  • It is way faster than stock. As good as it gets for a splitter of this type.

I used 8 concert blocks for a stand 2 high, 4 in the back and 4 in the front. MADE IT VERY VERY STURDY . I also made my splitter HANDS FREE. its all operated by a rope from the lever looped down to a wooden foot peddle back up to the button. with the rope tied to the hinge, The switch box i loosen up and slip down a long hinge, where it set on top of the button, and tighten it back up! The rope is tied to this hinge, AS i press down the wooden foot peddle pulls down the lever and button at the same time i used bailing wire on the handle and hinge. The foot peddle where the rope is tied to the lever handle and hinge, The wooden peddle i drill 2 hole and feed the bailing wire threw it, made a loop. so the rope can feed threw this. Plus i used a long dry wood screw on the heal of the peddle where it stay in the ground at 1 spot. ITS A SWEET SET UP 👍👍

I made a cover for the log splitter and it stay out side on the concert blocks. To check the fluids, I just raise it up on the blocks Your is sweet to but mine was from things i had. I was going to make the edge blade stick out farther, so it would penetrate! I just left it be. Its blunt enough to split. But the edge blade needs to be out FARTHER! WHERE IT CAN PENETRATE THEN SPLIT
