gotta love college football 🔥
Blow for blow! Love it!
Love watching Brian Kelly lose y’all lmao 🤣 😂😂
Brian Kelly is not the answer for LSU. He is doing the same thing with LSU that he did at Norte Dame-can’t beat ranked teams.
We’ve got to see what bk without house looks like
Freeman can’t even beat Louisville🤣🤣🤏🏼
Lane’s signature win
his record against ranked teams is pitiful
SEC making bank off these storming (although this was definitely one of the ones it was worth it). As a Mizzou fan I'm glad to see Ole Miss beat them before we inevitably struggle against them next week lmao
I wouldn't want to have to play LSU next week
6:41 look at the guy in the white shirt on the left of the screen LMAO the Ole Miss guy accidentally? WHACKS him RIGHT IN THE NOSE with his shoulder pad. OUCH.
STILL the loudest conference 'in the country' -Michigan n' Cincinnati fan
The SEC is OVERRATTED
As of right now this is the game of the year and I doubt that will change anytime soon
Not even close.
we watched this game at work, and even the dudes who weren’t into football were screaming with us when LSU choked the lead
For those that have never seen it, it is called defense. Defense is when you stop the other team’s offense from scoring, especially nearly 50 points.
Really? Giving lessons on defense are you? There wasn't a defense on the field. This game was a matter of who had the ball last. Both teams defenses was like pouring water thru a flour sifter.
Offenses? Just pick a lane and go. There is nothing in front. After near two points a minute for 60 minutes someone finally wins.
Said it before and say it again. After Coach O for the 2020-2022 rebuild of LSU? LSU went the wrong direction. His 17 million buy-out is the most expensive coaching offer produced. LSU just keeps proving it by way of Cincinnati.
Go BK you da man. You will retire good.
The Josh Pate spin should be good on the organizational nightmare that is in perfect lock step with LSU Alum.
Ole Miss? good win. I tip my hat.
I have even less for Lane Kiffin.
But I like both teams and always have.
Neither coach can play gap ball. Scoring points don't win if you can not secure those points. No defense played tonight.
It was a crap shoot.
@@robbinperers8526 Tackling has gone the way of the DoDo bird. Is college football turning into a game of who is the most famous? TCU gave up 65 in the title game and then had a 3 game span of giving up 14 points per quarter for 12 TWELVE quarters. 3 whole freaking games! The most high paid high school basketball player is not even the best high school basketball player. Georgia is the number 1 college football team? It is unwatchable.
Go Rebs!! Great ending to an exciting game.
We need LSU vs Colorado in a bowl game so we can get 200 total points scored
Yeah
I really thought lsu was gonna win it after that horse collar pti but I remembered you can’t spell lsu without L
You said it 😔
Three national championships in the last twenty years.
@justindefav21edits sound like you hurt bro if it makes you feel any better I don’t even like either team😂
@justindefav21edits you forgot about last year fast lol
104 points total. Crazy! Both teams need a defensive coordinator.
LSU learning what Norte Dame fans had to. Brian Kelly is not going to get you a national championship.
Marcus freeman lost to Louisville…. They’re in a bigger bind than LSU is🤣
@@BullFrogisautistic Oh yes they did. You are forgetting about Marshal last year. Forth year he will challenge for it. However, LSU expects a championship every year and BK will never deliver one.
Why wasn’t college gameday here
The only thing bad about this game is that at 3-2, LSU is still ranked #23 in the country. Several more deserving teams below them.
They deserved that after getting ROYALLY screwed on that LSU touchdown that should have been called back.
Damn what a hell of a game! Didn’t get a chance to see the whole thing, but this was an unreal ending and unbelievable game!!! LSU allowing 700 YARDS THOUGH WAS LIKE, WTF?!?!?! C’mon what tf is wrong with the DC?? Bottom line, what a thriller
Great win for Ole Miss, who I don't even root for. What a great final quarter though!
This was a good game
The Rebelettes were very nervous but they survived the LSU victory.
I love that college football energy so much. I hope I can experience it one day! Anyone know if Northwestern gets like this (lol)? I hope to transfer there
nope. Northwestern is a bunch of nerds.
The fact that we had help from the refs and still lost😂
Lets go ole miss!!!!!
Never forget Brian Kelly abandoned a 1 loss Notre dame team with 2 games left, and a top 8 ranking for “better recruiting” at lsu. Funny, because even with the “restrictions” sense he left notre dames recruiting class on 24/7 have been higher every year then lsu every year😂😂😂

They done Coach O. and Brennan dirty.
LSU QB put it right in the receiver's hands at the end.

