At 4:33 you could carefully double jump off the moving platforms and go over the metal boxes and tnts. It would save one jump through the bouncy boxes and the first bounce right after the tnt has exploded is slow allowing more time to jump through.
When the player hit the Nitro Switch Crate at the end of the level, those four nitro boxes seen at the one minute mark exploded along with the hidden crate that they were touching.

All of the games have a level near the end where you have to do a run with all the coloured gems and no checkpoint, was always my favourite part :D
