A possible outcome is an extension of your previous theory regarding pole shifts. The last pole shift makes the water level certain parts of the world lower (think Ohara tree indication) while other parts higher (think Water 7). This next pole shift might revert the world to the global geology of the world, maybe around before the "Void Century".
Round cities used to float on all of the world’s currents (Alibarna, Shandora, Water7, FishmanIsland,etc). I believe there were 8 drifting round cities originally. The gates of justice and Enis Lobby (deep sea to sky), ImpelDown(sea surface to deep sea), and Marine Ford (sky to sea surface) moved the drifting cities between the currents. The Knick up stream, and bubbles of Sabaody helped make this possible. These drifting islands were the ancient kingdom. The water in Laws name is from his origins on Water7. Ds were all from the drifting islands
I think the water levels are kept low by 2 methods. The hole in ennies lobby and now lulucia, constantly filtering down to who knows where - probably continuing to build pressure ready to get shot back up. And reverse mountain. i always found it so strange how its the only entrance to the grandline, defies the natural laws of physics, and is the only structure that goes above the redline itsself. It looks as though some "higher power" literally pinched the earth and stretched it - displacing the water by making it travel into the sky. The destruction of the mountain would make the levels rise from the sheer amount of water that flows up it now having to spread out across the world.
Giggles at the last moment seeing Roger's ship fall off the mountain island and think wow his effects are just like Brook, every spot on and in the background!
Vega-Punk is like Albert Einstein, who never worked directly on the atomic bomb, yet is often associated with the advent of nuclear weapons. Mother Flame is like pure enriched Uranium. There was already a Lulusia Kingdom incident (Hiroshima), so there must be one more island getting destroyed (Nagasaki). The World Government is like the USA. I don't know how it's gonna end, probably something like WW3, most are dead, and a few survive to start everything all over again.

Every "Royal Palace" in One Piece is on a high place, Dresrosa, Drum Island, Wano, Alabasta, etc. All of them are placed at the top of a plateau, did they know that? is the flooding a cycle? Alabasta's palace is 4000 years old, like five 800-year cycles, Is that what happened in the void century?
All royal palaces that we see are fortresses first and foremost. A fortress has to occupy an elevated position in order to dominate over an area, make it harder for attackers to get in and easier for the defenders to push invaders back. So it has nothing to do with rising sea levels

I also think Vegapunk saw a very real possibility that the time would come that he would need to sacrifice himself to get the message out and that it could be Dragon/the revolutionaries who would have to pull the trigger so to speak and he wanted to make sure the world knew not to blame them. Or someone like Bonnie coming after him for a righteous reason who can only assume he's evil based on the information they have. Basically Vegapunk is just admitting he can't see the future and covering all possibilities, which is really great for our heros who are set to take the blame.

Vegapunk's don't blame the person who killed me part of the message really makes me think of being a kid and reading the Half-Blood Prince for the first time. I thought it was obvious from the argument that Dumbledore had with snipe that Dumbledore was going to ask him to kill him, I didn't know why back then but I was sure that was the request and I was right. I still don't quite grasp how taking something out of the ocean (like an island) makes the level rise in One Piece... Because let's say you're in your bathtub, the water in it is high because YOU, a human person (probably), are IN the bathtub, thus displacing that water and causing the level to rise. But when you step out? It looks like there isn't as much water anymore, because the YOU that was displacing it isn't in there anymore. One Piece's world is essentially a HUGE bathtub, and thus breaking the Redline would logically even out the sea level and lower it globally as a result, because the Redline's very existence is displacing massive amounts of the ocean. My best guess is that the water level going up after the Lulusia event is a temporary effect, a ripple of sorts going around the world in a less dramatic visual fashion than a tsunami, and that at some point, it will go back down lower than it was before. The world sinking MUST be the result of an entirely different phenomenon than the use of the island-erasing laser weapon or the destruction of the Redline. Logically it HAS to be. Or else the One Piece world's water is just not the same kind as ours, or there exists a way to conjure additional water.
You are wrong about physics, or you don't understand how the weapon works. It isn't evaporating all the water there, it's pushing all of it away, no water can flow there anymore, of course the water's gonna rise. Since it's like putting a cone there that no water can get through
I get how destroing the redline rises the sealevels. To stay with the bath tub, imagine you lie sideways in it to the ground, but only half of your body is covered with water. This makes you the redline which stands tall above sealevel. Now destroying the line will cause the parts currently above sealevel to drop in, therefore displacing water therefore rising the sealevel. Or you just turning your body until all is under water. However it makes no f***ing sense to me how this giant hole formerly known as Lulusia lead to a (seemingly constant) rise of the sealevel, as where before was mass which displaced water, now theres nothing which can be filled with water. If anything, the sealevel should have been lowered with its destruction.
Oda science dont make sense at all because it still a fantastic world. Vegapunk will explain how this phenomena happens in detail, and then it will make more sense, but it will still be fantastical stuff.

