    हम सबके दिमाग में 4 प्रकार के happy harmones होते है और उन चारों के अलग अलग काम है, डोपामिन - जब हमे किसी चीज को जरूरत हो और वो हमे मिल जाए तो यह हार्मोन्स रिलीज होता है, एंडोर्फिन - जब हमारे दुख दर्द कम होते है तब यह रिलीज होता है, ऑक्सीटोसिन - जब हम किसी रिलेशनशिप या दोस्ती में सुरक्षित महसूस करते है तब यह केमिकल रिलीज होता है, सेरोटोनिन - जब हम सामाजिक रूप से सुरक्षित महसूस करते है तब यह रिलीज होता है जैसे की जब लोग हमारी तारीफ करते है, हम जब भी दुखी होते है तब हमे यह पहचानने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए की हमारे दिमाग में कौन से हार्मोन की कमी है, जो चीज़े आपको दुखी करती हो उसे अपनी लाइफ से अलग कर दे, हमेशा छोटे छोटे गोल्स बनाए, छोटे छोटे अचीवमेंट को सेलिब्रेट करें, अपने सारे काम को टुकड़ों में बांट कर करें ताकि आपको छोटी छोटी अचीवमेंट मिलती रहें, हमेशा कुछ न कुछ नया करते रहे, हमेशा हसने का बहाना ढूंढे, वो काम करें जिससे आपको जोरो की हसी आती हो चेहरे पर स्माइल आती हो, मसाज करवाए, एक्सरसाइज को interesting बनाए और वो excercise करें जिसमे आपको मजा आता हो, आप जैसे भी है अपने आप पर proud feel करें, हमेशा दूसरों की respect करें, बुरी आदतों को छोड़कर नई आदतों को अपनाएं और उन्हें 45 days तक करते रहे, जब रोने का मन करें तब रो लें, दूसरों के दुख का कारण खुद को न माने और खुद के दुख का कारण दूसरों को न माने, हमेशा दूसरों की मदद करें, हेल्थी खाना खाए, जरुरत के अनुसार नींद लें, हमेशा अपने गोल्स को प्लान करें, अपनी social position चाहे वो जैसी भी हो उसे एंजॉय करें, जिनसे आप प्यार करते है उन पर विश्वास रखें।

    - Dopamine is the responsible for motivation, attention and memory. It is also required for regulating body movements.
    - Serotonin is the hormone responsible for regulating sleep, digestion, appetite, memory and learning ability.
    - Oxytocin is generally released with physical contacts.
    - Endorphins are chemicals which are produced by the body to relieve pain and stress.

    1.Recognise how "happy hormones" like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins affect our feelings and general wellbeing. 2.Develop healthy routines that trigger the release of these hormones, such as frequent exercise, expressing gratitude, and establishing social connections. 3.Recognise negative thought patterns and confront them to encourage a more optimistic outlook. 4.Accept how little, everyday actions can increase happiness and rewire the brain to be more positive. 5.Encourage a development attitude and accept the notion that cultivating happiness is a talent that can be learned.

    My learnings from this video summary is (Happy hormones habits of a happy brain):-
    (1) Endorphins can be increase by doing uncomfortable things that helps to achieve success.
    (2) whenever you feel unhappy look out the etiology and try to fix it
    (3) after completion of goal we don't feel as happy as needed and our excitement increases doing other tasks so the process to achieve goal should be enjoyed
    (4) take small steps towards goals
    (5) instead of thinking about goals make practical planning and collect information about it
    (6) Divide boring work into small chunks
    (7) Laugh more
    (8)occasionally crying increases Endorphins
    (9)Do different exercise
    (10) make exercises interesting
    (11) Be trustworthy
    (12) Get massage
    (13)be proud of what you have done

    Top learnings from Habits of a Happy brain:
    1. Dopamine, Endorphins, Oxytocin, Serotonin are the happy hormones.
    2. Brain also releases unhappy hormone. Unhappy hormones are natural security alarm.
    3. You can increase dopamine by celebrating small victories, taking small steps towards your goals and breaking boring work into small tasks.
    4. You can increase endorphin by laughing, crying when you want and doing different exercises.
    5.You can increase oxytocin by being trustworthy and by massaging your muscles every day.
    6. You can increase serotonin by being proud of what you have done, enjoying your social position at every moment and paying attention on your influences.

