i still use strength vessel ryodon build and do around 1.5k dmg with m1 chain, 2 kicks and then a ryodon as they fall to the ground after second kick

Nah, arrancar should be able to learn HAKUDA, since that's just technique. It's shunko that i'm not sure about since shunko is kido combined with hakuda, but at the same time arrancar can use stuff like bala and specialized ceros so arrancar could have their own specialized hollow form of shunko, which would be pretty cool
