Sir, I must say you are really good with architecture.
Just a question, why dont you make attached lat bath in bed rooms?
I saw all your videos but found it missing.

Sir ye plan to achha hai sir lekin mujhe baick side bhi jana to kaise jaye
This plan has many flaws:
1.In this era people rarely find a detached plot,so you can't put window/ventilation on external walls.
2.There should a small porch so that we can park a small size car.
3.There should be atleast one more toilet cum bathroom.
4.There should be a duct so that we can get Sunlight/Fresh air.
Note:for these correction you should remove atleast one bedroom.
And make car porch also