I believe the Iron Giant holds more than just the recorder. Vegapunk has yet to properly explain devil fruits, for which the very best thing he could do is… convert himself into a new Devil Fruit and have the Iron Giant eat it. Being a giant is quite necessary to hold enormous brains! Also, I believe the next Arc to be Time Travel… where Vegapunk would be really useful!
Another side of the Vegapunk “Don’t assume whoever killed me is evil” could be him knowing EXACTLY who would kill him (Kizaru dealt the killing bow). We’ve seen time and time again where Kizaru is at a moral conflict, he doesn’t WANT to kill Vegapunk but, he’s gone too far, seen too much, done too much, and ignored too much. Vegapunk knows Kizaru though, they literally did the Nika dance together, Vegapunk knows that he isn’t evil and only said this to reassure a collapsed crying Kizaru (him on the battleship).
Something that stuck with me from reading this chapter (and I've noticed throughout OP) are the Biblical themes, as you mentioned. But one that jumped out to me is in the panel when Marcus Mars is about to step on the transponder snail, Vegapunk says "Video will one day...connect the entire world. It will mean knowing...and the discomfort of being known. This reminded me of Paul's words in 1 Cor. 13:12 where he writes: "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known." This might've just been good foreshadowing for the coming announcement, but, since Paul is talking about what will happen when the New Creation is ushered in (and the "sea will be no more", as we read in Revelation--the "sea" or chaotic waters, Biblically speaking, refers to the chaos in the world: see Genesis 1 creation story, Noah's ark story, Jesus walking on water--a sign of divinity conquering the chaos, etc.). This stands out even more in light of Marcus Mars's question to Vegapunk's brain, "What is death, exactly...? Where do our ideas truly reside?" Again, a question about eternity/death/the afterlife, etc. It almost seems like Oda at least took themes from this (not suggesting anything religiously). Could just be me grasping at straws, but I find the parallels (and even the fact that they seem so reversed), awesome. But I'll leave the analysis to you, you!
I like the thought of the Gorosei being actually demons that ate human human fruits. If I remember correctly, Vegapunk mentioned there was an advanced kingdom 800 years ago. What I think is this nameless kingdom might have been able to create actually working artificial devil fruits - and the Gorosei got their hands on 6 of those fruits that turn one into a human. Why 6? I think Imu might also be a demon.
Imagine if not only does the red line collapse into the ocean but the moon is also destroyed. The tides would cease to exist, the water levels would rise but the water would essentially be stagnant and unmoving, a world wide calm belt perhaps. Blackbeard will have something to do with the moon god is my guess since Luffy is the sun god nika.