    Day 11 - today's lesson
    1) What we call happiness is the secretion of happy hormones like dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin & serotonin
    2) Dopamine releases when we find something we need
    3) Endorphins releases when we focus on good things & also on laughing
    4) Oxytocin releases when we feel safe with someone
    5) Serotonin releases when we are respected by others or a feeling of pride
    6) When we do good for ourselves, brain reward with happy hormones
    7) To increase happy hormones - celebrate small victories, face new challenges but keep moving, overcome obstacles, adopt habits to stay happy, practice gratitude, be hopeful & satisfied, it makes us happy.
    At the end, I want to thank Amit Sir 🙏 for this challenge & an honest confession, I started RBC's 21 days reading challenge but couldn't finish it.

    1) chemicals that make you happy are equally important as the happy ones. Each chemical whether good or badhas its own purpose.
    2) nothing can make you happy permanently. The same experience each time wont give same results.
    3) choose for yourself. Your decisions only decide your future.
    4) develop new habits which make u happy.
    5) decide on your goals and strive to achieve them.
    6) positive attitude promotes a positive and happy personality.

    1. Keep Smile always kuki ya aapmein happy harmon Endorfin ko badhata hai.
    2. Mainly happy harmon have four type dopamine( increase motivation to achieve something), serotonin(release when you got respect from someone), Endorfin( pain se bachne wala harmon), oxytocin (trust or loveable harmon and increase to live together)

    • Being Happy is base of everything in our lives.
    • when our mind sees or feels something good for us, these happy chemicals starts releasing < Dopamine, Endorphin, Oxytocin, Serotonin>

    Day 11(Happy Hormones Habits of Happy Brain)
    Key insights i learnt-
    1. Our brain provides us with happy hormones to give us/releases different emotions - Dopamine(when we get what we want), Endorphin (when we see good in some situations), Oxytocin (when we feel safe) ,Serotonin (when we feel pride and get respect) and all of these are controlled by different limbic structures and cortex of our brain
    2. i) Dopamine tells the need of what our body wants and let us work towards it, ii) Endorphin helps to reduce the pain and let us adopt to difficulty, iii) Oxytocin helps in building trust and feeling safe, iv) Serotonin helps to motivate us to make ourselves pride and work hard to earn respect
    3. Our brain also releases unhappy habit to alert us from something that is wrong and can become harmful in future like a security alarm
    4. The Strange cycle of Happiness - Dopamine drop( craving for novelty and habit becoming second nature), Lack of Endorphin (caused because of less effectiveness in pain reduction) , Low Oxytocin (lack of trust and feeling unsafe ), Lack of Serotonin (failure of getting more respect or less than previous status)
    5. Our brain rewires itself based of life experiences we felt and craves for previous best feelings and refrains from bad experiences . Neurons are being plasticised to stiffen the beliefs so learn and repeat new things to rewire brain
    6. To get happy, take small steps to form new habits(10min) to release happy hormones(dopamine) throughout each small progress instead of big happy hormone drop in search of big goal, do laugh or cry for no reason for short time, do exercise variation(release endorphin) , do massage and trust building activity to release Oxytocin, feel proud about task and your social position and your influence to strengthen Serotonin
    7. To increase happy hormones ,build plan to move in right action with small steps and small habits ,being aware of up and down of life , take decision and work with hope for best, give importance for long term success, always try to do unknown things to know new habits to keep us happy
    8. Start overcoming obstacles of happiness, and do things that raise your standard(aim long term, focus on yourself , start taking action , being aware of bad to avoid) and feel good hormone production
    9. To start becoming happy , mirror people who are doing what you want to do in future or want to become , find balance , build new habits and replace with bad ones , find time for fun , do something for your legacy , form short term and long term habits, be grateful for what you have ,and visualise what you want to become
