I was wondering about y’all‘s opinion I have 2 , 1year-old Indian stars I would like to build them an indoor table number one because they’re small number two that they have to come indoors in the winter I want to build it one and done so as they get older I don’t have to do it again how large do you think it should be they get to be 6 to 10 inches depending on male or female. Thank you

Hi there! It really depends on how much space you have to dedicate to an indoor enclosure. Where are you located? How many months out of the year will they be indoors? If you have the room and you dont want to upgrade as they grow, and you can easily fit a 6x3 or 6x4 enclosure, that would be sufficient, considering they will have ample outdoor time in the spring and summer. Plus if you decide to get another tort over the years you will have the space :) thanks for reaching out! Keep us posted

I live in California in Palm Springs I have a spare room so 6 x 4 would be perfect. I just don’t want to keep making tables as they grow in the summer right now. They have a 4 x 2 but again they’re only 2 inches to 3 inches as they get bigger, I will have a space all to themselves. My yard is big enough, I have a desert tortoise also and he has a 20 x 20 outdoor he lives out there throughout the year so I will plan on making a 6 x 4. I appreciate your input.