Due to multiple videos I've just realized that Vegapunk's streaming Den Den Mushi is in One Piece RED used by UTA to transmit her concert. However, what I just have realized is that the concert actually happened with all the visuals and stuff in the Dream World, so people around the world were able to look at Uta's visions in a dream. I think those Den Den Mushi might be special because they can transmit brainwaves, not forcibly video!! There is no transmitor Den Den Mushi, Vegapunk's brain is directly sending the signal.
I had a bit of a realisation about people joining the Straw Hats Crew. As time has gone on the back stories of each new crew member have gotten progressively more tragic (and in the case of Sanji retroactively more) and this is why characters like Vivi, Carrot and Yamato haven't joined. Bonnie however, could be our first genuine candidate in a while.
I have a feeling Oda will somehow turn the "destruction of the world" into a side joke while simultaneously having a massive tragedy followed by the most unexpected of happy endings.
I think Vegapunk very much knew who was going to kill him. He saw the writing on the wall. I think he recorded this after meeting Luffy and he didn’t want to mention him as the association to an Emperor would taint the overall message. He isn’t out to confront Luffy or flat out condemn the World Government he’s just wanting to bring knowledge to the world, even after his death.
After reading the chapter, I'm not completely convinced that Vegapunk meant that the world will sink literally. He says that "the world as we know it will sink into the sea." Which could be metaphorical in the sense that the old world will fall by the wayside and make way for the new world. Although if the world really does sink, it would give the plot an excuse to explore all of the moon stuff from Enel's cover page and the other supposed planets.
When Vegapunk said "him" I thought it was pretty obvious he was talking about Imu. Like, considering all he knows, it wouldn't be weird for him to know about them. And everyone antagonizes Imu because he occupies the forbidden throne (or however it was called) and because he's part of the world government, but Vegapunk is completely right in saying we don't know enough about them to really judge. We don't know who they are, what their motivations are or what their story is. And this becomes the most likely option when you realise that Vegapunk knows Kuma and Dragon, so he can't be talking about Luffy, and that if he was referring to a higher god, "I don't know enough about him" would be a pretty weird way to say that god works in misterious ways or whatever. And finally, I don't think he can be meaning "whoever it is that's going to kill me", because if he can predict his own death, he can definitely predict the circumstances of his death, especially when they are as obvious as the wg is gonna kill me.
I wonder if the fanbase would be less critical of this reveal IF we hadn't just had a massive break? like if the story was going as intended would people be less annoyed at this reveal?
I would love to see the giants sacrifice themselves to save the straw hats and have them be able to escape. I think Lilith and York should be the only Vegapunks who lived. I would love to see Egghead get blown up by the buster call but from the rubble we see the 5 of them emerged with a scratch. In the end the world government loss everything but they have York.

Getting rid of land would make the sea level go down. I think the red line was pulled up from within the planet, so if Luffy put the red line back into the ground it would cause the sea level to go back down.

Aokiji with the ice fruit to cool down the magma. Ryokugyo with the wood-wood fruit to create sustainable forest/plants. Kizaru with the light fruit to give Ryokugyo energy for photosynthesis. Issho with the gravity fruit to save people from drowning. I don't think Issho has the capability of lifting an entire island from flooding but who knows. The noah is for ppl not fishmen. When the seakings stopped it from crashing into Fishman island they caught it by chains. Those chains didn't have anchors on them. They are meant to be used to pull the noah quickly around the world to pick up ppl from islands.
Destroying the wall doesn't sink the world, it saves it. The water displaced by the erection of the wall would release such displacement, revealing all the islands previously sunk and bringing balance.
Maybe the WG capture Enel and use him as a battery instead of the mothers flame, his final attack looked similar to the weapon used for Lulusia destruction.
I think Stella is an anagram for satellite. I know it's missing letters, but he's missing his head. I think the brain might have it's own name like Tile or something to complete the whole anagram and Oda's hint. Vegapunk has uploaded his dead selves to the cloud via actual satellites orbiting the planet. He's broadcasting from space, and still technically alive. Change my mind.

I think you guys aren't understanding how water works. When mass is just removed from water the water level LOWERS not raises. Lulucia's destruction raising the sea level is only possible if either there was a reservoir of water Underneath the sea floor, thus adding more water to the sea, or the mass of Lulucia wasn't evaporated but rather broken up and transported elsewhere. For that second option let me explain. Say there's two ponds of equal size, but one pond has a tree growing in the middle of it. If you simply cut the tree down and remove all that was above the pond floor than the water level won't change. However if you removed the roots, then the water drops, filling up the hole the roots left....unless the roots had found a spring under the pond, then the pond would rise. Now that you have a whole tree out of a pond put it in the second pond. Now the second pond's level rises because you added mass. Sorry for that explanation because it's needed to understand what my theory is. Nami had said once that the Red Line is made up of many different islands joined together....Well how did those islands come together? For awhile people thought it was ancient giants like Oars the Continent Puller, but what if technology akin to the Mother Flame destroyed islands down to below the sea floor and transported them to another place where they are then fused together, making the Red Line. The Red Line is literally a World Scale 3D Printer project, using the material from the old world below to build a new world above it
The thing is that the weapon most likely created a void in place of the island by pushing it down, as we see underneath enies lobby. suddenly all the water in that radius was pushed aside and the landmass was forced to the ocean floor taking up more space, while the original space is still "filled". kinda like holding a bottle filled with air underwater
In this case though, most likely more mass is added than removed. For with reverse mountain in rubble, joining all four seas, there is no second pond and the red line is quite a high mass of land.

