Thank you for this amazing video. Trekking to EBC was my number one dream for a long time, but I don’t think my body will allow that now. I really appreciate you sharing this trip so I can see it. Stay safe 💗

🤔 That 60 kilometers trek is meant to be done on foot... all part of the charm, mystery and bewilderment of the area 🧐

Unfortunately it is not just one helicopter doing this but one after another after another. They destroy the quiet and magic calm in the mountains for the 99% of us doing the trek by foot. If you are a tourist, for the love of what is holy, please do yourself and everyone else a favor and only fly to Lukla or Namche, then go by foot. It will be an infinitely more awesome experience than being flown. It will be a week of trekking and afterwards you will laugh at the idea of taking a helicopter and missing the experience of the trek and feeling of accomplishment.

Cheers David snow I just sat for nearly half a hour watching a front view helicopter ride through the himalayas, very nice and beautiful scenery, but once you've been through on you tube once it starts to get a bit boring 😴

Amazing, what’s most amazing is the fuel, do tankers regularly refill this isolated airport, I’d love to see them driving on those roads . Gas turbines allegedly use loads and loads of fuel yet I see no emissions. A cynical person would think that they ran on air .

Shows the reality of how high the area is, when the helicopter has to lose weight to continue, big wake up call

Our ordinary passenger jets can't completely fill up with fuel if they are taking off from some place with altitude like Denver or Jackson WY for the same reason.

Why did you delete the video clip? And why do you hate My Mate? Don't let him win why why or see him as an Asian You can speak Thai so you can do this. If you think of this Meng is so useless. The idea of a very young child, he risked death, went to the hospital and did not receive a single baht. Do you think it's good? Don't be so obnoxious that your channel will become even more boring. A little sympathy for My Mate Nate As I am a My Mate Nate fan club😉