Better than little game freeman losing to Louisville🤣
@@BullFrogisautistic Kelly wouldve probably lost to Duke. Louisville is in the top 25 and is 6-0 and has a chance to win the ACC

Ole mis credit to ole miss play calling on that last drive
Remember when the SEC played defense...
Yeah, But most of the clowns in this comment section are calling this the "game of the year' or some stupid BS so I guess with this attention- deficient generation ME college fans these days, the defense doesn't really matter anymore.
College Football is where the PASSION is!! And I'm excited my Kentucky Wildcats are playing Big League Football!! C A T S Cats Cats Cats!!
Love that LSU let them score there! Great call
Playoff hopes are screwed😡😡😡
Game of the year nominee right here.
Rebels got a Ulysses? lmao
Final score should have been55-42. No way was the last LSU touchdown a catch.
As if it would've mattered. They would've scored on the next play anyways. Likely would've scored when Daniels was targeted and fumbled after the helmet to helmet hit that was never called. Oh well, no sense in dwelling on it.
I have always liked LSU, but it does my heart good to see Brian Kelly lose. A perfect college season would be Brian Kelly, Chip Kelly and Jimbo Fisher all going winless.
And, Nick Satan, too! (If he was still coaching)
It’s always thrilling for everyone except the losing team. Really thought that horse collar penalty was gonna give us the win, but I forgot we can’t get game-winning TDs.😔

@@MSNYdudeyou’re a fool
@@MSNYdude - It was a catch. If it wasn't, they would've scored on the next drive anyways.
That was a good game
As an LSU fan, this was the worst loss I have ever witnessed. Pure chokejob. Every single defensive coach should be left in Oxford.
Troy?
@@Jalreal We never had control of the Troy game. Defense and offensive playcalling blew this game we had in the bag.
SDHI!
Some good ol’ fashioned SEC defense
He also got the toes of the other foot down.
So now one can not grab the back of the jersey to bring a player down? Horse collar was when they were tackled by the defender when they pulled the runner down grabbing the shoulder pads at the neck.
How the heck did Alabama hold this Ole Miss offense to 10 points
Ole Miss was missing their best WR and starting TE, plus the OC refused to run any play besides the jet sweep which never worked the entire game. Supposedly Kiffin took over the play calling for this game.
How good is Alabama? They held this Ole Miss team to so few points and are getting better and better in 2023. Watch out Dogs.
6:32 And here they come! - Brad Nessler
The Ohio State game last week and this game are making this season one for the ages.
Brian Kelly blew it again.....
Meanwhile Marcus freeman loses to Louisville🤣
SEC officials are embarrassingly bad. I'm not an LSU or Ole Miss fan but this game showed the blown calls that are regular occurrences in every SEC game. The Birmingham clown show continues.
To the people agreeing with the announcer that the LSU TD was not a catch due to no control:
It's not a pretty catch, but it is a catch. By the time his right heel touches out of bounds, he's secured the ball with multiple points of contact through his right leg, torso, and right arm while maintaining all necessary criteria for control as per what's defined in the rules. At the very least, there's not enough conclusive evidence of it being incomplete in order to overturn the call on the field.
Also just FYI, I didn't want LSU to win. I just don't like people being confidently wrong all the time.
Nah you have to control the ball to catch it, he clearly did not. If he had control of it he wouldn’t have swapped hands.
But if his heel touches out and it’s the foot on the ground, it’s incomplete. That’s the rule.
@@Moonsglows He didn't swap hands, he didn't even use his hands, he used his arm.
@@realwickedbrew You're thinking of NFL rules, this is college football.
A catch is not a snapshot picture. It doesn't automatically stay completed after a still moment. It's the whole process through the fall (maintaining), and through the fall he lost control out of bounds. Not a catch. It doesn't have to be pretty either way we're not judging style points
This was like a Big XII game.
I would think Ole Miss would have enough confidence to run it out at the 1 and hold for a fieldgoal, but I guess its college afterall
That was idiocy by Kiffin. He could have had his team kick a chip shot field goal with no time left. Instead, he gave LSU the ball back with 39 seconds after they had already scored almost 50 points . All that drama on the last drive never had to happen .
@@hermixtonenhe wasn’t supposed to score. Kiffin was mildly upset that he scored but no sense in whining about it, just gotta move on and let the defense make a stop.
This was a Offensive War
Near the end of the season expect this: "Breaking news, LSU has fired head football coach Brian Kelly."
Ole Miss beat LSU and the refs. Respect earned 🫡
LSU gave up almost 800 yards with another loss. Should drop off the rankings list