There is a german childrens book called "Jim Button and Luke the Enginge Driver" (who also has pirates in it) and the climax of the story is that they have to sink a certain island that was created through to unnatural means (like maybe the Red Line was) by flodding it and then on the other side of the world a new island arose...maybe you have sink/destroy the Red Line too to bring back the ancient kingdom.
If the redline is an artificial creation by Imu's powers or devil fruit, it may disappear completely instead of being broken up into chunks when Imu (UMI the SEA) is defeated, which will make all the sea levels recede greatly to the point where even the parts of old Wano being underwater will be accessible again; maybe even every island will be connected by land once more in one giant super Continent, bringing the whole world together in "One Piece" EDIT: Yes this also creates The All Blue since the ocean wont be divided any longer into 4 pieces, but be one all encompassing super ocean around the super continent.
I think that we could do a thematic deep dive (no pun intended) on the ocean in one piece. The sea is a persistent source of threat, romance, mystery, and lore in the world and is now coming into the fore as Imu (umibozu comparisons) has sunk islands and Luffy is potentially threatening to sink the world. The interactions of the ocean, sea stone and devil fruits also still have room to be explored.

I think the water levels are kept low by 2 methods. The hole in ennies lobby and now lulucia, constantly filtering down to who knows where - probably continuing to build pressure ready to get shot back up. And reverse mountain. i always found it so strange how its the only entrance to the grandline, defies the natural laws of physics, and is the only structure that goes above the redline itsself. It looks as though some "higher power" literally pinched the earth and stretched it - displacing the water by making it travel into the sky. The destruction of the mountain would make the levels rise from the sheer amount of water that flows up it now having to spread out across the world.

Every "Royal Palace" in One Piece is on a high place, Dresrosa, Drum Island, Wano, Alabasta, etc. All of them are placed at the top of a plateau, did they know that? is the flooding a cycle? Alabasta's palace is 4000 years old, like five 800-year cycles, Is that what happened in the void century?
All royal palaces that we see are fortresses first and foremost. A fortress has to occupy an elevated position in order to dominate over an area, make it harder for attackers to get in and easier for the defenders to push invaders back. So it has nothing to do with rising sea levels

I also think Vegapunk saw a very real possibility that the time would come that he would need to sacrifice himself to get the message out and that it could be Dragon/the revolutionaries who would have to pull the trigger so to speak and he wanted to make sure the world knew not to blame them. Or someone like Bonnie coming after him for a righteous reason who can only assume he's evil based on the information they have. Basically Vegapunk is just admitting he can't see the future and covering all possibilities, which is really great for our heros who are set to take the blame.

I still don't quite grasp how taking something out of the ocean (like an island) makes the level rise in One Piece...
Because let's say you're in your bathtub, the water in it is high because YOU, a human person (probably), are IN the bathtub, thus displacing that water and causing the level to rise. But when you step out? It looks like there isn't as much water anymore, because the YOU that was displacing it isn't in there anymore. One Piece's world is essentially a HUGE bathtub, and thus breaking the Redline would logically even out the sea level and lower it globally as a result, because the Redline's very existence is displacing massive amounts of the ocean.
My best guess is that the water level going up after the Lulusia event is a temporary effect, a ripple of sorts going around the world in a less dramatic visual fashion than a tsunami, and that at some point, it will go back down lower than it was before.
The world sinking MUST be the result of an entirely different phenomenon than the use of the island-erasing laser weapon or the destruction of the Redline. Logically it HAS to be. Or else the One Piece world's water is just not the same kind as ours, or there exists a way to conjure additional water.
You are wrong about physics, or you don't understand how the weapon works. It isn't evaporating all the water there, it's pushing all of it away, no water can flow there anymore, of course the water's gonna rise. Since it's like putting a cone there that no water can get through
Think in the concept of mass.
I get how destroing the redline rises the sealevels. To stay with the bath tub, imagine you lie sideways in it to the ground, but only half of your body is covered with water. This makes you the redline which stands tall above sealevel. Now destroying the line will cause the parts currently above sealevel to drop in, therefore displacing water therefore rising the sealevel. Or you just turning your body until all is under water.
However it makes no f***ing sense to me how this giant hole formerly known as Lulusia lead to a (seemingly constant) rise of the sealevel, as where before was mass which displaced water, now theres nothing which can be filled with water. If anything, the sealevel should have been lowered with its destruction.
Oda science dont make sense at all because it still a fantastic world. Vegapunk will explain how this phenomena happens in detail, and then it will make more sense, but it will still be fantastical stuff.
If you sink an entire island, the part that was above sea level is submerged now and thus the sea level rises. There you go.

