NOCD is a great online resource. It’s available in multiple countries. Groups, therapists who specialize in ERP, and advocates. That’s where I found my therapist
When I was young there was not much either research or magazines articles on OCD as we know it now but they called obsessive compulsive neurosis back then. And there were lots of psychoanalitical research about it. It was reading this stuff (such a disgusting vocabulary) that I realized I had the disorder.
I know I have POCD and the religion cause I fear I'm like some demon and I get so terrified of church.
