Can u suggest me guidance on toilet training lhasa apso 3 month old and obedience. I've had her a week, and it's been constant pee n. Poo all over. Tried to keep peepads in bathroom n balconey. Does ok 2-3 days n. Then starts peeing. I got her from breeder in Maharashtra.
