This is interesting, but I’m not quite sure what the point is in working on refining a woman’s pitching from MLB’s perspective. No woman will ever pitch in the MLB, even if they are allowed to do so. The athletic gap is too massive. Technically, there is nothing holding back female participation in any professional sports. But it never will happen
Overall, I have long thought India could be a good recruiting ground for baseball talent if you could win over from cricket some. And that would be great for the growth of the game. So definitely a fun initiative.
I never knew there was a talent for baseball in India. If current or ex-mlb baseball players can spend the off-season or part of the off-season in India building the game like mentioned in the end of the video you can have a talent of baseball players coming out of India in 10-20 years from now