I believe the Iron Giant holds more than just the recorder. Vegapunk has yet to properly explain devil fruits, for which the very best thing he could do is… convert himself into a new Devil Fruit and have the Iron Giant eat it. Being a giant is quite necessary to hold enormous brains!
Also, I believe the next Arc to be Time Travel… where Vegapunk would be really useful!
Another side of the Vegapunk “Don’t assume whoever killed me is evil” could be him knowing EXACTLY who would kill him (Kizaru dealt the killing bow). We’ve seen time and time again where Kizaru is at a moral conflict, he doesn’t WANT to kill Vegapunk but, he’s gone too far, seen too much, done too much, and ignored too much. Vegapunk knows Kizaru though, they literally did the Nika dance together, Vegapunk knows that he isn’t evil and only said this to reassure a collapsed crying Kizaru (him on the battleship).
Though ofc this definitely isn’t the case it’s just cool to think about
Something that stuck with me from reading this chapter (and I've noticed throughout OP) are the Biblical themes, as you mentioned. But one that jumped out to me is in the panel when Marcus Mars is about to step on the transponder snail, Vegapunk says "Video will one day...connect the entire world. It will mean knowing...and the discomfort of being known. This reminded me of Paul's words in 1 Cor. 13:12 where he writes: "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known." This might've just been good foreshadowing for the coming announcement, but, since Paul is talking about what will happen when the New Creation is ushered in (and the "sea will be no more", as we read in Revelation--the "sea" or chaotic waters, Biblically speaking, refers to the chaos in the world: see Genesis 1 creation story, Noah's ark story, Jesus walking on water--a sign of divinity conquering the chaos, etc.). This stands out even more in light of Marcus Mars's question to Vegapunk's brain, "What is death, exactly...? Where do our ideas truly reside?" Again, a question about eternity/death/the afterlife, etc. It almost seems like Oda at least took themes from this (not suggesting anything religiously). Could just be me grasping at straws, but I find the parallels (and even the fact that they seem so reversed), awesome. But I'll leave the analysis to you, you!
I like the thought of the Gorosei being actually demons that ate human human fruits. If I remember correctly, Vegapunk mentioned there was an advanced kingdom 800 years ago. What I think is this nameless kingdom might have been able to create actually working artificial devil fruits - and the Gorosei got their hands on 6 of those fruits that turn one into a human. Why 6? I think Imu might also be a demon.

Due to multiple videos I've just realized that Vegapunk's streaming Den Den Mushi is in One Piece RED used by UTA to transmit her concert.
However, what I just have realized is that the concert actually happened with all the visuals and stuff in the Dream World, so people around the world were able to look at Uta's visions in a dream.
I think those Den Den Mushi might be special because they can transmit brainwaves, not forcibly video!!

I think Vegapunk very much knew who was going to kill him. He saw the writing on the wall. I think he recorded this after meeting Luffy and he didn’t want to mention him as the association to an Emperor would taint the overall message. He isn’t out to confront Luffy or flat out condemn the World Government he’s just wanting to bring knowledge to the world, even after his death.
After reading the chapter, I'm not completely convinced that Vegapunk meant that the world will sink literally. He says that "the world as we know it will sink into the sea." Which could be metaphorical in the sense that the old world will fall by the wayside and make way for the new world. Although if the world really does sink, it would give the plot an excuse to explore all of the moon stuff from Enel's cover page and the other supposed planets.

When Vegapunk said "him" I thought it was pretty obvious he was talking about Imu. Like, considering all he knows, it wouldn't be weird for him to know about them. And everyone antagonizes Imu because he occupies the forbidden throne (or however it was called) and because he's part of the world government, but Vegapunk is completely right in saying we don't know enough about them to really judge. We don't know who they are, what their motivations are or what their story is. And this becomes the most likely option when you realise that Vegapunk knows Kuma and Dragon, so he can't be talking about Luffy, and that if he was referring to a higher god, "I don't know enough about him" would be a pretty weird way to say that god works in misterious ways or whatever. And finally, I don't think he can be meaning "whoever it is that's going to kill me", because if he can predict his own death, he can definitely predict the circumstances of his death, especially when they are as obvious as the wg is gonna kill me.
I wonder if the fanbase would be less critical of this reveal IF we hadn't just had a massive break? like if the story was going as intended would people be less annoyed at this reveal?

