I hate social media in Japan. It is toxic. If the media accuses anyone, they already assumed guilty without trial. They are punished with cyber bullying.
Mr Tamasuke was only working overtime because of pressure from all his boss. If he refused, he would be fired and easily replaced, despite the labor laws. I know him personally and he is the kindest, most honest and hardworking person that I know. He never forced others to exceed their hours. He was just a scapegoat to hide the real culprits.
As for sexual harassment claims, he has medical reasons because of which he can not wear clothes. I have observed personally the pain his body goes through when his forced to wear clothes. But people are so quick to assume guilt and any explanation we give is dismissed as false excuses.

Unfortunately this is an all too common issue with many feline bosses. Often when it is time for an employee/human servant to clock out and go home they will lay in the employee's lap, purr, and look overly cute. Knowing that humans are completely powerless against such situations and will continue to sit there for hours so as to not disturb said feline.
