How to make good sounding Uptempo & Hardcore kicks. Years of experimentation goes into figuring out how the hardcore kick sound design and all works. So how can you make your own hardcore kicks in FL Studio? Let me help you to achieve your goals. We are going to use a minimal amount of tools for this tutorial, the better you get, the fewer tools you need. Making hardcore kicks is all in the details, you don't need all the most expensive plugins, you need patience and a couple of quality plugins/software (Serum & FL Studio). We are creating the complete kick in Serum and we are going to use a couple of plugins inside of the mixer track to add to it. Working this way keeps the session simple and effective. This tutorial is also beginner friendly because it uses a step by step formula to create the hardcore kick sound. I think that the most critical part of the process is the final processing that is happening with FL Studio plugins You need to shape your kick by using EQ and DISTORTION in order to achieve a professional sound, you can try to do something similar that I do in the video and go from there.