Getting rid of land would make the sea level go down. I think the red line was pulled up from within the planet, so if Luffy put the red line back into the ground it would cause the sea level to go back down.

Aokiji with the ice fruit to cool down the magma. Ryokugyo with the wood-wood fruit to create sustainable forest/plants. Kizaru with the light fruit to give Ryokugyo energy for photosynthesis. Issho with the gravity fruit to save people from drowning. I don't think Issho has the capability of lifting an entire island from flooding but who knows. To think Oda thought this far on what the admiral's devil fruits were going to be, that's crazy.
The noah is for ppl not fishmen. When the seakings stopped it from crashing into Fishman island they caught it by chains. Those chains didn't have anchors on them. They are meant to be used to pull the noah quickly around the world to pick up ppl from islands.
Destroying the wall doesn't sink the world, it saves it. The water displaced by the erection of the wall would release such displacement, revealing all the islands previously sunk and bringing balance.
Maybe the WG capture Enel and use him as a battery instead of the mothers flame, his final attack looked similar to the weapon used for Lulusia destruction.
I think Stella is an anagram for satellite. I know it's missing letters, but he's missing his head. I think the brain might have it's own name like Tile or something to complete the whole anagram and Oda's hint. Vegapunk has uploaded his dead selves to the cloud via actual satellites orbiting the planet. He's broadcasting from space, and still technically alive. Change my mind.

I think you guys aren't understanding how water works. When mass is just removed from water the water level LOWERS not raises. Lulucia's destruction raising the sea level is only possible if either there was a reservoir of water Underneath the sea floor, thus adding more water to the sea, or the mass of Lulucia wasn't evaporated but rather broken up and transported elsewhere.
For that second option let me explain. Say there's two ponds of equal size, but one pond has a tree growing in the middle of it. If you simply cut the tree down and remove all that was above the pond floor than the water level won't change. However if you removed the roots, then the water drops, filling up the hole the roots left....unless the roots had found a spring under the pond, then the pond would rise. Now that you have a whole tree out of a pond put it in the second pond. Now the second pond's level rises because you added mass.
Sorry for that explanation because it's needed to understand what my theory is. Nami had said once that the Red Line is made up of many different islands joined together....Well how did those islands come together? For awhile people thought it was ancient giants like Oars the Continent Puller, but what if technology akin to the Mother Flame destroyed islands down to below the sea floor and transported them to another place where they are then fused together, making the Red Line. The Red Line is literally a World Scale 3D Printer project, using the material from the old world below to build a new world above it
The thing is that the weapon most likely created a void in place of the island by pushing it down, as we see underneath enies lobby. suddenly all the water in that radius was pushed aside and the landmass was forced to the ocean floor taking up more space, while the original space is still "filled". kinda like holding a bottle filled with air underwater
In this case though, most likely more mass is added than removed. For with reverse mountain in rubble, joining all four seas, there is no second pond and the red line is quite a high mass of land.

There is a german childrens book called "Jim Button and Luke the Enginge Driver" (who also has pirates in it) and the climax of the story is that they have to sink a certain island that was created through to unnatural means (like maybe the Red Line was) by flodding it and then on the other side of the world a new island arose...maybe you have sink/destroy the Red Line too to bring back the ancient kingdom.
If the redline is an artificial creation by Imu's powers or devil fruit, it may disappear completely instead of being broken up into chunks when Imu (UMI the SEA) is defeated, which will make all the sea levels recede greatly to the point where even the parts of old Wano being underwater will be accessible again; maybe even every island will be connected by land once more in one giant super Continent, bringing the whole world together in "One Piece"
EDIT: Yes this also creates The All Blue since the ocean wont be divided any longer into 4 pieces, but be one all encompassing super ocean around the super continent.
It makes sense as to why celestial dragons live on top of the red line now. Not because they're Gods but because they would be the only survivors
That color spread was indeed impressive. I’m not even an artsy guy but I found myself looking back at the color spread a few times.
I think that we could do a thematic deep dive (no pun intended) on the ocean in one piece. The sea is a persistent source of threat, romance, mystery, and lore in the world and is now coming into the fore as Imu (umibozu comparisons) has sunk islands and Luffy is potentially threatening to sink the world. The interactions of the ocean, sea stone and devil fruits also still have room to be explored.
