Can you guess which NBA player just moved out of this unit? 🤔
yes in fact, I can.
LARRY KENT SR!!!
Sanny Weems?
Gonna assume a Raptor.. but whats funnier is IVE been in this Condo many times in 2009 from the original owners. They sold it then for 1.3 Million amd let me tell you it looked MUCH different then lol but had a hottub! Coming to Toronto June 2-7 let me know if you'd like to link up for a Keg Dinner and chat! Tell you all about it before lol.
Very nice layout but I wonder about the blinds. So much light seep through with that design
For $3.6M, you could buy a 2000 sqft home with a swimming pool, a couple of downtown condos for rentals, and a condo in FL or TX for winter getaways.
Not sure what world you live in, but not in Toronto, unless you are buying dumps in a garbage area.
@@pauloriou7191 No worries. I won't be moving beside you anytime soon. And, re-read my comment. I know English is not your first language. But at least try to understand what I wrote. Feel free to use a English to dumbass translator too if you need.
Yeah but there in the usa. No thank you.
Great presentation Saul!
thank you!
Love it
This is amazing brother
Thank you bro! 🙏
Outdoor pool in Toronto is used about 2.5 months/year right?
May-September, 5 months

Nice!😁
The pool is too small for laps and with the Baja shelf cutting the length even more, I’d prefer the extra area for entertaining.
if im not mistaken, the original owner was Brad Lamb?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
💪💪
Hello Sir, is this still available? Which subway line is it on? Is it very far from Rogers Centre? Scotia Bank Arena?
Hi Frank, this one has sold but I have other great options available on the market and some off-market options too. Please send me an email and I’ll be happy to help. Saul@saulsanchez.ca
Or call me at 416-807-0574.
Thanks!
Seems like every other white glass box being designed in LA and throughout the country. The pool seems to really cramp the space out on the deck and makes that overhang seem very low. Not a fan of this overall.
All good except the vanilla living room area. Looks like a waiting room sorry not worth the price tag. It does not sparkle it just is.
.... The private pool is amazing. However, the size of the second bedroom is completely useless, as is the living area for a "penthouse" of this size meant for "entertaining" as you say. A practical way to think about it is that there must be a seat in the living room for everyone invited to sit at the dinner table. This rule renders this entire apartment completely useless. It is very nice, just unusable real life.
Overpriced for what it is.
